Adama strong interest from Barcelona and Real Madrid. 70-80 Mil

Raul to Man united or Chelsea.

And Ruben always linked with somewhere. Hope it's all rubbish!

These three seem to be the ones to be worried about this summer. I'd love to keep all three. But I would imagine we might loose at least one. The fees would be insane profit. Definitely least like to loose Raul though.

Of all of them the Traore one is probably the most realistic given his background, the likely profit, and the like chance of obtaining a suitable replacement.
I would be a shame but that is the way it is these days. No Bully's any longer.

These rumours have been doing the rounds for a while. What no one from the media has suggested is if we finish top 4 or win the Europa League and qualify for CL, why would any of them leave to be bit part players when they could star first us in the CL. Media have this tendency to insist that any player will want to play for the so called bigger teams and have no loyalty to the likes of Wolves.

TBH I'd sell Traore and invest it into other areas. Selling Coutinho did wonders for Liverpool.

I honestly can't see um going to Spain, I think its Citys 'rebuilding' that concerns me. Look at Madrid in Adamas position they currently have Vinicius Junior (who they paid £40m for) and Odegaard both are 21 not to mention Vasquez and all of um already don't get the minutes they need in the first team! As for Barcelona are they REALLY going to pay £70+ for a player they let go for buttons? Whilst ALSO being in the process of writing off a suspected £60m+ on their last Prem import that didn't work out at all (Coutinho)?
For me City are the ones to watch because Pep has had a front row seat as to what Adamas capable of he also lacks the one thing missing in the City team and that's raw speed! Time will tell but we will get interest in Traore cause as others have said there just SO few players in the world that can do what he does! As for Neves well to be honest he needs to find his form again for me, frankly if we had better options I think I would benched him by now! Time will tell but I hope we stand firm if it does happen, no shame in selling everyone does it the important thing would be that it makes us stronger! COYW ;)

Haha obvs that's a typo and I didn't mean Adama LACKS pace rather HAS it (in abundance)! I hope we could have all guessed that's not what I meant ;)

If we qualify for the Champions league, they ain't going anywhere.

Same old, same old. Mostly they are something like Darren Bent saying Jimenez should go to a "top team" like Man U or Chelsea. Don't make me laugh Darren. Then clickbait Birmingham Live reports them, repeatedly, and News Now features them every ten minutes or so.

Another rumour I've read is Jack Grealish house-hunting in Manchester. That's probably a wind up for Villa fans. Why would Grealish be house-hunting now?

It's inevitable that we will be losing some of our big players at some point. It's the price of success. I believe, and i've heard it from someone that I trust and is usually correct, that Neves will move in the summer if we don't get European football next season. Mendez has to do his best for his clients as well as us of course and that's his call. Might be wrong here but it sounds plausible to me. Been here longer than Raul or Traore etc who I doubt will move on just yet.

See Tett I can believe that the club have some sort of agreement with Neves like that because they were quite up front about the fact he was the only player that we knocked back an enquiry for in the summer. I have wondered if that has turned Reubens head a little cause it can't just be me that thinks that for the most of this season he's looked a shadow of his former self?
That said if he really does want a move he needs to get his head down and start findin some big performances! Cause I can't see us letting him go for any less than £40m and right now I'm not sure he'd be worth it!

BullysBoy II - perhaps we’ve been watching a different Ruben Neves? I’ve been watching the one who’s been brilliant this season as evidenced by his MoTM performance at Old Trafford in our last game where he outshone Bruno Fernandes with ease. And as for not selling him for ‘less than £40m’ that is presumably a joke right? Try doubling it and then adding quite a bit more on top and when you get to £100m keep going.

The problem is Das that he does look like a different player to me, from last season anyway. You seem to misunderstand me it's not that I don't think he has quality, he has plenty it's that I don't think he's playing as well as he was. Not nearly in fact, yes he played well agaisnt United but you can't honestly say he's currently hitting the potential we saw previously? The stats show it as well by the way, last season over 40 games he got 5 goals and 5 assists, this season 37 games in and he's on 2 goals and 2 assists. Then compare that to Maddison who is currently on 7 goals and 7 assists! Tell me this Das if you had to pick him or Moutinho to drop which would it be, there's only one answer?! But Moutinho is 32 and still regualarly outshining him and I just don't think that should be the case. Why isn't he taking any set pieces these days? Could it be because Moutinho has a higher success rate? As I've said I don't doubt his ability or potential but he looks to me like a player that's struggling to take the next step and find the consistency required at this level. That might just be that he needs more time or it could in fact be because his heads already been turned. Hopefully that isn't the case and he can find his old form again because you REALLY don't need to tell me how good he CAN be! COYW.

Ps- he outshone a player that had arrived at his club less than a week before, not sure why you'd even compare the performance to Fernandes to be honest?

TBF Neves hasn't been playing in his natural position he is more of an attacking midfielder, he has been played quite deep this season.
At old trafford he was allowed to attack more which is why we saw the Neves we all know and love.

Das- there ya go fella that's what I mean! What a performance by Rueben! Was certainly back to his old self tonight, will only be pipped to mom by what was also probs Jotas best performance of the season to boot! Now if he can get back to putting those performances in regular (not just the goal of course cause even I don't expect wonder strikes like that every week;) again then I would certainly agree with your £80+m valuation! More of the same for Sunday please cause if we attack like that it should be a similar scoreline! COYW ;)
