Team I would like to see against Luton at the weekend:

De vries
Doherty Craddock(c) Mouyokolo Reckord

Ismail O'Hara Doumbia Forde

Cassidy Winnall

All these players have experience within them
Why has everyone forgot about jody craddock for?

Who would you like to see playing?
I reckon foley with play due to him being from Luton an that but give Doherty a game, if stale wants to win some of the fans back he would have to start Ismail and maybe give mclinden a game.
Any others

Any rumours ed? {Ed011's Note - Nothing concrete

Craddock not with wolves anymore stale didn't want him!

Doherty can't play he's cup tied! Do any true supporters follow wolves properly!

Mouyokolo injured
Doumbia injured
Doherty cup tied
Ohara isnt ready to play 90 mins

If he starts Ismail (or Doherty), Stale may win the fans back, until the FA throws us out for fielding cup-tied players.

Doherty is cup tied

Doherty and ismail cant play there cup tied

If Stale does not want Craddock why would his contract be extended ?

If u don't start ohara at some point he will never be ready to play 90mins? start him n give him 75mins

play batth n pizza man as well

Whether your pro or anti Stale, we need Morgan to come out and say whether he's backin or sackin him! The ongoin speculation is causin rifts between Wolves fans which will only intensify the longer it goes on! Paul Tamworth

Half that team cant play, do you actually know what your talking about. the lads on loan are cup tied, ohara, Mouyokolo and doumbia are injured and craddock cant play half an hour anymore, hence the coaching role.

Ill put it plain and simple to ya check the facts before u start writing who u would play and wouldn't play look on the web site or where ever and u will c jody doesn't play any more! Dave help me out here?

If you much about the wolves u will c that stale gave him a month to look at him and decided not to bother there fore jody retired to look after his poorly child! Dave help me out on this 1!!

Got a feeling we will play the majority of the team that played so badly over Christmas. Hopefully they will want to make amends and a win from somewhere is desperately needed.
UTW

Here mate. Some people eh!! Jody Craddock??? Time to move on i think. Theres a perfectly good young centre half sitting on the bench every week, Danny Batth, while we are subject to watching Berra grapple centre forwards and generally look like a 6 month old baby trying to find his balance every time the ball comes near him. Azza!!! Anything???

The team will be something like this - DeVires - Stearman Batth Berra Ward - Forde Davis O'hara Penant - Nouble Doyle.....Margetritter and Jonnson will feature and maybe a couple youngsters could be on the bench

Never thought I'd say this but Paul Tamworth I completely agree. It wouldn't even have to be a speech fit for the queen. Just a simple "He is here till the end of the season and we will assess after that and he has money to spend in January" or "it's not working out so it's best to part ways and let someone else have a go". Whether your a happy clapper or a moaner the last thing any Wolves fan is to be left in the dark when things are look as bleak as they have been for awhile. Abot of clarity might just get us back on the teams side. Morgan it's time you showed us fans you care about this club.
Wednesfield Cub.

Why don't we play the brick wall that Stale keeps talking about?
Doing the number on most of our players ay it

I think we will play a strong team so (hopefully) we win and the players grow in confidence.

Lose 1-0 and it will be the total opposite.

Time for JOH to get 90 mins, and potentially put him in the shop window..he only wants £100 a week after all, should be easy to get rid ;)

What about Dave jones ?

What about him?

Kenny dagliesh for me..the only one who..is worth sacking ståle for...

Dalglish who wasted millions at Liverpool? No thank you.

It gets scarier and scarier with owen coyle at 3/1

Why would any decent manager want to come to a club with supporters that are too quick to turn on them and fight amongst themselves?

All fans are the same! The Baggies were booed off at half-time against Fulham and look at the season they are having!

The truth is whether we stay up in in the lap of the gods in the arms of Lady Luck.for sure Morgan ain't gonna influence it nor moxey nor solbakken, the players maybe, the fans that's the biggy, as fans do we protest to a stage which will make Morgan sit up n take notice or do we back the team through thick n thin n hope they will pull through.sure this will divide opinion, but in the words of the great terry hall "the lunatics have taken over the asylum" it's up to us the fans, the ones who our love for wolves is for life, the only ones who really care.i for one don't want division 3 again.younonly get one life I gave mine to wolves.the realist.

Henry quotes that its not certainly down to lack of effort, we have a squad giving their all...-I don't think so, if all the squad think this then god help us.

I'm embarrassed to be a Wolves fan at the mo- never have I known so many 'fans' wanting us to fail

That is how much some fans care about their club. They are more embarrassed by other fans than by the performance of the team.

stuart holden would bring some creativity

I see Billy Davies's odds are shortening for our job? Bring Dave Kelley with him? I'd rather them than Stale and his muppets! Paul Tamworth

Done well everywhere he as been

Just accept it Paul, he's going nowhere and rightly so.

