Jeff well and truly stuck two fingers up to the naysayers.

When we feel the time is right we will not hesitate to make the investment.

Has the potential to be a generational talent.

And yet again, the press knew nothing about it. Love the way this club does business.

By reading Jeff Shi about getting the right quality for Nuno (his words) I'm thinking it confirms nuno is going nowhere and a possibility Nuno hasn't signed a new contract yet he is waiting till all the transfer business is sorted out to give the club and the project preference for new signings. Then he will sign his new contract.
Everything is looking great.

Big congratulations to the positive clan. Your faith deserved this signing. Think I'm best in the negativity mode. Keeps me sane. It will be interesting to see how Fabio is used. Another signing before Sheffield would be good.

Fair play SQ.

Fair play SQ, I don't often agree with you but one thing I will give you credit for is your are pretty much the only one of the negative posters that actually stays and takes his lumps with a bit of humility! Most of the negative posters are quick to give it out but don't hang around when it comes back, I mean we all know PT will disappear now until there's another cloud on the horizon/ first loss of the season! 🤣.

Be nice now to out all the petty squabbling aside? Yes, we were al concerned when Doc left. But better players have left bigger clubs. Yes we were all concerned about the lack of signings, and Nuno not signing an extension, even though he still has 10 months left on his current.
But the bottom line is- we are all on here, purely because we bleed old gold and black, we love this football club.
Let’s all look forward to a new season, hopefully we’ll be back in the Mol ourselves soon.
But let’s leave the arguing to our neighbours at Vile Park. We are wolves, we’re above that.

Good post Lowwolf I will go along with that.
👍👍
Coady didn't get on today on the plus Coady has said how great an experience it is to train with the national squad.
All better for us as Coady surely is going to better for us from the experience.
Loving the good feel factor proud to be a wolves fan👊👊.

SQ, another deal has been agreed but not yet announced, another to be completed within the next couple of days. Jeff was busy while I was on holiday.

Respect SQ. If you weren't so negative we'd have nothing to comment on! Every credit for holding your hands up mate! 😂😂😂.

Fair play SQ!

I can see how a section of fans from any club can be negative, and Wolves have been through the proverbial. I think that attitude may have been carried on from the Batthi Brothers regime and to a degree, the Morgan / Mox (l) ey era wasn't one that will be hailed as a success (barring promotion to the PL) and successive relegations. I left Twitter because I was sick "fans" calling other fans "happy clappers" if they celebrated something positive (say a 1-0 victory) .

Under Fosun things feel different (for me) I cannot remember a better time to be a Wolves fan and the future seems to be a good one. Fosun are getting things right in and off the pitch. Just look at Wigan or Bolton - both in dire shape. We've a lot to cebebrate and to look forward to. Just my two penneth.

One signing, although superb for future, isn't really enough to take us forward. , hope there's more 🤔
I'm sure there will be 👍.

Debbie you are pretty much on the money with your comment! After over 50 years following our wonderful Wolves this is a great time to be sort of involved. The late 60's into the late 70's were great for me home and away. Can't go anymore or very rarely, so this is my only way of following the dream. Fosun have been a breath of fresh air. They are doing what they said they would do. Fair play to them and long may it continue. Wolves for ever!

Rated too 👍
Paul Tam as well👍but not much lately☹️
When bhatti brothers nearly sent us bust I was in middle school and remember me and my best pal saying we would support Walsall if we went out of existence. Too young to fully understand but wolves were in our blood.

The biggest positive from this deal moving onto our next signings is what massive statement of intent this is.

The commitment to youth has been impressive, I think we can all agree 35 million is a staggering amount for an 18yrold. In some ways frightening

But Wolves are looking at the picture 5 years down the road when he could be World Class. Then you look at the others in our squad who could be on the way to being World Class also.

The Phrase project is truly that, we are aiming right for the top, and maybe like many before us we fall short. I'd rather that than just aiming to survive or settling for mid table mediocrity. Let the Newcastles/ West Broms/ Villas of the world battle it out for the Callum Wilsons who in 5 years will probably be playing championship football again.

We are going for it!

It is a lot of money Tom and a big gamble but even with modest development the price would probably be double that in 2 years time if we had waited. If its correct Liverpool and Real Madrid were looking at him then it looks like the Portugese connection may have swung the deal in our favour with the chance to learn the role he wantd to play with Raul.

I send my respects to those who didn't lose faith in Nuno and Jeff, unlike myself who was unreasonably worried about the lack of activity at Mol. At my age, I should have trusted in them both. I will not make the same mistake again.

Have it on good authority that Diogo Leite and Tomás Esteves will be next to sign for Wolves. The defenders will be replacements for Bennett (soon to leave) and Doherty respectively.

Hope so, don't know anything about Leite but I have only heard good things about Esteves. Supposed to a be a very technically sound cb 👍.

Esteves is a full / wing back. And brilliant. Leite CB.
