We have a chance for Wells it says on tv that the Bradford manager expects the deal to be done early, AND that they are in talks with a club. As far as I know we are the only ones who have made an enquiry and rumours of a bid.
Leeds have made a bid for him as well as Wigan, he wants to go up a league.
He won't come to us maybe if we were top a few points clear with good recent performances but were not
Hopefully we will be best Preston and go on a decent run and finish stronger
We need someone though with pace he would for the bill but move on find someone else

We have someone with pace called Siguardson who Jackett is too pig headed to play. I think Siggy and Griffiths upfront together for a few matches will come good for us.

I'd love to see our team built around a core of dedicated players. Batth would surely be one of those players. I'm sure a pay deal can be structured, perhaps contractually stepping it up if we get promoted.
And he has gone, let's go for frimpong and then get outbid dead on him and lose him, wolves need to be more direct!

Hearing strong rumours Emmanuel Frimpong will be returning to Wolves this transfer window along with Grant Holt, Frimpong will sign permanently IF Wolves get promotion to the Championship
When will people drop this obsession with frimpong?
If he did I'd be pretty damn happy. But he won't.
I'd love this just the creative spark we need however I highly doubt he will drop this far and I'm sure other championship teams would be in for him and aresnal would surely loan him to a team in a higher division?
Apparently according to the press, arsenal won't be renewing his contract when his current one expires. Other than arsenal, he only loves one other club - Wolves. The league status won't bother him as Wolves are still a big club. He just needs to prove his fitness as he's had a poor time with injuries

Its Frimpong's birthday today, 22. he has a soft spot for Wolves, but doubt he will drop down to L1 - shame!

Danny wants £10k per week and a get out clause if we don't go up, this is really in the balance, prem clubs are hovering, championship clubs are hovering, SPL clubs are inquiring too, he's Wolves through and through, it's time for our club to back this "one for the future jargon they normally come out with and invest in the teams future, what's the problem?

It's a big wage at this level. On the other hand if we don't go up he will attract a good price. He is our top player and worth making a special case for.
He's wolves 'through and through' but demands 10k a week or he will leave? if he does not want to play for us we will replcace him for someone who does. W
Don't mind paying decent money to good players. It's the paying shed loads for rubbish they gets me. We have messed him about for two years whilst the pretenders have messed us around.
How has he been messed about? he couldn't have been played while we were fighting relegation, we needed experience or we run the risk of ruining his development. He had to wait for his chance, now he has got it, done well, and has the option to extend. what's the problem?
How is Moxey telling Saunders he must play Johnson over Danny- so we could apparently sell him at the end of the season- not messing Danny about. When Johnson got suspended Danny was man of the match 3 games in a row then gets dropped. Is this true well his Dad thought so when I asked him about it.
Imagine being in his shoes at the back end of last season, we sent Stearman out on loan and instead of using the lad who'd done all he could to get in the team, and is proving now he deserved it, we go and loan Gorkks!
I personally would give him exactly what he wants. It's not that easy to go and get a good centre half, proof of that is how we've struggled for the last decade.

Im sure players have had it far tougher than batth. If he's wolves through and through he would take the new deal no matter what the cost. What matters is he's now earnt his spot in the team and should enjoy it, not play hard ball

I think nahki wells is on his way to wolves as Bradford say they expect him to make an early decision and we are the only team to make a bid and be in talks with Bradford as it's on the wolves page in ssn
If wolves do sign him, then I think it's fair to say Morgan means business. So far he's not really spending much

Tbh I'd take nouha dicko all day over Cassidy and Doyle nicky maynard is a target but also a target for Leeds and I do believe we are still in talks with Bradford over nahki wells as it seems at this minute we are the only team really intreasted if the other clubs wanted him badly they would have moved for him by now
