Can't see this Costa transfer to be honest. He's 31 correct me if I'm wrong plus Manchester United supposedly put a £27 million bid in for him last month. It doesn't make financial sense to buy him if he has no resell value in 2 years. Maybe don't rule out a loan deal.

If Nuno wants him I guess there is a reason. Not sure myself I'd prefer a midfield player and maybe another centre back. But who am I to argue with Nuno. I guess we will see before the window closes. I'd still love to get AMN if we can. He'd be perfect for us I think!

Hard to make sense of the Costa thing at his age. Didn't think we were necessarily looking for a Jota replacement anyway. But I still expect us to get a couple of loan deals over the line.

Tbf the young ones such as Neto etc could learn quite a lot from Costa.
