As a dedicated Wolves takeover-watcher (! ) , all I can say is, please be patient guys. This one is 100% genuine. It’s not guaranteed to happen till it happens. We won’t have long to wait. If it goes through, Wolves will be transformed. I don’t mind if we don’t get that fancy Spanish coach. David Moyes would do nicely. We can dump the Money Shop shirts. Robin Li can buy up the unsold shirts and burn them. When Wolves matches next season against Newcastle and Villa are beamed live to Asia (they are big teams in Asia) we don’t want a stupid downmarket local sponsor on our shirts.

Although I want the takeover to happen and for us to become competitive, I feel that us ordinary fans will be priced out of football. Ticket prices will double as will replica shirts. It's what happened at Chelsea, Man City and Arsenal. In essence, we may start to win things but most fans won't be able to afford to see it happen.

I think a few are going to be very disappointed, how many false hopes have we had before?
Hope i'm wrong and the takeover does happen but i'm keeping my feet on the ground for now.

All. I'm not moaning. I am excited but also remaining realistic. I've spoken to a lot of Man City and Chelsea fans whenever I work football matches and they all say that they cannot afford to go to every game since the club was bought. I'm lucky as I can only ever attend 10 games a season due to work so it won't bother me but I'm just thinking about everyone else. Hopefully the new owner will keep prices the same or raise them slightly.
