I can tell you that Moxey has been in China and then to Dubia in the last fornight on 'business'.
I don't pretend to be a ' in the know' poster, just that I know who booked his flights and hotels from within the club and his claim for expenses.
I have no idea if its takeover related but very interesting business trip either way!

Interesting Tommo, an owner from either of them places would do nicely! Rich as hell! Hope your information is correct!

Hopefully Tommo 1970 u or the Realist bring us a new owner very soon 👍.

When sir jack took over and spent, at the time, a small fortune, did it bring instant promotion? Ask villa fans how happy they have been since their multimillionaire took over their club. Its not always about throwing money around and hoping it brings success!

Throwing money around is surely better than the mess we are in right now. If we get somebody with money we need someone who understands football high up to help make decisions, just like Derby have with Redknapp, and a manager who will spend it wisely and can coach our youth players coming through. We need a complete re-structure.

When Randy Lerner was splashin the cash and O'neil was there they finished 6th 3 seasons on the bounce.

07 Apr 2016 08:20:11
Agree StuuCorbett. Right manager/ Coach and football people on the board.

07 Apr 2016 08:28:19
Yeah and Leeds were in the champions league after spending millions. Look at the number of clubs with rich owners who have no idea how to run a club. Newcastle, villa, Sunderland ourselves in recent years. MM got us promoted stu without spending a fortune, we just need someone to come in with a real passion for us to move forward. Why is there this obsession with having a billionaire?!

07 Apr 2016 08:43:35
I agree with paul and stuucorbett needs a clear out, like the saying goes out with old and in with new?

07 Apr 2016 09:09:36
I don't think the recruitment money as been to short I just believe its not been spent wisely, I bumped into an ex player who his working on a certain football channel who put his finger on what's happening thelwell given to much of a freehand with transfers not upto the job manager not wanting the players thelwell buying so just rotting on the bench or in the reserves . so thelwell needs to go whatever else happens.

07 Apr 2016 09:20:58
I agree, when you look at all the transfers in and out in the last 3 years, on the whole Thelwell has failed and should go.

Tommo.
If your info is correct then Moxey was away on business. He wouldn't be claiming expenses otherwise. That business may not be a takeover. It could be player transfer negotiations. It could be new sponsorship. It could be building the Wolves "brand" in new markets. Etc. etc. Good news anyway.

Like I said before glad of the points against M. K. Dons not for the performance as safety first is priority.
I think we need a lot of changes at our club, there's to much bad running of our club, we look like an average championship side that turn up each week and play to much negative football with no entertainment value, the only way forward to me is that a new owner or owners come in and change the running of the club and experienced players need to be bought in to go with these young players.

07 Apr 2016 17:28:14
Why would Moxey build the Wolves brand in new markets when he's failing in this one?

08 Apr 2016 01:26:39
Could well be Deep Throat, I don't know what it was but I'm told he visited the same people who had been here a few weeks earlier. Still, could be sponsorship I suppose. I asked wether it was takeover related and she just did not know. Sorry.

08 Apr 2016 11:14:05
hope its good news for once about a takeover?

08 Apr 2016 20:31:35
The actual story is that Moxey visited a Chinese.

Several in fact

On the same evening.
