Reasonable work-out last night against Oxford. Still hold question marks against Clarke's first team credentials, scored the goal but that was his contribution in a nut shell. Foley, Ebanks and the young lad Iorfa played well, Eusebio showed flashes of his ability and Henry came into his own in second half. As for Ward he did not set the world alight, proves he can do a job still but as he was not there last year I think we should move on without him. Still thinking we need another CM, competition for Ikeme (let out McCarey on loan), and another striking option (McIllden needs games and half season loan would suit him in L1).
Couldn't agree more with that, IMO a CM ST and CB are what's needed, just to freshen up and create competition for places. Although if Rowe is going to play CM I think that position has enough cover.
