Can't see this happening as Coady under contract unitl 2025 and Wolves desparately need to strengthen the defence in January as Saiss and Boly are likely to be away at the African nations cup. Probably another Journalist short of bread and butter.

Sell Coady for £30mil? FFP can make clubs do strange things. We would bank a huge profit, as Coady's £2mil cost will have long been depreciated in the books to nil. Profit would all go into the FFP pot. I wonder of the big profits on Jota and Doc were taken for this reason?

Tend to agree with you LongmyandWolf. Coady has tremendous respect at Wolves and international level. Virtually the whole of the PL objected to the Newcastle takeover, so I can't see Coady moving.

I don't think Coady would even consider the move but there are players out there who will happily sign for them if they were offered big big money.
