Don't worry. Sasa will be back for next season.

23 Apr 2025 18:03:02
Just been speaking to a neighbour of Sasa in Cafe 29 in Perton. She reckons he's a great bloke who is proud to be a Wolf. Apparently, he is both surprised and delighted at the way we have turned our season around.

24 Apr 2025 08:28:36
I hope Sasa will be given a chance next season and he can get over the acl problems he has had, good luck to him.

22 Apr 2025 00:10:31
Cunha on his way to man united by the looks of things.

21 Apr 2025 18:24:44
With alledged interest for MGW from Man City does anyone know if we have a sell on clause and if so what percentage?

21 Apr 2025 19:22:01
Apparently there is a 10% sell on fee on any profit.

21 Apr 2025 19:37:14
10% I believe

21 Apr 2025 20:13:30
Thanks

22 Apr 2025 07:11:44
Plus £7.5 million when Forest qualify for any European Competition

11 Apr 2025 14:28:30
Cuhna on the bench for spurs game on sunday

11 Apr 2025 17:10:21
Vítor Pereira has said in today’s press conference that Cunha will not come straight back into the team for tomorrow’s game 🇧🇷
He will play the same team and Cunha is still committed and he understands why this decision has been made

11 Apr 2025 18:18:51
Rated mate I think it's best thing as he's the one who got band and he's leaving anyway.

11 Apr 2025 21:19:17
Agree mate plus can use his pace later in the game to get at tired defenders.

12 Apr 2025 06:58:59
I think the manager will do has he has said and Cunha will not start.
Keeping the same team team would make sense.
Bringing Cunha on later in the game, should work for Wolves. Don't forget, this guy may be leaving but he should be working his socks off to show potential suitors he is worth buying!

04 Apr 2025 15:58:25
Another website site is reporting Wolves interest in Jadon Sancho. Probably click bait which assumes Cunha will be leaving, which of course is still click bait itself.

Also, Neves may well be open to a return at some point in the future if Al-Hilal don't make him an offer to stay beyond his current contract. £300K tax free per week to live in the sun in a country with great facilities, errm let me think.

06 Apr 2025 20:25:47
No way will or should we pay 300k per week for any player so forget it.

07 Apr 2025 07:43:52
He's sampled Wolvo though Longmynd and I know where I'd rather be and it's not in the sun.The weather the last week is just right for me.

07 Apr 2025 09:23:07
Plus the crystal clear waters of the canal at the bottom of Broad Street (fact) Old Wulf, paradise. 😍

07 Apr 2025 19:12:56
Luxury, pure luxury, LongmyndWolf.

01 Apr 2025 15:10:41
So now it's being suggested that WW are in preliminary talks with De Rossi to succeed Periera. This with 9 games of the season left to save our skins. Have Fosun gone nuts and don't believe in the merit of having some stability through to at least, survival.

01 Apr 2025 15:38:53
I thinks it's an April Fools joke.

01 Apr 2025 23:50:36
Keen has said the rumours are false.

06 Apr 2025 17:50:42
Blimey Mike, you've fallen for that April fool hook, line and sinker.

31 Mar 2025 13:14:39
Just read an interesting piece by sky reporter Johnny Phillips the Wolves are looking to get back with Mendes this summer. Someone from the agency was at Compton trying ground last week for talks interesting to say the least. We've had some very good players from Mendes but also some crap hopefully if it happens Mendes can find the next Jota or Neves for 15 or 16 mill now that would be nice.

01 Apr 2025 11:31:29
Could be just looking at who they can pick from the bones of the club! (could be April Fool! 😂)

25 Mar 2025 15:52:10
Not sure how true it is so time will tell but i'm hearing the £62million release clause for Cunha is only if we get relegated.
We'll see.

24 Mar 2025 18:04:11
So the London press is reporting Spurs to offer £100M for Cunha and Jao Gomes according to Always Wolves Fan TV.

24 Mar 2025 18:57:43
They can offer what they like. It's up to the club to reject it.

£150m for both or no deal.

24 Mar 2025 19:09:09
I think we can get more we know what Cunha is going to go for and Gomes is worth more than £37.5 million.

24 Mar 2025 21:10:16
The £62.5m Cunha price is a offer which will trigger the buying club to negotiate a deal with the player. It doesn't mean that Cunha will be obliged to go.

