Time for Fosun to gamble and bring in some new experienced players otherwise they could lose a lot of money if we get dragged into a relegation battle. Still feel we need to go back to three at the back, we look so porous at the back. Boly has made too many mistakes this season, not the player he was last season.

Sadly Nunos stubborness is now becoming an issue! People can say what they want but even this team shouldn't be losing that game! Nunos insistence on a back four is costing us and if he keeps it up it will cost him! We should never have lost that today! From best defence outside the top four to worst defence in the league, that ain't all Doherty and Jonny! That's building a team around 5 at the back and then switching to a back for with no plausible reason?! 😭.

What was that 2nd half performance about. Dendoncker, Moutinho, MGW did nothing. We desperately need a target man NOW. Coady being subbed, fair play because he was being ripped apart by their striker. Boly returns and concedes a pen in 8 mins. Fabio looked good then went of the boil. Neto has no one to cross to and neither does Adama. I am for the 1st time having doubts about this team. That was never a penalty for the 1st goal but fair play to Big Sam, he got the lead and shut up shop. We need to find answers and fast.

Where do I begin. My sons pointing to the ref giving 1st pen and no pen to us, but he's disappointed. I thought after we took 2-1 we'd go on, but we stuttered and hesitated played balls that no one would chase we lost all impetus. Nuno sat a forlorn figure, he's the manager for fs sake! Why wasn't he up and shouting pulling the strings? Spoke more of our situation than actions on the pitch, were a pack and our Alpha male sits in despair. I'm too fed up to go on to individuals other than to say it was great to see Boly back and fabio score courtesy of him. Troubling times .

First, I apologies for the fact that whilst the majority of the posters on this and other sites are still of the view that everything is honky dory, {Except that Traore is useless}, and that people like me who are not happy are somehow not real fans or are moaning I am yet again going to point out that in my view not everything is alright.

5 points from 27. A shambolic and disorganised defence – no clean sheets in 12 (? ) – and v little attacking threat barely a goal a game don't sound great to me!

Patricio 4 – As he can’t or won't command his area/ leave his line we are massively vulnerable to crosses/ long throws etc and for the 3rd game in a row we have conceded from a header. As they used the long throw flick on tactic several times – always successfully it is not as if we didn’t know it was coming. Time for him to be dropped.
Semedo 6 – good game. Unlucky on several occasions. Was clearly fouled in the move that led to the 2nd penalty.
Coady 5 – can’t play in a 4. As Patricio won't deal with crosses the CBs have to and he can’t. Thus, if we pick Patricio, we either play 5 at the back or don’t pick Coady.
Boly – 7 unlucky with penalty but then showed us how to play CF. Solid performance and it is good to see him back.
Saiss -6 did ok in both positions but is not really a LB let alone a LWB
Neves 6 – Not sure why he went off?
Moutinho 6 – one of his better games
Dendonker 7 – If only he could finish!
Neto -6 Tried v hard and made chances but not quite at his best
Silva -6 When Boly rolled him the ball 6 yards he was there and he scored. Sadly he isn’t quite up to Ancient Mariner standards 1 of 3 as he missed several other chances but a better overall performance from him albeit against a v low bar. Embarrassing dive for which he was correctly booked. Nuno should have a word and give him a v large fine – he can afford it!
Traore 8 – Was taking them on his own for much of game. Beat men with ease and set up several clear chances despite being double, triple, quadruple and even quintuple marked. As Glen Hoddle said he could do no more. Actually, he is also our best header of the ball as well. But so that you all agree me with me I will have to add that he is completely useless!

Subs
MGW 4 – Did v little
RAN 6 – Promising performance is good going forwards and today that is all he was asked to do
Cutrone -3 – Did little and missed a fairly clear cut chance

We are paying the price for a really poor transfer window. It is now time for Fosun to gamble in the transfer market, otherwise we are dragged into a relegation battle which will lose them a fortune. He needs to go back to a back five. Neither Cutrobe or MGW are the answer for our cu players. Vithana is not the answer, experience is now needed,

Future, some of the ratings you have given, 8 for Traore? Did nothing for me, sat on his arse after giving the ball away for build up to their first, for all his running there was no real danger created.
Totally agree about Patricio, has filled me with a lot of confidence recently in commanding his area.
Neves had a quiet game, and Moutino gave the ball away countless times.
Coady was taken off for the right reason and needs to be playing in a 3.
It's a hard defeat to take, and I'm sure there plenty of us feeling angry as I'am.
The first peno was a free kick for me, and the Gibbs handball was a peno all day, when you have them given against its gona be tough day at office.
I feel for Nuno, he's under pressure from some fans and that result doesn't help him.
Time for Fosun to back him and let him sign a player or 2 .
The season is far from over, although right now it doesn't feel that way, time for us fans to stick to our guns and get behind the lads and Nuno.

