Having not a lot else to do but read I honestly think Costa unless it's a loan paying only part of his wages could be a very expensive mistake. He didn't play much last season and he's on 190k a week and very unpredictable in his quality of performance. Very up and down, maybe we should spend the money somewhere else! Only my opinion obviously!

Danger of being a mutual appreciation society here BUT I agree Ken. Why pay that sort of money for a player who didn’t see much action last year. At 30, he should be playing week in week out and he isn’t. Need some experience but would much rather it was a younger player with a fair few games under his belt. A player we looked when Nuno first arrived might be worth looking at again is Scott McTominay. Any new arrivals and he gets pushed further down their pecking order. If they did let him go you would have a motivated player with a point to prove.

Ecosse, good one, he definitely could do what we want. Someone to drive forward for position for the skill guys. Would Manutd let him go though.
