Jez Moxey is to be replaced with John Delaney. Delaney is due to step down as the head of the F. A. I next week.

Delaney has been doing that job for 9 years and is on 430,000 euros a year which is less than Moxey. Hope your source is right as that will be a positive start to a new begining. Paul Tamworth

I think one of two things may happen next week after our faith has been decided. Either Moxey or Saunders will leave/sacked. This decision led by Morgan is a way of trying to get the fans back on side. Which one would you like to see go?

IDM

I`m an irish fan and ye don`t need this clown he `d make moxey look like a saint

If it was only one of the two who were sacked, I want Deano gone! Then appoint Darren Ferguson and a Director of Football! That way Moxey is taken out the equation as Director of football deals directly with the owner! Paul Tamworth

Are you a villa or baggies fan in disguise pt. Darren Ferguson. are you on a wind up! You said a while back that Dean "hoof it" Saunders was the messiah and look at us now. thanks to the likes of you who just tripped along in a daze and got sucked in to the we want Solbakken out brigade we have gone backwards. big-time, thanks a bundle, with luck I might just see us back in the prem. MFA

Deano has failed I admit that! But if Solbakken had still been here we would of been relegated in March! Paint dried quicker than we played football under him! Anyway that's gone now it's time to move on! And why not Darren Ferguson with a Director of football? If we've only got a small budget and relyin on loans, there's nowhere better to go than Manchester Utd for them off his old man! Paul Tamworth

I don't think we are going far enough with the redesign of the club here. Yes we need a new and progressive manager and coaches that will give the team style and passion. Yes we need a director of football of the mould of graham Taylor who has worked at all levels. We also need a change across the board. We need the club to stop treating us as customers as we are more than a source of cash. Moxey, if he stays needs to take a back seat and stay out of the public eye for a while. Build the new stands now while there is less impact from attendances. Be brave and make bold and decisive decisions now that will reap rewards later. My biggest concern though is that as fans we are not patient enough to see this through. Forever gold and black

Jez moxeys second chin

Jez Moxey's Second Chin - could not agree more. It might seem daft but when we are in League One is exactly the time to get the Steve Bull Stand replaced at least. The club needs reinventing across the whole entity, including the ground itself.

Ian

Totally agree with last comment build the stand its a 3 year build will make the ground look better and when the two years are finished if we have been clever with managers CEO players etc we could be challenging for prem again?! And we will have two good looking stands which will attract bigger crowds and better players. With the Darren fegruson comment though posh are 3 points higher than us and one of the worst teams I have seen us play this year no thanks

Paul Tamworth your knowledge of football never ceases to amaze me! Relegated by March! I don't think so!

Tamworth has absolutely no eye for a decent manager!. supporting downo when he was brought in when everyone else knew it was going to fail, and I can't believe this guy is seriously wanting darren ferguson as manager!

Good call on Darren Ferguson, Paul Tamworth; he's just got Posh relegated so he should fit YOUR bill perfectly!

Tamworth if we'd stuck with Stale we'd finished mid table. It's because of fickle fans like you that we're in this mess.

The truth will set you free.

I wanted Steve Bruce when McCarthy went! I bet most of you disagreed with that! That is now the past as is Salbakken and hopefully Saunders! I would now hope we get Ferguson or Odriscoll! With a Director of Football. Paul Tamworth

I still wouldn't want Steve Bruce Hull were dreadful when we played them they will be straight back down next year. We need a manager who has ambition and is able to adapt from league 1-championship and prem. someone like what Brandon Rodgers or Paul lambert

Cannot believe comments from people saying build the new Steve Bull stand. We spend £20 m on a new stand which was not needed. This drained resources from the football club, we have been net sellers in footballers since the first bricks were laid. The Director's eye goes off the ball as they concentrate on the stand rather than the team and we get relegated two years in a row. And yet some people think we should try and find at least another £30m from somewhere to build another stand. WHERE ON EARTH DO YOU THINK THE MONEY IS GOING TO COME FROM. And if we incurred £30m of debt what division do you think we will finish up in, because one thing is for certain we won't be in the Football League.

If you'd have stuck with Big Mick you'd still be in the EPL instead of the first going on second, terrible state of affairs for a great instatution like Wolves.

