If a player is trying to move his arm out of the way of a ball travelling towards him at 60 mph from close range and it hits him how can it be a penalty?

Still comes down to “matter of opinion” and which teams are playing, instant decision by the ref should be final even if they get Ute ring occasionally, VAR should only be used for “matter of fact”, along with passing the ball about in your own box from a goal kick (who wants to see that), playing the ball backward from a kick off (what’s that all about) and squad numbers are ridiculous, there was nothing wrong with the game and every change they make is making it worse not better, need ex players and managers involved in the decision making or we soon won’t have a game worth watching.

Good comment Oxley Moor Ron, the game won't be worth watching soon with these silly changes, you might as well kick the ball at the defenders arms when they are inside there own penalty area to get a penalty and the diving with minimum contact is a joke.