Absolute tosh, Billy Davies would send us back to the stone age. As would Coyle, Strachan, Burley, and all the other nearly men we have been linked with. Only one manager on the market that could possibly make a difference is Di Matteo however he wouldn't come to a championship side. Stale has shown that he has an eye for foreign talent and that is where we need to look. There is simply not enough affordable quality domestically. Give Stale 10m and raise another 10m from the sale of Doyle(4m) SEB(500k) Stearman (1m) Berra (250k), Ward (800k) Henry (2m), Hamill (500k), Edwards (1m), Jonsson (400k), De Vries (750k).

Give Stale 10 mil so he can bring in players who cant play a competitive 46 game season, get mentally and physically tired before Christmas and are injury prone! Yes let's all back Stale!! Paul Tamworth

Id give away stearman and ward for free

I see you have now idea of values of players!

So all our players, including all our strikers one of which is top goal scorer after feeding on scraps

Yes most of our players, that is what is inherently wrong with wolves, average players who have ridden on the coat tails of the few who were good enough. Either that or we just become an average championship side for the next decade. Mass change is needed.

Give Stale 10m and raise another 10m from the sale of Doyle(4m) SEB(500k) Stearman (1m) Berra (250k), Ward (800k) Henry (2m), Hamill (500k), Edwards (1m), Jonsson (400k), De Vries (750k).
If you can get 10 mill for this lot then we should make you manager. Another deluded Stale fan with no sense of realism especially the lat 3 valuations.

Ok mastermind what are your evaluations( without checking your football manager game). Not a deluded fan just trying to support my team, something a lot of you have forgotten to do. The players are more like Christians in the colluseum than a players at their home ground these days. Makes me sick. We get rid of Stale now we will definitely go down. {Ed011's Note - I concur.

Funnily enough I dont give valuations on the players but I also dont advocate getting rid of players and then value them higher than they would be worth if we wanted to keep them.
For a start Egg is probably earning more than he would get at another club so the chances are we would have to pay him off never mind getting 400k for him.
Sorry Ed but I have to disagree with you on this one. If we got a decent manager in who could motivate the players we could stay up and then make a play for promotion next year.

500k for our top goal scorer? and you'd sell Henry the only player at our club that is playing for Wolves rather than playing for their pay check? keep henry keep seb and doyle, bring in frimpong another p;ayer that actually wants to play for us, and he is actually a good player.

Christians at the Colosseum....... couldn't have put it better myself! MM created a side that were very limited technically but worked very very hard! Anyone could see that the squad of players couldn't keep doing that, it was impossible to maintain! 3 seasons fighting for their lives week in week out took its toll! Some of those players will never recover from those 3 seasons in the Premier! Now we have a manager who is trying to invoke change, make us technically a better team (which a lot of people on here have been crying out for!). He's changing things behind the scenes with the scouting network and the coaching set up etc. Now you turn on him for trying to be positive and talk about managers such as Billy D, Sean O'Driscoll, Owen Coyle etc to replace him like they are Alex Ferguson or Jose Mourinhio!! Are you for real? What the club also need is the fans unwavering support! I don't mean paying your money and turning up to moan like Victor Meldrew week in week out! I mean really support them, you know cheer them on a bit rather than boo them off at half time with the thumbs pointing downwards!

Also what is it with the Frimpong bandwagon all the time? Yes he's a good player but too similar to Henry and Davies! I agree a better version of (when he's fit) but none the less we need players who can keep hold of the ball and create chances! If we have the ball the opposition can't hurt us! Creativity is what we have been crying out for for the past 2 or 3 seasons! I'd rather see Claudemir coming from Copenhagen, any other suggestions?

I agree we are up against it at the minute and no Wolves fan is happy with the situation and some of the performances have been abysmal to say the least! However I have seen in patches performances to be positive about! The Blues game second half was brilliant! We could have scored 4 or 5 in that second half! I know there hasn't been enough of that but can we really say that this team is really Stalle's to criticise? The man should be given a chance to finish what he's started otherwise in a few years time we will all look at his team wherever he is with envy thats for sure!

I wonder where Manchester United would be now if Sir Alex was given the boot in his first few seasons? Do you remember the banner "Three years of excuses and it's still crap..... ta-ra Fergie." Would we have given Fergie the time in identical circumstances? Something for you all to think about!

Teenage winger Zeli Ismail has returned to parent club Wolves following the end of his loan spell at MK Dons.

The 19-year-old joined the League One club towards the end of November and made six league and cup appearances for Karl Robinson's side.

