Anyway all this crap about ss it's getting boring anyone got any transfer news

Danny

Agreed. lets get excited about how we're signing messi

Or all the negative fans could go down Sandwell town led by mr tamworth and get excited over their transfer policy where we have actually spent more than them over the last 3 years only they had a top manager hodgson who knew how to organise a team not mm and tc

Danny

Its a messy were in

Danny how can u boast about us spending more than the baggies? Sad truth is their far superior to us and all you've done is make us Look even worse and make it more embarrassing! Well done! Not! Paul Tamworth

Pointing out facts and how bad mm was at the top level now were picking up the pieces and ss gets the flack cause his magic wand isn't working

Danny

Magic wand?? Lol, the guy makes McCarthy look like mourinho! Wake up he's a loser from a two bit league in Denmark and a relegated team in Germany! Paul Tamworth

The people who dont want solbakken r sensible not the fools who buy into this 'long term future' crap they rnt unfaithful they just want the best for the club which would be to get rid of solbakken they rnt necessarily the jealous bitter type like Danny seem to be by bitching about the albion, fairplay to them in my view, they got the decisions we got wrong right. that's all

I firmly believe in trying to change the style of our play I am all for wolves doing better but until I hear a credible solution I am happy to stick with ss

Wolves moose

To the plum who said all the negative fans can go down to Sandwell town? because certain fans are concerned with the demise of our club, n the carp football tht we have endured of late. we are negative? You come on here and tell us wht the positives are? Eh? wht do you expect ppl to do when our club is such a shambles at the moment? person!

Paul Tamworth, you're right about Copenhagen being a "two bit" team. But that makes the acheievement of a last 16 place in the champions league a whole lot better. Plus they beat united on the way and a few other big teams.

Liam McAlinden gone to Everton! heard it from a family member.

.. who probably read it on here

What the realist posts doesn't always come true but most of it does.told ya.you wanna hear bout the Xmas day one, haha it's all mine...... Watch this space.

He is contracted to Wolves until the 30-06-13.....so we must get a fee then

A family member told me he is staying , funny that.

Gibo.

If he's gone now we will only get compo: and a small payment for the next few months contract buy out. I watched him at Telford a few weeks ago he's only thin but I can see why he would be a sort after player best football brain I'v seen in a kid in a long time, almost looks out of place with the rest of the dross in the reserves you can clearly see that their not on his wave length.

Wasn't he a boxer

That's funny as my cousin is friends with his sister and they have said they are not leaving wolves.

Just wanted to say thanks to the players for turning up yesterday. If any of them would like to put some effort in on Tuesday that would be great. Thanks.

The silence from the Molineux is deafening. JM/SM need to publicly back SS or sack him now. Either way, the situation is crying out for leadership and the supporters deserve it after watching such utter dross. Does anyone have an idea what is going on behind the scenes?

SS seems like a strange sort to me I carn't take to him on any level, he just doesn't suit the club.

This squad with the right manager is good enough to get promotion! Then with the extra financies the Prem brings, we build and stay up! Paul Tamworth! This is a poor division! Paul Tamworth

Shows morgan does not care about our club he will keep our joke of a manager

Lads if you would like cheering up!
Go on to youtube and watch the video, The Wolves Mutiny by Lee Bate.

If the players feel under pressure at home, they must be in the wrong jobs clear em off ASAP

Hey to the person that said that the Championship is a poor league it isn't. The Championship is the 6th richest league in the world. I was surprised about that.

TWOLF

The standard of footballs poor, not on about the finances! Paul Tamworth

30 Dec 2012 17:30:41
sack this person now! have you seen this seasons overrall performance? we are only just scraping above relegation because of a lucky run where we didn't deserve points. we have lost 7 out of the last 10, yesterday we had less shots on and off goal than ipswich, 15% less possession at home, and leaked sloppy goals. you r all naive if you think this fool will come good. and we have wasted 10 million on crap players who are not contributing anything and this person will only waste more. people need to stop going to the games or protesting outside the ground after games for performances like that!! I would rather play like west ham or stoke because their fans are happy and they are experiencing success. Who gives a flying **** about passing like the europeans when we cant keep the ball away from ipswich and their keeper has the quietest game of his season. if we played football like we did with mick and got into the prem, we would have more money to buy quality and attract better players, but if you cant outplay champ teams how are you going to in the prem. No faith in this dick get him out and someone who will bring some hope to the fans in!! if he was a decent manager, he wouldnt have fallen out with half to 2/3 of the crowd who are sensible as well as the players, and we wouldnt be playing some piss poor style that only shoots ourself in the foot. How dare anyone have the cheek to say that stale has a future with us, what has he shown us that warrants more time and money?????

