Another excellent performance and goal by Dendoncker along with a 3-0 scoreline which massively flattered Everton! That's the same Everton who have been longest serving in the league and have spent more in the last couple of transfer windows than Fosun have since arriving! Like you said PT/ Sq I bet Nunos on Indeed looking for a new role as we speak?! 🤣 Just too funny how shortsighted a few on here are!

It was excellent and hope it continues for last few games of season so we can secure at least a well deserved 6th place at worst.

Back to winning ways against a poor Everton take nothing away from us though we were dominant from the off and what a breath of fresh air PODENCE was very busy and always looked dangerous very unlucky not to have scored was that our England keeper shocking!
Great to have Jota back in the goals after he had a great chance before his goal with a one on one with the keeper but what a pass from Neves and how well did jota take his goal.
Traore should have scored and the score flattered Everton we should have had SIX great win.
Win our remaining games and who know's! 🐺🧡🖤.

Much better performance. Starting Podence was a master stroke by Nuno. I've been waiting ages to see him start and despite the corner flag being taller than he is what a game changer he's turned out to be. I do hope Nuno starts him at Burnley.
Well done to all.

I was quick and correct to criticise Nuno, equally I am quick to offer Nuno praise which he fully earnt today. Podence was excellent as was Dedoncker. It was probably just the game needed against a very poor Everton side, but all the pressure was on us after Sheffield Utd win. Hope Everton step up to the plate when they play Villa. Two things. Firstly Traores miss definitely proves he is a poor finisher and Jota finishes when in a more pressured situation than when he is clear on goal!

The worst we can finish is 10th but 6th or better I hope.

Fair play SQ and I generally agree with your points about the finishing. Whilst Jota and Traore are both good at reaction finishes when it comes to six yard composure they can both be found wanting. Jota especially seems to find the harder chances where the finish is instinctive easier than the many one on one's he gets! Still he's young and I have no doubt Nuno will improve that. I actually think both need to start to try going round the keeper with one on ones cause running with ball is what they are great at 🤔.

Masterstroke with Neves holding and Dendonker pushing higher up pitch. We usually play with 2 holding centre midfielders, but today gave us more pressure going forward. Podence was excellent. Everton not given any chance to play today as we were back to our best. Bring on Burnley.

If you had said Dendoncker was our attacking CM ahead of Moutinho I would have been disappointed but Nuno knows what he's doing and the scoreline proves it

Podence was the star for me some great continental style football at the edge of the box we could be watching Barcelona!

We have four good forwards five if you count Traore when was the last time that happened?

Respect to you SQ for having the guts to hold up your hands.
