The options available to Man City and Liverpool regarding Hwang Hee-Chan:
1: They can only negotiate with RB Leipzig at the end of the season but only if we don't take up the option to purchase the player.

2: Either team can pay us a compensation fee for us to 'step aside' so that the loan agreement can be terminated and they negotiate with his club in the summer.

3: Negotiate directly with Wolves in January so that we buy him earlier than agreed with RB Leipzig and agree a fee to sell him in the summer to either Man City or Liverpool.

However, the fact that a player can only play for 2 teams during a season means makes it highly unlikely that he will be joining either of them teams in January.

Yes we need to tie this guy to a contract asap. On another issue interesting article in the daily mail the other day from some academic on how much each club can spend based on ffp and recent published accounts.

Answering my own question he played 2 Bundesliga games, so he cannot play for a third team this season
