It now coming out that ain't Noris tranfer fee is north of 40mill with add onsdoesnt say what add ons are better than 33.7 mill.

I think the higher price might be city to pay the 9 million fee to Angers so we don't have to give them half the profit on the deal which would move it from the 33 million to 42 million. Just my opinion/guess.
