Quite right! Buying a rated striker anytime is like winning the lottery, and in January virtually impossible. We buy well, look at some of the so called top club purchases, knee jerk, ridiculous fees, daft wages, and nothing to show for it. Since Nuno and Fosun each buy has been unpredicted, and has added to the quality. They know what they are doing. unlike some people.

On the face of it not the greatest window first team wise however in 18 months time if one of the young ones comes through that we’ve signed we will look back and say it was a very good window. The lads make the point nunos happy and that’s the key. In Costa cav and Bennett we’ve brought in 33 million for 3 players deemed no longer good eneough I think there’s been a clearing of the decks and I can see 3 top quality players brought in to really push us on the key is we must qualify for Europe ideally Europa winners and into the champions league failing that top 6 so we don’t do the qualifiers. If nuno wanted a centre half and striker we would have got them put your trust in nuno and fosun unless your SQ of course after all they ain’t done bad so far.
