I heard last night from a lad I met in Blackpool That Liam McAlinden got fetched back from on loan a Fleetwood as he was being taped up by top clubs, according to this lad who had something to do with Fleetwood wolves had someone at every game watching every thing Liam did and everyone he spoke to, apparently the loan was forced on Wolves by his agent and Wolves fetched him back at the earliest they were allowed, Kenny must rate him more than we realize if its true I had no reason to think he had made it up, he also said that it was like watching a perm player train and no one could believe his skills and that he was only a Wolves player so we still haven't seen the best of what he can do I think.

I went today and omg it is the worst performence I have seen this season(I didn't go Derby) but who ever else went might agree might not but in my opinion everything van la parra got the ball and ran at Bidwell or there defence he looked dangerous in my opinion so this is what I was thinking that kj should look at(if he don't get sacked) play van la parra behind the striker with Henry and sako wide because dave Edwards is awful in attacking midfield role when u play in that role u need to be able to run at people with ball or even Jacobs in there with van la parra and sako wide tbh I was also questioning why he dropped McDonald okay the other day I said do it but today you could tell we missed him in the middle of the park I think the only problem wolves have in the middle of the park is that we haven't got anyone good enough to compliment each other Evans attacks to much Rowe don't get on the ball enough and saville gives it away to much I hope kj brings back stearman and looks at playing someone like Declan weeks in there change it about everyone isn't going to agree with me some will some won't this is just my opinion

Jackett has clearly lost confidence in his own philosophy. He needs to keep the faith in his own ability and go back to the team and football we were playing which got us so many good results and clean sheets.
Obviously losing Dicko has been a big miss as his movement and pace is key to our tactics but now we have Graham who I think can do a good lone striker role.

What can you say when we had chance to get players in and didn't, its clear to see that these players are not good enough no strikers no defence lacking creativity in midfield what else can I say k.j. must sort it out quickly honeymoon is over . wolfy
Again left it for a couple of days before commenting on the match.
I'll be completely honest (as usual), I'm struggling to defend anybody at the club at the moment. There's a lot of positives at the wolves at the moment but they're being over shadowed by the complete destruction of us on the pitch over the last 4 games. I genuinely have no idea where it has came about. We seemed to have had a run in which we have played the top 4 form teams in the division all at once, And again next weekend V Bournemouth. Its becoming desperate now that we get a win, Throw in a couple of draws in the last 4 games and its not as bad IMO, but we haven't we have been battered. KJ seems to be trying different systems to get out of this patch but it seems to be creating more problems and highlighting our lack of a transfer budget and our lack of depth in the squad. I'm not losing faith in our players at all because as I keep saying they're still very young and still learning. BUT KJ has brought in Rowe, Saville and La Parra. None of them have enough experience of this division, and Rowe at left back is possibly worse than Stephen Ward. Golbourne need putting straight back into the side as 3 of the Brentford goals were because of our full backs being out of position. My team for next week would be;

My team for Saturday if all fit! Ikeme Doherty Batth Stearman Scotty Sako Price Macdonald Henry Dicko Graham. I believe that's our strongest line up. But I do think Jackett is mediocre in this league, and we will not achieve promotion with him. He is limited tactically.
Id be happy with either my team or, Paul, Your team. I don't think his tactics are limited, I think our squad is limited, and Moxey not willing to pay a little bit more wages or an actual transfer fee for a player/players, which don't get me wrong, I've supported for the last few years because we need to be sure we are financially stable. BUT we need a mix of financial stability and on the pitch stability. We need investment or we are risking going backwards (again), and this time further backwards.
Investment would be good, but it's who u believe? Morgan said money is available? Jackett brings in Sagbo! Jackett said Edwards isn't a winger last week he replaced Henry on the wing! In Div3 he stuck with Cassidy to long! Were 3-0 down at Derby so he replaces centre half for centre half. I've said it before and I don't enjoy repeating it but McCarthy in this league is a better manager than Jackett.
McCarthy is one of the best managers in this division, but he's the past now, no point talking about that now. If Morgan and Moxey allow Jackett to sign the players he wants in January, we will be fine and we will finish in the Play Offs. Don't know whether that's me being optimistic or not but I have full confidence in Jackett and the team (team not squad, as I think the squad isn't deep enough)
If we rewind to the start of the season I would have taken our present position every day of the week. Jacket took over a shocking state of affairs left by his predecessors including Mcarthy. There is a lot of season left and plenty of points to fight for so let's keep prospective .
I know McCarthy is the past I was just sayin he's better than jackett in this division! What players does Jackett want? Do u Know? IMO Jackett has reached his level which is bad news for Wolves fans who want promotion.
KJ has a record of buying good players for us bar 2, and all managers make a couple of bad signings. I trust Jackett with my club, and promotion this season is not a realistic target, and IMO I wouldn't want to get promoted this season as we would need to spend a huge amount of money getting the squad right for the Premier League, and then they've got to gel together which can take a while and by that time it may be too late. Let our younger players develop and grow and our club will grow. We have a very good collection of youngsters who still have a lot to learn and when they do they will be very good Premier League players and will keep us there, i've said it a lot. let's not panic, let's get behind the lads and Jackett, and let's push them out of this slump we are in.

This is of course dependent on fitness. I've seen KJ trying to divert blame towards himself rather than the players but ultimately the players need to dig in. I don't think KJ has taken us as far as he can, he's a clever enough bloke to be capable of getting this sorted out. I'd like to see Morgan back him with some financial clout in January if KJ and KT feel it's needed.
The defeats to forest and Derby I'm not happy about but can accept as their established championship clubs, but the thrashin at Brentford I can't! There is a problem, either our players aren't good enough or their not tryin for Jackett. As for support, last 2 home games over 25k, what was the crowd at Brentford 10k? It makes me laugh when people want to pick and choose when we get promoted, you grasp anychance u have of getting it whatever your squad! It's about getting the cash to keep your club afloat, remember this season is our last parachute payment after that I'm not sure what money Morgan will put in.