Ismail's only start against Brentford on December 8 resulted in him being substituted midway through the first half at Griffin Park due to an early yellow card.

Send him back he aint good enough

Ismail will be world class you doll dosser

If our board has any ambition go for di'matteo now for its to late.

One problem with that............they dont have any ambition.

Also he does have a "champions league win" in his CV... So surely he'd be after a top flight club surely?

Ambition is not in our boards vocabulary

They have gone for him, but it's Dominic Matteo that used to play for Liverpool--- that's about wolves limit !!

Dillusional if you think Di matteo would even consider coming to Wolves.Wolves im afraid have lost that pulling power... Di Canio possibly even then 50/50 he would come..

03 Jan 2013 13:06:03
S.S. sez he is still waiting for a meeting with J.M. & S.M. To discuss transfer targets, should have already been done. Load of waistrulls we know they aint guna spend. 2mill max if we are lucky. WFE

Dead rite mate.

I would not give the clown tuppence! aye he wasted enuff?

Morgan and moxey are entirely to
blame for wolves current plight.
jobbing builder and a second hand
cars salesmen. ref; mc'carthy saga
it was like throwing a drunk pilot off a
plane then realising he was the only
one available to fly it. got nothing
against Stole, but getting a team out
championship is a specialised subject.
hope we dont have to rely on the above to resolve our current position

'Aye he wasted enough'

Sako, doumbia, peszko, sigurdarson.

The answer is no.

He has already spent 10 million and none of his purchases are in the team at the moment! all on the sick!

Also when they are in the team what do they do, we have 3 strikers and we were crying out in the summer for a 20 goal man, yet he pays more than michu cost on a kid that has scored 3. the rest are average squad players who cost millions who we could have invested better with a proven manager. only sako has proven anything near his price tag and what has he done? hasnt scored or assisted in any of the last 4-5 weeks has he?

Another pleb expecting an instant fix.

What has sako done in the last 4 or 5 weeks, not a lot but before that he's been our best player, what's the rest of the squad done since the start of the season should be your question PRI*K.

Sorry but some people on here and infact away from this site are unbelievable I think this man get us out of trouble with some more of his good buys/loans some of the best players I seen down the mol and I wouldn't mind a cheeky bid for graham dorrans

Have you not heard ?

Sako hit the wall.... Same wall tongo's hit and proberly siggy when he first got here...... Let me know where this wall is cos i wana bang my head against it.

Paolo Di Canio has been told Swindon have no money for transfers - time for an approach?
He has passion for the game in abundance and doing a good job at Swindon. Cant imagine him accepting slackers either.

Get him in!

He is a complete mentalist.

Great post match interviews

Totally agree. Get him. At least he can work wonders on a budget, thats what he would have to do at Wolves.

Briwolfie

If your not a yes man your not coming in ala curbishley, so di canio unfortunately no chance. the realist.

03 Jan 2013 11:07:02
{Ed011's Note - Sandwell Town have apparently told Graham Dorrans he can start looking for a new club. Worth a cheeky bid?

Apparently he's requested to move closer to his family in Glasgow. I suppose Wolves is at least a handful of miles closer.

A lot of clubs were sniffing around him last season , I would say sign the fecker up personally.

Gibo.

£1-50 and 20 tesco vouchers take it or leave it

03 Jan 2013 11:05:25
new scouts in then...qpr rejects here we come

He was only there for a few months. Before that he was at Liverpool discovering the likes of Sterling and Suso.

Suso is rubbish

I'd sooner take Suso than Dave Edwards.

Dib dib dib will suit moxey and morgan - bob a job week

If you think suso is rubbish ur dillusional!!

Of course he is delusional, he's a wolves fan.

03 Jan 2013 11:04:21
Wolves have recalled Jake Cassidy and Matt Doherty from their loans at League One sides Tranmere and Bury respectively.

Not recalled there loans just expired.

Eli back as well {Ed011's Note - Zeli?

Returning to us after about 25 years I give you .......RogerEli.
Is the return of the Bhatti era here awell.

The guess and stir are desperate they have now reported "Under-pressure Wolves manager Stale Solbakken is keen to bring in winger Eduard Oriol from Spanish club Real Zaragoza to aid his side's charge."

Despite Tim Nash on twitter saying Wolves denied the link. It's all bizarre really.

Gibo {Ed011's Note - No news to report probably.

Also Stuart Webber says "There are discussions to continue about what is to be done in January so we are as prepared as we can be and also that any players coming into the football club are able to go straight into the first team and make a difference,
With the window now open we have a short term focus and are looking at what Ståle and the first team might need."

Gibo.