Thought Traore did some good stuff but looked tired/ disinterested, as did Semedo last 15 minutes.
MGW not the answer. RAN did ok when he came on. Donk just does not contribute enough for me. Ok he runs about a lot, mostly chasing the play and gets a foot in here and there but his passing, heading and finishing is below standard for prem. I know some on here love him but not for me. Midfield is a serious problem for us and that problem affects our defence and attack. We've let these issues creep up on us and now we're in need of reinforcement right down the spine of the team. Those reinforcements are not going to come anytime soon so it's going to be a real battle to stay clear of the drop. If the players can all pull together we can do it.

Well according to Nuno a back four is the best option with the players we have availible at the moment. The 6 goals let in agaisnt the worst two teams in the league would say otherwise I'm afraid! 🙄.

I have calmed down a lot and ready to comment, I see we can be in trouble if we don't start picking up points so SQ I agree you are correct.
But the timing of your post was coming across as you were kinda of happy proving a point when fans like me are in despair.
E from Wombourn why you want to have a dig at happy Clappers knowing the hurt of losing the black country derby is beyond me.
Thought the 2 penalty's were correct decisions.
Silva had his best game for us,
Neto magic in moments as was Traore,
I didn't understand Coady being subbed.
The more games without a win the harder it will be to get a win.
But I'm not throwing the towel in just yet, we are still capable of winning games all we can do is hope or give up.

Sydney what were your ratings then, (and anyone else)?
As I said I Have to accept that a lot of Wolves fans don't see what I and the rest of the football world see in Traore - our best player by a country mile today.
Although yes he did lose the ball in the build up to their first goal and yes he didn't score or create a chance that was taken, (although that last point is hardly his fault! ) .
Maybe statistically Boly was our best player he scored, made our first goal and as a forward was by far our most threatening player - worrying as he is (actually our best) a CB. He did though actually give a penalty away and didn't win every ball in the air in our area. This apparently was his job as only he seemingly was detailed to defend when the ball is in the air (Patricio leaves it all to his CBs and Coady isn't very good in the air and at the moment that's it. PS amazing commentary when the chap said Silva doesn't do headers! )
Although being rated our best player today was not that hard as a lot of modest, (few actually bad as we dominated the game for long period but always look like conceding if the opposition ever attack and sadly rarely look like scoring no matter how much we attack) performances.
Sorry for the rant but v frustrated at the failure of the club to stop making stupid and obvious mistakes.

Win draw lose, premier championship league 1 or 2 never thrown down the towel phil. We're the pack who'll always be here, the old gold. Its a hard disappointing loss today, and a baffling one for many reasons we can't explain or pretend to know why. Stick with the pack mate, it'll come good again. Chorley the first time was a towel chucker but we didn't and here we are now. There's plenty of games to come in this silly season, believe mate believe.

All the negatives I deal with day in day out re surface that's why I'm always positive and love the wolves so much.
But feel I'm a fool for loving wolves so much will feel better when the next game comes around and hopefully get this bitter disappointment of losing today out of the system.

Future there's no. harm. in being p1ssed off or angry with todays game, whilst I don't agree with some of your ratings, your entitled to give them. Heres what I thought.

Patricio 6, did ok but needs to. lbe braver and command area better, made a good save to keep it at 1 nil

Saiss 6, done ok, but he's better in the back line of 3

Coady 4, lacked the desire of a leader today, part at fault for their, last 2 goals, I like Coady but he's as pointed out, can not Play his natural game in a back 4, he was taken off as a Nuno had had enough

Boly 7, Done well to keep his head after an early foul, which was not a peno, had his hand in 2 goals.

Semedo 6, done better at times trying to get forward, unfortunately he does not have the luxury of playing for Barcelona anymore, he's in a battle at Wolves and need stop concentrate and defend better

Moutino 5, did very little in unlocking Albion

Neves 5, not one of his best games, he has been in good form last few games, but the long throw by Albion for their second needs to be defended better, instead of feigning injury, he needs to man up

Dendonker 6, if only his efforts were more precise, never gave up and battled well

Traore 6, frustrating after noon for him, needs to run more direct down the middle for me, has the goods but needs to be more practical and play a simple 1, 2 and break into space, sitting on floor after a soft tackle in lead up to their first dodgy peno made me mad.

Silva 6, much better from him, showed some nice interplay and took his goal well

Neto 6, frustrating day for him the same as Traore, not much else to say

Nouri 6, had a go when he came on
Cutrone 5, had a great chance to level game, but pounded shot into floor, if there was ever a chance to show Nuno, that was a big one.
