This is why I hate Wolves fans. Lost before we start. I've been going for 35 years through thin and thinner but its our own fans that will force me to jack it in. Not bad players or Morgan/Moxey, we've had worse.

Just read that we have had a bid rejected for a double swoop for Curtis Davis and marlon king! 2 good players there but we didn't put enough money in for the two and I read down the page a bit more and found out they only want 2 million for the two, that just about raps up what Morgan is like!!we sold fletcher for around 15 mill and had a bid rejected for a striker and a class defender for 2 mill! Lets just hope he proves me wrong and steps up the bid?

Just been told from a v good source in the opening meeting between Morgan and Saunders, Morgan asked if he could reach the play offs with the existing players, Saunders replied don't see why not they don't become bad players over night, as early as that Saunders told Morgan he wouldn't have to invest in the squad this season.

Well believable, we've been sold down the river, by lord Redrow, deano if you don't stand up you days are numbered, the wolves fans maybe a lot of things but we ain't no fools. ask mm clipboard and salty bacon fan power does win.

If Deano told Morgan he could reach the play offs with the existing squad that's why he got the job. He was saying what Morgan wanted to hear however it will also most probably get him the sack. I despair we are in a total mess and I can't see a point coming from any of the next 3 games.

Most people posting on this site appear to believe that Solbakken's signings are quality - Sako/Doumbia/Peszko/;with Sigurdarson showing high promise.
Morgan had Saunders lined up way before the Luton defeat (he wasn't going to get custard pie on his face again after the MM farce).
This gives the lie as to the real reason why Solbakken was given the push. He'd openly said he'd got three or four new signings lined up - the cost of those (perhaps around £10M), plus his list of the dross he wanted to get rid of, probably only amounting £3M tops for six of them, put the fear of god up Morgan and Moxey. They panicked and a guy telling them you only need to spend fourpence would cakewalk into the job.
Solbakken fished in the same pond that Wenger worked so well, and Newcastle are now exploiting to great effect. Given Solbakken's track record in the market anyone with half a brain might have thought it's worth checking out the 3 or 4 players he'd earmarked. No such luck. Instead we're hearing of Premier has-beens on silly wages, or mediocre lower league players.

I see barnsley wednesday bristol starting to win and heres we under saunders havnt won a match yet agst 3 average sides and 2 of games were at home and when he came said we can get in play offs with a bit of tweeking here and there could inprove side, now today said exact opposite says have a team ready next year to fight for promotion never thought I would hear that, losing faith already in this manager when he talks like that, hope he proves me wrong

Because we are being run as a business and despite a 75 million pound profit last year through sponsors, retail, parachute payments and player sales, it seems moxey and Morgan have gobbled it all up! Proof of this is the stadium, Morgan had to promise sir jack a 30 million point investment to buy the club, there is no way it adds up without the stadium, which he probably used his own contracters to erect anyway...

Actually I doubt they have completely gobbled up all the money, we are expanding stadium, built a museum (not that important), he's bought property's all around wolvo, invested into a new training complex, we are now category 1 for three years, in youth development. We released all our under 16 players the other day, other than 5 of them. We are category 1 which means we can poach over teams youth players. Everything we are doing is going to be good long term..... But think we need to invest in players for short term success, but I doubt that he's keeping all the money... Tbh for the future I'd rather be us than the baggies DTM

Parachute money could stop if we go down, I think I read somewhere you only get parachute money in the championship. I could be wrong though.

We never ever spend in jan, how many times av you sat in front of tv watching jim white foam at he mouth thinking were going to be next only to switch off sulk off to bed wishin for a red knapp or pulis to pull off a major coup for our club, ah well messrs foley Berra ward Henry Doyle Edwards seb Doyle good job we all love and adore you and don't mind paying your inflated wages, because looks like nobody else wants to.

Why if were pushing so much for a good academy and got this catergary 1 thing do the kids never break through into are team?

Why on earth would you sell Ebanks, we need to be scoring more not less so it'd be stupid to sell your top scorer! As for wordy unless you can get in cover or an improvement then don't sell, he is decent at this level the defence just needs confidence and that comes from solidity and consistency, we can't go selling our best defenders. We need to buy a midfielder a lb for cover and a striker who plays as a target man next to Ebanks, who will score 10 by the end of the season. If we sell Ebanks we will not score again till next season

Why a lb for cover ? cover for what
