Heard from a youth player i know at wolves academy
that TC will be running there section from next season
leaving the door open for new manager

If you are rite and not b/s i will be one happy man

Let's hope so, although I think this is a made-up rumour. I really think TC would be advised to find a different club, though.

"Get rid of this clown"... So what coaching quals and experience do you have then and would you even know where to start with a session? Its always easy to look from the outside and comment.

You hate the man for taking the club into the premier league, giving you a taste of premier league football for 3 seasons and keeping the club on one of the securest footings in the division? sop complaining, get a life and support the team you fickle fan.

So fed up with all the doom-mongers and 'fans' with nothing good to say about anything. If you don't like it, build yourself a successful multi-million pound business, buy the club and then see how long it'd be before you run it into the ground or everyone repeatedly calls for your head. No, I can't see it happening either, because you're probably one of those that sits in the pub most evenings spouting about what you'd do, or what you could have done with your life in the past. It's football, it's a game, if you can't see it as such you need to find something more important in life!

Ive got fa level 1 working on level 2 should be completed by august,so ive a bit of experience and still say dont let connor stay at our club he's a clown

They give FA badges out like sweets. I know some of the biggest clowns walking that are badged up beyond belief.

I can remember all those years ago when i was a level 1, now have my B licence and my boys in next years FA cup. I still say it always looks easy from the outside and what may seem simple takes on a different edge when players are being paid so much and have such an inflated ego.

This maybe the case for you. I can honestly say having played under several managers in non league that some got their jobs on the back of their badges and had never kicked a ball. 1 in particular had the biggest budget in our league and we never got out the bottom 6 all season.
My point is players play better for managers who they respect not because of a badge. Therefore TC will never be a good manager.

I agree that TC is not and probably never make a manager and i also agree that players do play much better for someone that they respect. Having played to a high standard also helps and adds experience but there are some top managers out there that have never played but have the vision to see whats going on around them and how to put it right and how to organise the shape of the team. As you well know to coach to a high standard now its a prerequisite that you have to have those qualifications.

I think the FA did the right thing in insisting that youth level clubs have the right qualifications and safe guarding but i still think we are miles behind holland where the likes of Ajax employ coaches to deliver decent sessions to the all of the kids. Obviously this also means that they catch the talent from a young age, Its a pity our clubs do not do this to the same degree.

It's a good point you make. I just think that badges should be harder to get, but more importantly people should not over complicate the game. Teach young players to have a decent touch, ( some are born with it, some will never have it ) pass and move and don't over do the formations thing. Apologies that this may be a post for another site but I feel that TC along with people like Steve Cotterill, Stuart Pearce and many other English coaches get lost in the tactical side of the game ( clipboard ). Unless i am missing something Barca have players who are comfortable on the ball, pass and move. These players have been brought up on the previous mentioned not some of the rubbish I see young kids being taught in England.