Nevermind the new players, what about Foley and Ward who lost the ball every time they touched it?

Ward and foley are good enough for a team that plays simple, that doesnt mean hoof and run because ipswich didnt do that. ward has been exposed this season because sako is playing on their right back and doesnt defend, so it 2 on 1. How can the manager allow that? foley is targeted because no one will have the ball off him and he ends up playing it down the line or across the back, when this happens it only comes back and then the cbs spray it down the line or out of play because the midfield has no shape or creativity. by passing it around at the back, we dont go forward, it allows the opposition to press higher and we give them the ball by losing it in our own half or lamping it becuase there is noo shape or gameplan. It is the new players becuase they dont defend and leave our defenders exposed. doumbia looks weak for someone whos 6f 4inches, sako is lazy and predictable, sigurdarson gave them the ball on the edge of our 18 yard box twice, one that led to the goal. so how can you say it isnt down to the new players, they aren't coached properly or aren't good enough, both the manager is responsible for. SACK HIM NOW OR WE ARE IN LEAGUE 1!!

I think I'd rather be in League One without the likes of Ward and Foley to be honest...

Because that wasnt the stupidest childest comment to make

The movement of our 2 strikers and 4 midfielders was terrible. Everytime the ball was with Foley or Ward all they could do was hoof it or lay it back to Ikeme to hoof. Ikeme probably had more touches then SEB, Doyle, Siggy n Sako.

The biggest sign of how comfy it was for Ipswich was that MM sat in the dugout pretty much all game! The guy never sat down when he managed us! He was either so confident of beating us or before the game TC rolled him 1 big joint to smoke!

Ward and Foley couldn't pass water! Ward is the most predictable passer ever he may as well be pointing where he is going to pass it. 10 players need to leave and 15-20 million invested. they are just not good enough and have not been for 3 years. Wolves fans are so fickle and impatient. Why not take our time and get it right for a change. Would love to hear who people think can wave their magic wand and get this bunch of numpties playing like Barcelona because none of you will be happy until we reach that. O'driscoll- Do we think that because he supports the club that makes him an any better tactician- erm no!
Mark Hughes- What legacy has he ever left at a club? Hardly any.
Di Matteo- Dream on, some of you forget that he had a squad worth over 200m to play with at Chelsea, He wouldn't know what to do with our rabble who can't even pass the ball.
If we back Stale with the money I am sure he will turn things around for a long time and not just a quick fix.

30 Dec 2012 16:07:47
We need new players in fast wiv pace to giv energy to the team i wud bring bk doherty at right bk hes got pace and gets forward well and can find the net.stale needs to bring more of his own players in cus he only had two of his signings in the team yesterday .the other players in the team dont wont to play for him and need to b replaced.i for one thoe will keep giving my support to the team no matta wot wolves for eva

As ive said on a previous post, bring back the likes of hammill! yes hes been in trouble with police recently but his ability as a footballer is tremendous at this level! hes fast, creative and direct, the kind of player were missing other than sako! hammill and sako on the wings would be very dangerous imo!

Oh, and forgot too mention griffiths should be given a chance cos right at this moment in time we dont look like weve got a goalscorer and whether its in scotland or not, the goals are still 8 yards wide and hes finding the net!

Hamill is probably the last thing we need at the moment, we've got enough disruption bad apples and players low on self esteem and wore ethics, its Keano time if just to pull things together on n off the pitch.

Ok let's take a look at what's gone wrong.players out McCarthy alienated David jones then gave him away criminal, he then alienated guedlehora we gave him away criminal.we get relegated and sell our 3 most influential players, for good money in fairness.30 million in.we have bought sighurdson to replace fletcher, never.we have bought Sako to replace Jarvis , soory like him but at the minute he's no Jarvis, then we get pzecko and bokaro to replace kightly no way.doumbia to replace jones/guedlehora sorry no.our bank balance is good, but our transfer dealings have been abysmal, so bob so jezmond you are gonna back stale think 20 million will get us back to where we were, if you wanna move us forward add 10 million to that.the realist.

