VP has upset a few on X describing us as only a small club, didn't see the interview myself, if true, not sure in what context he was meaning but not the best comments. I like to think we are a bigger club compared to the likes of Crystal Palace or Bournemouth, who are both performing much better than us at the moment.
Not sure what I expect from the game tomorrow or what is best, terrible way to think, sometimes I want us to lose convincingly so that Jeff and Co get a move on and sack VP. Then, on the other hand I want us to win and turn everything around.

He probably saw the January transfer budget Banksy, or simply doesn't understand the historical significance of the club.

If true Banksy, VP should go. But first a visit to the Wolves museum, the only dedicated football museum in the Midlands. The brief to VP's successor should include a tour of the museum to show that at one time we were the most well-known club in Europe.

There are a few of us that think Vitor is effectively trying to “work his ticket” which if he has said this and with his recent spat with players and fans would make sense, there’s a reason the longest he’s been at any one club is 18 months, the giving of a 3 year contract is looking even more ridiculous than when it was announced.
I did hear from someone who works at the club that things weren’t great between him and a few of the higher ups and players last season so it looks like this has carried over.
Regardless of that though nothing will change while the uninterested fosun and the inept shi are calling the shots.

I think the same DE wolf.he is going through the motions and wants out and has done for a little while. Our CEO has worked his magic once more.
Come Christmas, quite a few players will be asking their agents to get them out as well is my prediction.
Now Shi has appointed himself Head of Football, how is he going to find a half-decent replacement for the current manager?

Once upon a time we were a
big' club-possibly one of the biggest, but apart from a few selected seasons here and there, continuous rubbish administrations have essentially eroded the ambition and fabric of the club to compete with the best.

That's the 'big' question RugeleyWolf2. There will always be 'has beens' and 'wannabes' that are willing to have come for either their final pay day or to try and fast track up the managerial ladder but a current decent manager will be very difficult to attract now with Fosun's track record.
Under Shi we're just not an attractive proposition anymore as Fosun/Shi don't seem to have any ambition for the club.
