Nuno stuck with Jota last season when he wasn't performing and it cost us our Europa League spot. I thought he was Nuno's golden boy but he had his chance and blew it. He has to go. Along with all the ones who lost to Stoke.

The ones that lost to Stoke was half of our first team, including all of our regular defence! 🤣.

Now we know why we had a lack lustre display agains stoke, their all wondering who's next,
Boly, coady, must be worried,
If their not careful it's going to disrupt, the whole club,
Wheels might be coming off
God knows what's next.
Come on wolves sort it out for Pete's sake.

He has talent that's undeinable but he lacks composure and had a habit (last season) of having one good game in three apps (and that's probs generous)! I'll be honest I'm sad to lose him but trust Nunos judgement. A small part of me also wonders if him and Docs pushed for a move last season and gave us one more year. Who knows? 👍.

It may of been in the pipeline jota to Liverpool for weeks no one knows what goes on.
On the flip side I think more significant signings for us are on the way.
Nuno signed his new contract I don't think he would of if there is going to be a mass clear out and no more new signings on top of the already 3 signings made.

Frankly I give up with some of our so called fans. How do people get by on such negativity? I know I don't need it. Enjoy the season and all the best to the genuine fans out there.

I'm beginning to think the same sq
Hope things turn around quickly
But we will see, I'm confused, it's ok signing 18yr olds, but in two yes time they might be top draw, but we need to cement our status this season, we can't afford to finish lower half in league, city next
Massive improvement from stoke game, even to give us half a chance.

Jota would have been forth choice winger this season so it's a good bit of business in my opinion. We'll see a decent RWB come in soon, possibly Nelson Semedo and another winger possibly Corona.
. Hoever is a very good player already and he's only 18, I see great things ahead for our beloved Wolves and trust in Nuno, he wouldn't have signed a new contract if he wasn't given assurances for the transfer market. COYW.

From a business sense, we have come out on top in the transfer market.
OUT Doherty and Jota
IN Fabio Silva, Vitinha and Marcal
Age for age, talent and an experienced defender (Doc wasn't), I know who I prefer.
And there's more to come, Semedo? AMN?
It's only going to get better.

Wouldn't think so reading the doom and gloom on here.

Greyleg agrees with me and so do others Bully. This club is making bad mistakes. Its bad enough certain other clubs are overtaking us without brain dead decisions like selling Jota. Jimenez is now our only goal threat.

I'm thinking something happened internally, for the club to sell one of the most promising young talents we and Portugal have.
Very strange. Surely you can understand our concerns when things like this happen, it seemed Jota and Nuno, were great pals,?

As we've talked about before SQ, its best to judge the window at the end of it fella. Wolfie22 is spot on, today losing Jota feels like a bad business but if tomorrow (or by the end of the window) we have signed a Semedo, AMN or Telles quality of player then all we would have really done is improve the overall quality and just as importantly the overall balance of the squad. As I've already said I didn't want to lose him BUT if you asked me to choose between Jota or Neto I would have always gone Neto! The kid looks class, the king is dead long live the king ;) COYW.

Greyleg Wolf, I don't think the rest of the team will be too dismayed by these developments. Doc off to the Champions League finalists from a few years ago and Jota off to the Champions League winners of a couple of years ago. Both of them taking a good wedge of the transfer fee in their back pocket.

Make a fair comment at the end of the window, that would be reasonable. Before is not! Let Nuno do his job he's paid to manage let him do it. Jota has gone I doubt he was forced out, offer came in club ask player he goes, move on.

AMN starting to look possible but Arsenal will play hard to get they would rather keep him than make a quick sale.

19.) 19 Sep 2020
19 Sep 2020 09:54:40
Forget AMN . Wouldn't touch this deal with a barge pole. Arsenal are messing with the players head. He clearly wants to stay at Arsenal and Wolves should tell them to get stuffed if they keep putting the fee up.

Victory, what do you reckon on the performance against stoke,
Surely Jota going must AV unsettled them. We play like that against city it will be a massacre, now's the time for our players to show what their made of and the desire to play for the wolves.