To replace Kites! He sat on his backside for two and half years on full pay so we ain't missed him. So your point aint valid. WFE

Actually he was one of our best players the year we went up, the first year in the prem and the last 6 months of last season, so your are evidently forgetful

My post ain't valid, do one kites was quality for us, don't agree that he left us but he needed replacing dont make me angry.

You wont like him when he is angry

Was that angry or hungry

Kights the best player...you are deluded

Jarvo was best with Fletch and both of those were not played by mad mick until he had no choice!

He prefered his beloved Steven Ward as a winger before he played Jarvo.....

This squad that the madman left is terrible....worse than the one mad mick inherited after Hoddle

Fact....now go away and do not make me angry

30 Dec 2012 13:12:55
I have been invited to new years eve party where there will also be several young Wolves players, I asked if Liam McAlinden would be there as I know him from years ago when we were little kids playing in the school leagues, I was told NO he was invited but is moving away this weekend. LOAN? OR SOLD? anybody know?

Or just a new house maybe?

Without even knowing the truth our options are loan or sold. Negative or negative? I just saw Henry drive down the birmingham new road. Villa or West Brom?

Can anyone tell me what players are still good enough in the squad stelle inherited for the championship cuz people like tamworth stelle stabbing is unfair?? Yes were not doing well but giv the man a chance, id agree if hed had season at least or say 20 mill spent. The likes of silvan, hunty, doyler, bera an foley have all got older an lost a yard of pace an some fitness! The dead wood this bloke has from mm wud take any one a season maybe two to sort! I dont like wats happening but one has any solution jus keep winging an whining bout solbakken? Di matteo wont cum, driscoll not even unpacked hes things an aint done much other than this year? hughes , keegan, wilkins an all them others mentioned , have never done much in last few years in terms of manager jobs or never managed in championship. Good luck stelle stabbing but its a waste of time, jus clap him not stab him hes here we need to support an trust him .

Siewolf

Unfortunately stale has gone down with a severe case of connoritis a ruthless disease that leave you having ideas of grandure and the inability to speak any sense whatsoever.common in West Midlands football at the minute with Paul lambert and lee clark also showing symptoms.wolvesayewe.

McAlinden has gone to Everton mark my words.

Who moves house over a Christmas holiday, I bet he's left us for greener pastures somewhere where he might be given a chance in the 1st team.

30 Dec 2012 18:16:34
Maybe huddlstone, (spelling) marcheda, benyhoon (spelling), henley at blackburn and two foreign players any other suggestions?
Siewolf

Yeah lower your sights the realist.

Told you mcalinden was Everton bound 6 months ago but as per usual nobody believes me boo hoo the realist. {Ed011's Note - No one disagreed with you back then. McAlinden will go and it will be a loss to us but not one that could have been prevented any time soon, he's not going to sign a new contract.

Siwolf, trust Stale??? Noooooo! Wakey Wakey !! Paul Tamworth

It was in the news recently that Liverpool and a few others were interested in Macca theirs usually no smoke without fire, he aint signed an new contract yet TMK i'm more than sure he will have been offered one, TBH who could blame him he couldn't even make the bench yesterday with no other strikers on it and i don't think its because he's not good enough its more like SS is to stubborn or scared.

Ed001 everything I put on hear is poo poohed by Edda 001-011 plus all your band of merry men my sources are good n true, told you all in aug we had an unsteady ship and boy we have mcalinden to Everton was sealed a long time ago, if you. Want it warts n all I can give it to you, boxing da y and yesterday we had no chance because nobody is happy at wwfc.the realist.

Can people learn to speak English please. Mcalinden hasn't even gone yet!

Edd not preventable !! We cudda give him a sniff in the first team or loaned him out.

30 Dec 2012 13:08:01
sick of the negativity on here. FICKLE! A ferguson mourinho di matteo dream team couldnt get this team playing good football. Are people forgetting Mick bought most of these players and got relegated, what chance has any other manager got!? we want attractive tactical play. we are not getting that with this current crop. Did anyone see copenhagen play? when you get the resources you can show what you can do

Completely agree its either Stale or the players, I'd get rid and start again with his own players, he deserves three transfer windows before we decide.

If they really want to change the playing style of the club they need to go against the wishes of the vocal fans who want a short term fix of success. These people don't understand that a short term fix will leave us back where we are now in a few years.

Could not agree more buddy, long term should be our aim, good post. P.J.