So Borussia Dortmund almost go into administration in 2006. The redesign the club from top to bottom, build new ground ant world class training facility. Win the league do the double and are now in the CL finals with the largest attendance in Europe. But you disagree that we should build a stand? The ground must be finished off now and prices drastically reduced. £160 for a season ticket at Dortmund. As for how we afford it, well we swallow our pride and get the sponsorship needed to sort out our problems. Our home will always be molineux but that should not stop us from having the stands sponsored if only for the short term.

Wolverhampton Wanderers are now in Division 1! Or to the older fan the old Division 3! When you come on this board and talk about new managers and players comin in, just remember where we are! A new CEO, Manager and Director of Football needed! We must get promotion straight away! Paul Tamworth

We're in Div1 and u still wouldn't have Steve Bruce? No wonder were where we are with fans like you! Do u go to the games? Paul Tamworth

So we are in league 1

Finally a chance to get rid of the big ego wasters. A chance for our youth to come through, most of our youth coming through are wolves fans, so that will give them even more desire to win. Think it's a perfect time to start adapting a style, that will be able to compete with prem teams in years to come. It doesn't take a genius to realise teams playing in the prem, or getting promoted to the prem. Are teams who can keep the ball and play nice passing football. Wolves over the last how long haven't been able to do this. Now is the prefect time to start that style, bring through our youth, so we can keep up with how the game is moving forward. The big decision is the management. Is dean Saunders the man for the job? He might want his players to fight and try and get the best out of them but. His tactical decisions continue to confuse me. Today for example. He started elokobi who hasn't started for us all season, pushes Robinson out the team who hasn't been playing bad at all, elokobi comes off injured so your FORCED to make a change. Starts sako, when he clearly isn't fit, odds wernt in our favour for stopping up, so odds are, we are going to lose sako in the summer so why risk injuring him and end up paying his wages until the closet transfor window comes available. Why play players that aren't fit? Plays Johnson ahead of bath when Johnson was at fault for getting sent off and bath took his chance and got a man of the match performance in every game he played. Big decisions need to be made no more time for mistakes now. What is done is done. While we are in league 1 it's the perfect time to start a fresh, the good thing we have is loyal fans, who will get behind our players, the other good thing is I think our youth coming through will do a job in league one, some already have. Would like to see Davis, bath, mclardian, Cassidy, Ismail, Forde, Doherty, Evans, Gorman, all come through next season. let's hope the futures bright for us. And hopefully be back in the top flight soon rather than later

DTM

The money has already been set aside for the two stands they stated that befor building the first one. That is separate money. Plus money has already been spent on planning and foundations such as water and electrics Etc if we don't build it that will all go to waste so why not as the previous comment says other teams have done it re built and one back stronger better facilities equal better players and more fans! And why not do it when we won't be using the stand next year perfect timing to me? I do however agree it shouldn't be done if no money is spent on the team but I think we should do both money is there for the stand and parachute payments for the players wages and buying new ones!

When we come on this board!

Paul, I don't get where you are going with this one. Can you expand a little please pal?

Jez moxeys second chin

When you post a question, rumour or reply. Paul Tamworth

Dtm brilliant comments 100 percent agree most young players now are taught and shown Barcelona and other top teams play and that's how here expected to play and train that way so I'd use all the players you have just stated who have done excellent this season in elite league and out on loan. If put hunt captain as he shows true passion and pride and heard on the radio he wants to stay as his family and daughter are at schools and like it here doesn't want them to move. I'd put him captain and say to the young lads I expect this pride passion and work rate. Start playing good football and work are way back to being great. I'd look at buying Niki wells we were linked with before and a few others and I really think its aPositive in discuss. With mangers I don't know but we need to make a decision and stick with it and not bottle it like we did this season

DTM

You hit the nail on the head, whoever pulls on the shirt needs to earn the right to play in it and play with passion and pride. Discipline, shape and the right style will move us back up the leagues as confidence grows. Do we have the management to achieve this? What would I give for a Brian clough type figure, maybe I'm living in the past.

Sorry, forgot to put my name on the Dortmund post and a reply to DTM.

Just one question that I asked needs a full answer. Where are they going to get the money from, sponsorship won't cover 10% of the costs. if you find the funding, how much will be left for the team? Comparisons with Dortmund are rubbish. Surely, you can see the link between us building a new stand and getting relegated. You need a proper business plan, the break even date on the North Bank will take another 12 years at least, and for a new Steve Bull it would take a full generation before the stand is paid for. What you would be doing is compounding our current problems by a factor of 10.

