E&S reporting our interest in Ivan Cavaleiro a Portuguese winger from Monaco. Another winger though how many does Zenga want! He looks good tbf. Also one of Mendes' boys. Wait and see then who we end up with after tomorrow night!

If he comes henry Bryne will be gone.

Tell me how many out and out wingers we have henry costa?

Wingers at Molineux:

Ola John
Helder Costa
James Henry
Jordan Graham
Nathan Byrne
Jed Wallace.

If Cavaleiro arrives, you'll see Henry and Byrne leave, leaving our winger choice as:

Ola John
Helder Costa
Jordan Graham
Ivan Cavaleiro
Jed Wallace.

I don't think ANYONE can possibly moan at that.

Costa, zyro, graham, john, henry, wallace, byrne.

5.) 30 Aug 2016

Henry
Wallace
Byrne
Zyro
Costa
Teixiera can play there
John
Bodvarrson can play there
Cavaleiro if we get him

I make it 9 first team wingers - I'd say we've got a bit of cover in RW and LW positions!

Cavaliero, Costa, John, Graham and Zyro is enough quality for any club. As for Henry, Byrne, Wallace and Mason. Expect all to receive their P45's (hopefully) .

Should Wolves win the chase for Harrison Reed in midfield, this would surely also spell the end for Savile, Edwards, Evans and (or) Price. (Oniangue, Saiss, Reed, Teixiera) .

A really competitive squad is starting to take shape, at last.

Sorry guys I ment right wingers.

Thank god there's no loan window now otherwise this would all go on forever! By 11pm tomorrow night we will know our squad. Must be a few players packing their suitcases to leave?

Usually when you pack a suitcase, you've got somewhere to go. The problem I foresee is that we will struggle to move on some of the deadwood which will mean an extremely hefty wage bill for the time being. That will mean the pressure will be on for Walter to deliver if it isn't already.

Why Mason @wavid? he has improved greatly this season and is one of our leading goalscorers at the moment.
Maybe fans like you can leave instead?

I know DT just hope we get what we need before the close.

Because he's the most negative striker ever to have graced the great Gold and Black shirt, RRKO. As for you, I suggest you keep your thoughts to yourself in future.

30 Aug 2016 14:04:08
Lets not forget, we moved on some high earners at the end of last season (Siggy, Boukari, Martinez) along with some other dead wood. Byrne is definitely on his way out and sadly expect Henry to follow. I'd like to see Saville the next to go - despite the odd goal here and there a very average footballer. I'd keep Price, Mason, Wallace and Eddo.

30 Aug 2016 14:26:51
wavidsmith can tell you obviously haven't been much this season, if at all. Apart from saturday Wallace and Mason have both come on leaps and bounds so far this season. Wallace was possibly our best player on the pitch against birmingham the week before. I'm with Rated RKO on this one mate.

We've basically got a new midfield if they don't perform they're gone imo. It was a very stale Jackett midfield which needed cleaning out Fosun have done well in such a short space of time let's hope they all adapt well.

Sbrek, your as bad as him. Although I don't go to the away matches, i'd still like to think I could make a decent enough judgement about our players. It is true both Mason and Wallace have improved, but neither suit what the new manager is trying to achieve. I will make an exception with Wallace for the moment, but Mason would be a very lucky man not to receive his P45 soon, along with the majority of the 'good old boys'.

Wouldn't it be great if Saiss performs as well as Alex Rae, I'm hoping he's like him or Kante which would be even better.

We are looking a lot better with Saiss at CDM now.

Still need at least a good experiences CB with some life left in him and we are looking good for promotion or at least the play offs.

As for another ST I think we could do with a proven goal scorer from any league as long as he knows where the goal is.

Hope we don't get Martin or Bendtner, would prefer Rhodes + Cavleiro

New 1st 11:

Ikeme
Silvio
Iorfa (hopefully for not much longer)
Batth (hopefully for not much longer)
Borthwick-Jackson
Oniangue
Saiss
Teixeria
Costa
Bodvarrson
Dicko

Subs:

Lonergan
Doherty
CB? (hopefully this will be Batth/ Iorfa)
Wallace/ John
Price
Coady
Gladon/ Mason

Got a lot more depth to the squad now.

With only a day left and some of the new players being from different leagues it doesn't make sense to get rid of too many in case they fail to adapt to the league or to england in general.

Think it makes sense for us to reevaluate in January to what players Zenga will move on! Too many fans on here are too quick to want to get rid of players!

At least Saïss is in now

Byrne will surely leave. He's effectively in Zenga's "bomb squad" anyway. With all these new signings, I am sure less wealthy clubs will be enquiring about Henry, Evans, Edwards, Saville and probably players we might want to keep despite the signings like Wallace, Price and Doc. None of these players have done anything wrong, but do they want to be squad players or heroes?

Gold finger, I seriously believe you are making a huge mistake! Iorfa is one of the best right back/ centre-half for the under 21's in England. Why play an injury prone Portuguese right back.