The problem is 90 mins of football and 2 shots - none in the second half. I don't mind losing I have been going for 40 years i am use to seeing them lose. Most of the current team have played in the premiership they cannot be bad players, they don't look comfortable in a system. Opposition target foley in the air and whilst Sherman may not be the long term answer it would stop that option for opposition (I don't believe I wrote that!)

It isn't Stale's fault that half his team are incapable of passing the ball 5 yards to a team mate. Tactics, yes; basic skills of the players he inherited? No.

3 transfer windows will see us in league 2.this guy is way way out of his depth.act now surely we learnt a lesson from the last debacle.

I'd rather be in League 2 if it meant having 11 players who can actually pass to their teammates.

I've followed my team all over the country in league2/4th division.be careful what you wish for.the realist.

Most of these players kept us in the prem for 3 yrs under stale they won't keep us in the championship for one.the realist.

Kept us? you mean struggled in the prem through sheer effort, no skill. Wouldnt you rather we stay there through class?

Just a thought - watching Ipswich yesterday they reminded me of watching wolves 5 years ago, not technically brilliant but effort and playing in little triangles. As away supporters we would have given them a standing ovation for the effort alone. For us we didn't create an atmosphere because we had nothing to clap and cheer. For years we have played with wingers and a good centre forward leading the line attack when we can defend when we have to. When we won the championship we had the attitude of if you score 4 we will score 5. Goals for will win the championship look at Cardiff. SEB will only score if you give him a chance, at the moment he is chasing channels. See you at palace.

We are now struggling to satay in the championship.smell the coffee.the realist.

30 Dec 2012 12:44:39
watching yesterday ive never seen a wolves team with so little threat weve got absolutely nothing to offer even sacko is beginning to lose that special touch i go back a long way and whilst enduring that dross my thoughts went back to bully andy much the doog john richards waggy kenny hibbit who showed desire and commitment to wolves these lot have little skill and no idea and mm spent a fortune to bring them here hearing the ipswich fans sing super mick made me sick two mm teams were on that pitch and both to put it bluntly were rubbish

30 Dec 2012 12:44:20
Why are most people wanting O' driscoll if stale gets sacked? Where has Sean o'driscoll actually done well at and where would he get us in the premier league {Ed011's Note - His Notts Forrest team was doing better than us, playing better football and he's a Wolves fan. Other than that nothing dramatic. I say back Solbakken in January if it isn't working out keep him in until the summer and then hope West Ham don't extend Big Sam's contract.

Big Sam has already said he will never come to Wolves as manager on more than one occasion. {Ed011's Note - Good to know. I feel if we were to replace SS, which I'm not advocating, we have two choices. Go for someone more suited to McCarthy's style who the players we already have could embrace e.g. Allardyce, or the right decision which would be carry on with the passing style we have to adapt to if we ever want to seriously improve with a manager who knows the English leagues better than Solbakken.

30 Dec 2012 12:28:34
I dont get the fans that say in stale we trust. If mccarthy was still our manager and had the same record as stale this season fans would have been calling for him to go ages ago. I want us to get rid of solbakken and get o driscoll. He was sacked with his team 7th and playin attakin football. He is also a wolves fan havin been born in wolvo.

You sound like an happy clapping person to me

30 Dec 2012 12:26:11
went yesterday everything was fine i thought just a matter of time till we score THEN comes a three minute sequence where every clearance we made went straight to an opposing player culminating in the first goal why dont we close down ipswich were a typical mm team putting their shift in we then spent the rest of the game trying to keep the ball away from their area we gave them space and made it easy for them the highlight for me was seeing rj havin a go why are they underperforming they should be ok for the champ i think theyve got no confidence in the manager something gotta give

You thought it was only a matter of time before we scored? Their goalkeeper barely touched the ball, in the entire match.According to the official stats we only had two efforts on goal .I can remember a deflected cross/pass that their keeper scooped up , but I am at a loss to remember the second effort. This pattern has continued all season with the exception of Bristol away.In each other game we have had very few efforts on target. That is relegation form. The situation we are in is serious, we need to get real.

No confidence or self belief! We are currently a team bereft of ideas, creativity and unfortunately any desire. Wheres the psychiatrist?

