Hi this my first post been chewing ears off my other half last couple of days. so its your turn now so I apologise, just wondering your thoughts about our transfers. I think on a hole okinteresting some quality in for tomorrow. My thinking is we have a great team little small but quality. After the sevilla game Nuno came out and said we need more options, more solutions. so adding 2 or 3 quality players to the squad could solve that prob. but with what's come in and gone out I can't see it not for now anyway and selling jota makes gives us less options. was hoping we would go for someone like loftus cheek think midfield our weak point can get out fought there. think with players sold and other money coming in we only spent about 8 mill so could of perhaps splashed out a little more. we need europe next season or maybe lose our top players can't c it hope i'm wrong but I think 9 or 10th place well that's me done sorry got it off my chest and give belinda a break cheers john.

Clows, that's one of the reasons I joined this site a few weeks ago. My wife Jane saying, will you go away and annoy someone else about football and Wolves and leave me alone. I wonder how many more are on this site for the same reason!

Welcome Clows - I retired earlier this year and have started frequenting this site and posting - wife hates football and def doesn't want to chat about it! . Some genuine nice people on here who obviously care about the team and even if we don't always agree its still civil, (unlike some other chat rooms I have read in the past! )
Re your post completely agree about buying for future ( hope not too far into the future) and weakness in mid
Bizarre that Fulham have got LC (surely a really good choice for the CM we seemed to need on the basis of some weak performances in first 4 games) and we didn't, despite a virtual zero net spend - just over 7 I believe?
Have to assume Nuno is confident that Neves and Moutinho, (in particular), will get better and that, as he did well against Fulham, Dendonker, (or possibly Vitor? ) can give us the cover if required.

Enjoy your retirement Thefutureisoldgold and Ken and all others the same.
The end of this month is the end of government furlough scheme I have been worrying sick to what will happen with work but I don't want to count my chickens just yet but work is slowly picking up.
I don't know if all football has the same feeling but this year talking to customers suppliers and work colleagues everyone has and is at a very low ebb.
Praying that the world will start to get close back to normal but being realistic it looks like it's going to be well into next year.
Coming on here is my happy and positive go to.
Sincere good health and good fortune to all wolves fans.

Phil fingers crossed for you.
V tough times for all and sadly it doesn't seem that it will be getting better any time soon.

However we do seem to be adapting - all three of my kids are now back at work, albeit on shorter hours and less money and, incredibly and most impressively, have great bosses who seem to care about the problems they are facing and are really trying to help in various ways.

We will get to the other side eventually and in the meantime I am delighted that football and chatting on this site can give us some break from the problems of the world - fed up with listening to the news that just depresses me!

All the best to everyone on this site as we all in one way or another are having to find new ways to deal with life's latest brickbat! Coming on here for me has been a massive help! I retired early in 2012, did the stuff you always say you're going to do to then got bored! Started work again in 2016 delivering cars around the UK a couple of days a week. Not rocket science but for me immensely satisfying. Got me out and about and from under her majesty's feet. Stopped on the 11th March and for months I seriously struggled to deal with a total lack of direction and motivation and sense of worth tbh. But the last few weeks, not just being on here, I actually feel much more settled and able to deal with it. You faceless guys have helped!

Just one small thing for Phil. I hope Conor plays tomorrow. If he doesn't I have this vision of you wandering around your garden with a headband torch doing the weeding, cracks me up every time I think of it. (from a comment the other day, I'm not even more nuts than normal)
All the best guys and being an optimist I'm sure Nuno has it under control! COYW.
