Don't know how true this is as I don't know the source but it is reported that Anderson Talisca has completed his medical at Wolves and the deal will be announced over the weekend apparently it is a three year deal but have also read about a year contract too with conditions but either way with a fee worth 16.8 million a Championship and club record fee.

I really want this deal to be done now. Seems like its been going on far to long. I know the main stumbling block was the work permit but I've seen so many rumours about it. I'm excited about what this season has to bring for us fans.

I read the fee to be £20 million pound. Three year deal, £40k a week. Bonuses or clauses within the contract and to be announced over the weekend. I'm presuming people are going by those two Twitter posts?

I caught a snip of a conversation about this on radio 5 earlier this evening. They seemed to think the deal was done. But didn't mention contract length, just £16m fee for Talisca. But it wasn't in a news report, it was just in conversation about the league as a whole.

If he failed the medical it would have been a waste of time and effort. I think that's the reason the club shop opens late tomorrow don't want people around at 9am in the morning.

This as been dragging on for to long I ask u a few questions are fans tht excited because of the player bet non of u had any idea who he was, the fact that it's 16m big gamble to go wrong and just cause a big fee doesn't make him a good player look at vardy 1m smashed it or the fact he's Brazilian don't get me wrong I'm really excited my self and brazilians are made of stronger stuff than they used to be but what happens when he takes the piss out of some one and the clatter him will he handle it only time will tell I hope to god he smashes it and can't wait to see him in the old gold just a few resorvations.

I would guess the one year element is like Afobe had, a release clause with a set price sale figure after one year if we are not in Prem. If the buyout amount is same as we're paying, no gamble other than he could be worth more by then.

You shouldn't doubt so much as it's the only real 'big' deal on the internet which has legs, unlike all of those other big names linked on Twitter, etc. He's been separated from his Benfica team mates today as the deal goes through and reported to have flown here a couple of days ago. If he has agreed, it's a huge signing for Wolves.

i understand Talisca will be joining us on a season long lone, and will be sold to Liverpool at the end of that period unless wolves get promoted. if we go up we will have first option to buy him outright.

I've asked a few benfica fans on twitter if he's any good and if he will cope with the English game they said he's a brilliant player but more importantly he's a very good man and we're very lucky let's just hope it's right can't wait for this afternoon feel like a kid at Xmas.

I hope an announcement is made shortly but clearly it wouldn't be today when the team needs to focus on this afternoon. I'm guessing we will have to wait till Monday, fingers crossed.