30 Dec 2012 11:47:11
People are saying that under solbakken we are not going anywhere, I beg to differ, we are going to league 1. solbakken has to go now!! The football is atrocious it has not got better it is getting worse. These players are proven championship players yet the way he is getting them to perform they do not look comfortable even at this level. The zonal marking is abysmal and our defence are all at sea. The worrying thing is that solbakken actually believes that johnson has improved and that berra has been oustanding. This guy is a joke. We are also about 10 points better off than our performances warrant. Think of the leicester, derby, charlton, blackpool and bolton matches. We have got points that we havent deserved if we hadn't we would be down with the deadmen. Stale's supporters go on about the european passing game he is trying to implement, there is no evidence of this and what is it with this 'european' football argument. Footballs a simple game that is complicated by persons and there is only 2 kinds of football, good fooball and bad football. We are playing some awful football. Look at his signing's, sako is selfish 1 footed and only gets involved when there's a set piece. Doumbia is unfit and has faded terribly, siggy is average and no better than sam vokes who we bombed out. boukari and pezko are average at best. I wouldn't trust this guy with a penny and he does not understand teh english game. He succeeded at copenhagen which is equivalent of managing celtic in Scotland, he failed miserably at cologne.

Sean o'driscoll is also not the answer. He only has experience of championship football and clamour for him to be our manager is sentimental rather than sensical. If wolves want to go for a continental coach who plays good football, has experience of european football and also has experience of getting out of the championship the right way, they should look no further than Roberto DiMatteo. He plays good football, the Chelsea fans did not want him to go and and whats more is he is the current manager who has won the champions league. He also played good football at west brom and mk dons. He would also have something to prove and feel hurt by his treatment in th game so far. wolves must not muss this oppurtunity. But knowing or board, they'ss probably sack solbakken and appoint the ian dowie. cheap option will prevail.

{Ed011's Note - Disagree with some of the stuff about the players; Sigurdarson is better than Vokes ever was, Doumbia was outstanding at the start of the season and we can recapture that and in the right sort of team Sako would be brilliant, on his day he reminds me of how good N'Zogbia was at Wigan and off his day he reminds me of N'Zogbia at Villa.

But I hate to say I'm starting agree about the manager, I've said a few times now to Di Matteo would be my first choice if we were to replace SS. The truth is Solbakken would win this league if he had his own squad, we either have to buy him that squad or cut our losses, it would be a major risk if we do though and would RDM come to us??? Champions League to Championship?? I'm hesitant, I don't think so, I reckon we have to back him totally and wholly, we win a few games and he wins the fans back. If that doesn't happen we get to the end of the season and readdress.

I partly agree Ed, Solbakken would probably win the league with his own squad and we need to give him that chance. If that wasnt our intention then we need a man manager like MM was, not a tactition. I bet Pep Gourdiola himself couldnt do any better than SS with this current squad and thats why RDM isnt the answer. Most would agree we need a fresh squad and fresh aproach. SS isnt going to deliver that in a couple of months. Some people need to get a grip!

Utter tosh! all i keep hearing is ppl saying ' the players Solbaken has got' and they're not who HE signed ' etc.. Well Mick has gone to Ipswich and got them playing football? they've gone from being 14 points behind us, now they're a point behind? Sorry but Stale is clueless.. Even if he makes signings in January i cant see it getting any better.. You cant play fancy passing footy in this league. it doesn't work!

Why would solbakken proberly win the league with his own squad ? The only real competative league he has managed in he got sacked in record fashion upsettiing all the players along the way.

In interviews apart from being honest in saying how bad we are, his understanding of speaking english is okay, his understanding for what the words mean isnt good at all, hardly class him as a motivational speaker and if i. Struggle to understand what he's trying to get at what do the players think ?

Mick has won 8 out of his last 12 games coming in with less time and not spent any money. Solbakkens spent over 10 million and has less than half the wins mick has had.

Verdiict...... Facts are facts, get rid and bring in proven manager at in this league forget premier football that could be years and years away, we, ll be lucky to stay championship with stale as manager.

Mills wolf

Oh yes thats right mick mccarthy the legend, remind me what he did here? oh thats right. Micks level is the championship. Solbakkens is champions league. actuall football. cant win the league playing football? i must be seeing things then because swansea or southamtpon played hoofball!

Oh and mills wolf. totally contradict yourself. you say forget premier league football but you wont give stale a chance. Never heard so much bollox in all my life. Any fan wouldnt mind going down again if it would mean re building properky and comenting ourselves in the prem!