24 Mar 2025 22:24:53
Don't forget that Wolves have to sell players regularly to avoid PSR and to satisfy Fosun's edict to be self sufficient and other clubs know this.

24 Mar 2025 23:02:14
Depends on which report you read and believe. I've read one report today stating that only 4 clubs are in danger of breaching PSR - Villa, Everton, Leicester and Newcastle. Then another saying Chelsea, Arsenal, Forest Man City and Palace aswell. Crucially, none of the reports listed Wolves as close to a breach, therefore it seems the decision to sell our better players is not to stave off a breach, more a decision by the hierarchy.

25 Mar 2025 06:51:22
Agree Wandering, the PSR situation with Clubs is very muddled.
Shi last public missive included a reference to the fact Wolves have never been at risk of breeching the rules, but like the media, difficult to believe him.
It feels that Mr Guangchang now does not see Wolves pushing to be part of the upper echelons of the football pyramid. Happy just to muddle along, looking to avoid relegation each season.
Not an inspiring goal for us fans!

25 Mar 2025 09:51:26
Personally, although all clubs need to keep an eye on PSR I've felt for some time Wolves or rather Fosun use it as an excuse. I think you sum it up nicely in your final paragraph Rugeley because that's exactly what's happening.

No ambition beyond Premier League survival, 17th? yeah that'll do.

27 Mar 2025 13:53:19
The reason wolves will not breach PSR is due to management action rather than an accident. Wolves have an average operating loss before transfers of about 30 million a year. To break even they need to make a profit on player sales of 30 million each and every year….this position is clearly not sustainable . Until operations can break even without players sales wolves will always be in jeopardy of relegation. Not sure how they can do this without significant owner support which does not appear to be forthcoming.

30 Mar 2025 20:20:57
Maybe they need a bigger stadium.

17 Mar 2025 15:12:59
If Cunha gets sold this summer is a Jota return a possibility or just (Teamtalk) click bait.

Liverpool want more than they paid for him which makes it unlikely, imo.

However, I think Jota may well leave, I just can't see him coming back to Wolves.

17 Mar 2025 15:46:23
Jota might be of interest to a top six PL team, unless Europe or Saudi. No way is he worth the £55mil quoted if Cunha's release clause is just £62mil.

17 Mar 2025 15:56:31
Maybe Forest if they are CL qualifiers.

17 Mar 2025 20:22:05
He's on £150k a week at Liverpool.

18 Mar 2025 07:59:19
He’s too injury prone for anyone to pay that money for him, he’s only completed 90 minutes twice in the league this season.

18 Mar 2025 09:37:17
He didn’t light any fires against Newcastle, which is why he got subbed.
No way is he worth £55M at 28 and with his injury record. £25M maybe but has he lost the passion?
Hope we concentrate on new, fresh talent.

18 Mar 2025 10:27:12
My friends are Liverpool fans and say he is now just average after his strong start. I couldn't disagree after seeing him on Sunday. Must be better out there for less.

18 Mar 2025 12:25:58
Joto was great for us. But now he Seams s to get a slight knock and misses a few weeks at a time we would be able to afford him

21 Mar 2025 20:18:11
Have to agree with CB, truth is that if it wasn't for his awful injury proness Pool wouldn't be looking to off load him! He's still good at finishing but that doesn't mean a lot when you can't play a full game all season. It's a shame cause he's a class player, never quite as good as he could have been cause he's always either injured or just coming back from injury 😏

22 Mar 2025 13:51:25
Jota doesn't look very robust to me. He's never filled out physically like many top players do. Maybe that's the problem.

{Ed001's Note - it is all his hours playing videogames every night that is his problem. He is one of the highest ranked FIFA (EAFC now) players in the world and he maintains that high ranking by playing at least 10 games a night. Not healthy for a professional athlete.}

22 Mar 2025 16:58:48
Jota is playing at least 10 video games a night, Ed? Unbelievable! He should be giving his all to football. No wonder he's slipping from past career highs.

{Ed001's Note - he has his own eSports team as well, which he often jets around to support, even midseason.}

23 Mar 2025 08:10:54
Never go back, it translates to backwards.

23 Mar 2025 12:34:24
No good selling cunha and signing jota if we want to move forward we need to sign jota to play with cunha.