I totally agree with doing the stand one is possibly being shut so why not whilst the attendances are lower we might as well carry on with the stadium project, the money for this could come from Morgans back pocket he will get more back from it in the long run. Also it would not affect crowd etc. If we get back to the prem so profit would stay up then.

On Saunders he needs to go his hoof ball game us atrocious he can't motivate the players, and his team selection is awful, dropping Hunt and Siggy was truly mystifying, he seemed to be going out for the loss, also the scenario with Batth was ridiculous and showed he hasn't got the balls for making big calls.

So who I'd get in for manager would be Jackie McNamara he knows the club well and he may be given more time from the fans before getting on his back, I would get a DOF in and it would be out of ray Wilkins, graham Taylor or Terry Venebals.

Out of all the players I'd play de vries Doherty Batth elekobi and new lb, new rw Davies new cm sako if he stays with Siggy if he stays and Cassidy/ McAlinden with the subs bench being made up of youth players and possibly some journeymen/ new signings

Dingoonle

To the one with no name.

Since when do I owe you or anyone else an answer.

To humour you however I did not compare us to Dortmund. I simply stated that they are proof that a complete overhaul can work if applied correctly at all levels.

As for sponsorship, you have no idea of any revenue that could be generated by this or any correct costings.

I don't need a buisness plan as this is a rumour/opinion site.

The break even date on the North Bank? Where did you dig this info from?

I also said stands not stand!

Getting relegated had more to do with poor managment decisions at all levels and if the directors got the balance wrong then that was their mistake at that time.

The ground needs to be completed and I can't see it stopping us buying multi million pound players at this level can you?

I think you may be getting confused on here between opinions and reality but please feel free to let me know.

Just seen a removal van outside Roger Johnson's house.

Just seen Roger Johnson outside Roger Johnson's house, coincidence?

Yeh also seen the removal van at, Oharas Henrys Wards Berras Sebs Doyles Gorkes and Deanos! Hopefully that happens even if we stay up! Tomorrows predictions, Crystal Palace 4 Peterborough 0, Huddersfield 2 Barnsley 1, Brighton 1 Mighty Wolves 3!! Mighty Wolves AVOID RELEGATION! Paul Tamworth

Anychance of one outside Moxeys house too?

The truth will set you free.

I admire your optimism Paul.
I don't share it however. I also feel that League1 might be the best thing to happen to us for a couple of years. Rid ourselves of dead wood (which I can't see happening if we stay up), give the youth (some of whom have already proved themselves in the division) a chance and properly rebuild.

And much as I don't rate him as a Championship level manager, keep Dean Saunders on board. We need a level of stability. Which we are lacking so much of currently I am surprised the Molineux hasn't toppled over yet

By the way Roger Johnson lives in a flat in Sutton. Paul Tamworth

If dreams came true ^

PT I like your optimism, I can see Peterborough and Barnsley doing their part to help us stay up. but it's how we'll do against Brighton that concerns me. As much as I hope that they do the necessary. I can't help but think that they probably won't get the sufficient result.

Come on the Wolves! Prove my silly thought processes wrong!

With you on that one Paul Tamworth. I would love to be in the changing room before the game. If I could get them half as pumped up as me they would run through walls. We survive with the greatest escape ever witnessed
GET MOXEY OUT.

He could be shifting his ego out!

I know where your comin from about bein in Div1 and startin again and getting rid of deadwood but I don't agree. U say keep Deano? I've tried to back the guy, but after watchin him for the best part of 19 games, I cant! I would like to see Darren Ferguson. Brought in with a Director of football or at least football people on our board! As I've said before there are no positives in relegation! Fingers crossed for a miracle Tomorow! Paul Tamworth

I'm hearing the Burke brothers have secured the contracts to help relocate the driftwood.

Hope they all go I was so annoyed to read in express and star if we go down we still want to keep gorks! Why he is another dreadful defender and defo not worth 25k a week it said he'd be on! I'd use the youth guys such as bath doherty Davis Cassidy etc and the academy lads who have done well in the elite league and I'd put hunt as captain as he has true spirit. Love for the club and works like a beast show them how we expect them to be!

Regardless of whether we go down or, by some miracle, we stay up, Saunders has to go. When you look at his record with Doncaster it isn't great. First getting relegated, 6 loses in 9 home games from the start of this season until he left. He talks a good game, unfortunately, that's all it is, talk.

I haven't heard him talk a good game - when was that?

I've just seen a van outside Roger Johnson's house. Didn't know Threshers did home delivery.

Only van outside the big mans house will be a burger van.