Mics tactics can work with any team, HOOF BALL. we wanna play properly. let mic get his team up you know what is gonna happen if they reach the prem

Solbaken was in Champions league with Copenhagen. But they're ALWAYS in the champs league. no matter who's in charge there. lol. there league is like the scots. always Rangers and Celtic every ssn.. he went to a proper league (Germany) with Cologne. and was a flop? say what you want abt Mick. but at least i enjoyed watching our team in this league when he was in charge.. its just comical at the moment!

"Solbaken was in Champions league with Copenhagen. But they're ALWAYS in the champs league. no matter who's in charge there"
Not true. Actually Solbakken was the first manager to qualify Copenhagen for Champions League, and then the first manager to make a Danish team qualify from the group stages.

Remember, until recently, teams from Denmark had to play a higher seeded team to even qualify for the group stages.

Haha always in the champions league? sums up some peoples knowledge on here. Next you will be telling us Cologne should have been a walk in the park. when they were corrupt! you know nothing

"Micks tactics can work with any team, HOOF BALL. we wanna play properly. let mic get his team up you know what is gonna happen if they reach the prem"

Go on enlighten me, 3x£60m edge of your seat football wins at Spurs, beat Man U and city Fun, last day survival, lose to Norwich 1-5, over reaction, sack mick, relegation. Or 20 years of Barnsley, Grimsby and Hull on a Tuesday night. Let me think! Yes mate it has to be the latter

Solbaken was the first manager to get Copenhagen to qualify for the Champs league? What a load of rubbish! they was qualifiying for it way before Stale was manager there. Get a grip!

30 Dec 2012 11:45:55
Seems to me that part of the problem has been that there is virtually no competition because of injuries and a thin squad, so Stale has not been able to get tough. Given certain players seem to have little commitment to a long term Wolves future, Berra for example the options are limited. This is not Solbakken's squad it is largely McCarthy's players who supported Mick who didn't get tough enough with them so they didn't perform. It is now rumoured that he wnts some of them back at Ipswich so this adds to the lack of stability. It would be grossly unfair not to give SS at least one season but he needs money to do substantial business in the transfer window. Get rid of those who don't or can't play his way ( he's not a fool and has competed in the Champions league), buy big and transform the squad and get behind the rebuilding programme. MM and M&M have left the place in a mess.

Spot on

Post mof the month!

30 Dec 2012 11:09:06
give stale time, its been a couple of month for crying out loud. he needs time, he needs money, he needs support. Never known fans as fickle as us!

Read his comments re Berra on the e&s site, no wonder the players can't understand what he wants. Bizarre.

Stale plays complicated tactics the players dont understand, its a simple game and our lot look fed up, what a mess, get dimatteo now

Why more time? He can't motivate, hes tactically clueless and he has obviously lost the dressing room already, as u can see with the players efforts on the pitch! I use to laugh when McCarthy kept on about the players puttin a shift in! But we certainly need someone bringing in now who can get these players to put a shift in! It's an absolute joke! But the thing is, it's not funny anymore! Paul Tamworth

No its Berra who's the issue he needs to make up his mind or get lost.

This manager like the owner will take us down

You taking the xxxs hes a joke going no where really fast

Berra is the epitome of a footballing dinosaur. If he doesnt want to be at the club he should be first out the door no question. We need players that are screaming for the ball not rugby playing hoofers!

Funny how apart from Johnson and Ikeme, Stales signings have been our best players. Alex ferguson couldnt do anything with this squad isnt that obvious. players can revolt and cry til the cows come home BUT THEY ARE THE ONES ON THE PITCH. DONT LET MICKS PLAYERS BRING THE CLUB DOWN BECUASE THEY DONT UNDERSTAND TACTICS!

30 Dec 2012 10:08:38
Get rid, can't get players playing for him and we now hoof more than we used to, no p ace or attacking threat and can't defend

We are certainly at a cross roads. The players stopped playing for McCarthy now they have stopped playing for Stale. We need to move some of these player's on. If we sack Stale now, a new manager comes he would want time to look and assess the situation. Then in time has the same problem down the line. These players need to go now. Having said that faith in Stale has all but run out!

30 Dec 2012 07:25:18
what a mess , stale need at least £20 million pounds to sort this mess out .im angry , moxey morgan so your true colours or get out , jason wolves for life

The silence from the two ms is defening when we do ok fat W***er moxey is on tv radio etc where is he now he needs to take some flack for the mess we are in, fair play to Stale he is taking it on the chin and its not his mess he is trying to sort out

How is he still in a job?? Even Stales loyalist supporters must be askin that. It's not just about yesterday it's the season so far. We are goin backwards, none of the players look interested ! Paul Tamworth

Welcome back Paul Tamworth , how was your one match suspension ?

