From percy telegraph Gary O'Neil is set to take charge of Wolves against West Ham but the club are preparing to make a change. There are no financial concerns over WWFC making a managerial change and then appointing a successor.
As already reported, Graham Potter is the club's top target but it remains to be seen if he will come to a club in a relegation battle.

Whilst we should be looking at the likes of Xavi and Edin Terzic as our next manager, sadly I feel that Fosun will limit themselves to either David Moyes or Steve Cooper.

Sorry Rugeley buddy but I don't believe that for a second (not aimed at you:)! Not cause I think we have the squad but more because why would he even engage if he's not interested in the post?! Sorry but I suspect (rightly or wrongly) Potter sees himself WAY above our station! He also doesn't need to rush into a job as he's got his Chelsea millions to live off until the right job comes up! To be honest I think we would be VERY lucky to even get Moyes with the way this club is run! 😭

I agree Bullys. I cannot think that a quality mamager would contemplate taking on this basket case. Maybe a has been who would look at some short term role, ie to season end, for quick dosh. Surely anyone with a CV would want written into a contract firm commitments from Fosun that they are unlikely to sign up to.

I actually think you could be right Rated buddy, he had one of the worst win % at Chelsea and they've rinsed through managers! Ironically though it's precisely the reason he doesn't need to take the risk on us. His success/failure in his next role will likely define the next decade of his career (e.g. Prem or Champ) and with that being the case I suspect we will be to big a risk for him? Who knows 👍

Graham Bailly of moleneux news has reported that fuson are now saying they did not give GON the right support in the transfer window and let O'Neil down. Now they know the white were in because they keep selling are best players without replacing them have they seen the light.Yes you can sack O'Neil but the next manager will have the same problem until fuson decide to alter there stance on funding the club.

I think like a lot of you that GoN has to go. So who to replace him with Moyes or Potter seem to be top of the list however many saying no decent manager will come because of Fosun .
I don't understand that logic. If as widely stated Fosun want to sell the keeping us in the EPl is a priority.
Get a decent manager and recruit a couple of CB in January. Decide on the formation and style and we have enough in the squad to stay up.
We need a change and we need it now.

Shi or fosun going won't solve anything. We had our best times under Fosun/Nuno.What we need is a manager that can get this talented bunch motivated. Admittedly Fosun are now putting pressure on Shi to make money but at same time they are our best chance of staying up given the right manager.Change NOW before its to late. What's point in waiting until after West Ham?

I have tried to see the positives in our current manager, but Saturday was a watershed moment for me. Set-up wrong, leaving Dawson out criminal and poor tactics said a lot.
When he goes, we will still have some issues in the squad, so I am not optimistic about our future.