Gibo.

It's the players who need to go they are a disgrace they are doing a job on stale they are all shot from the last three years! Using player power to get manager out as they are unable to play how he wants name and shame them stale put them all on transfer list who don't want to play for you they have no respect for you or the club and so called club captain Henry Is the leader of it all am sure of it ! we am now relegation fodder! every team in this division knows we cannot play!
lets all hope we dont go downn!

Mornin all was out with a mate last night and the chat turned to wolves.he was astounded about the absence of de Vries with the style ss wants to play.he has recently completed his coaching badges with the welsh fa and the focus on total football featured martinez/Rodgers/de Vries.showed videos of de Vries and the way he kept possession whether it by a throw a short or long pass and how that possession is the key but in the oppositions half of the field.Ikeme kicks long 8 times out of ten which goes against what ss preaches. With Liverpool signing Butland think we should be giving De Vries a go as his move to join Rodgers seems to be fading.

What? Ikeme has been one of our very few positive aspects.

His shot stop has been good but his distribution is poor. Watch most top teams now they pass from keeper through defence. The trouble is we don't have defenders who can control the ball, who can pass and calm under pressure.

Wolves moose

I dont blame him, would yow pass the ball to our defenders.. Get rid of it, but he cant relax coz its coming back in a minute.....
Briwolfie

Not sure about Ikeme he has made some decent saves but the modern day keeper needs to be more than a shot stopper.Think de vies experience would be better suited in our current plight.

Who is to blame for our current situation? Is it Stale? No, he has taken on a job at a team in a losing mentality with poor quality players And is trying in transform them in to a new team with a more stylish build up play that isn't quite working at the minute. Is it the board? Not really we spent over £10m in the summer on players like Sako, Siggy and Doumbia so can't really accuse them of not making money available in the summer. They saw Solbakken had had sucsess in Denmark and Norway and liked what he said and had acheived abroad and gave him an oppotunity to reproduce that at Wolves. They run a tight ship which is great no debts and are trying to make this great club more lucrative to a big invester in the future. Is it Mick? Partly for bringing in player not upto the job in the premier league like Halford and his team selections. The real people who are to blame are the fans or more specifically the ones who wanted Mick out, booing throughout matches and protesting abusing players outside the stadium. If it weren't for them we may have kept Mick on and stayed up. If we hadn't stayed up with Mick at the helm he would of been the perfect man to make a return to the top flight. So stop moaning as its probably the same group of fans doing so this time round. Give Stale the 3 transfer windows he said it would take to do what he wanted stop complaining about the board and Morgan and Moxey.

Spot on

Get real. How can you blame fans for protesting after the rubish they were watching.the fans know who to blame, the two at the top.money men who did nothing when this mess first started.if action had of been taken before the transfer window closed , they waited so they would not have to spend, and a proper manager brought in we might have stayed up.

Stale has had long enough to form a pattern of play and a plan B, we have neither!

What a load of rubish. I didn't protest or boo but can you remember the last 3 home games under McCarthy? They were similar to the performances the last week. The board are to blame for consistanat bad decisions. The latest McCarthy should have been sacked was November. They are to blame for the timing, they are to blame for the fiasco that followed, they are to blame for appointing Conor, they are to blame for appointing a manager who is on a learning curve in the championship let alone all the foreign players he has bought in. Who has made all these bad decision's the fans?

How can you blame the fans! Morgan and Moxey own and run this club and its 100% their fault. Do not blame the fans for this.

I dont blame stale or morgan or moxey. Players are to blame. I don't blame the fans but I agree that we have to many booing persons who's attitudes are detrimental to us getting better. But there is no point critisizing them or asking them to reconsider there views because you have to remember they typically have an IQ that is well below average. They just use the "WE PAY GOOD MONEY" line repeatedly.

Spot on first post. Just think for a minute what player will be attracted to the club when a small minority of fans boo and become abusive when things don't go perfectly for them, E.G. Pennant.

To the guy who says they have backed the manager , check your maths again. In the summer we spent minus £14m pounds. In the 3 years in the Premier they moved multi million operating profits to Wolves Property Company and still posted profits overall.Yet time and again Mick McCarthy spoke of the lack of quality players. If you want evidence of the lack of quality surely you can see this when watching the games.Things are getting worse.Something must be done.
