Wolves are lining up a shock trial offer to 21 year old Stourbridge captain Ben Billingham, a former Wolves schoolboy

One way to raise your own profile mate!!

Why don't you give Walsall a try mate? I hear they're a little short on the playing staff.

It was like night at 9.30am this morning with hail stones and stair rod rain...the Mol did a great impression of our defence and leaked all over the place...The Mol was in danger of flooding but the fire service was too stretched to respond as New Cross maternity unit was deemed more urgent.
No worries though...Moxey called in RJ..told him the rain was alcaholic and he's expected to have drunk it all very soon.

This is the Wikipedia assessment of Savic

Although Savic showed brief flashes of form in this time, he showed many instances of nervousness resulting in frequent misplaced passes, clearances, and crucially conceded a penalty against Liverpool in a League Cup match, resulting in a Liverpool win at home.[9] He even gifted the equalising goal via a poor first touch to Jermain Defoe in City's very close 3“2 win over Tottenham Hotspur at home.[10] With Kompany's return to the starting team, Savic returned to the bench.

Savić returned to first team play on 11 March against Swansea when Vincent Kompany was injured and manager Roberto Mancini rested Joleon Lescott. Despite having a fairly good game, in the 83rd minute, a poor pass from Savić was intercepted high up the field leaving Swansea on the counter-attack. This led to a headed goal that was the winner in a 1“0 defeat. Many City fans were frustrated at the apparent lack of improvement, with Savić gifting yet another goal to the opposition; in this instance, the loss helped cross-city rivals Manchester United move ahead to top spot, temporarily pushing City down into second place. {Ed011's Note -

Just wasnt funny..

Bulls**t

Give it a rest. This is boring now. The chap had a dreadful season last year, if he stays maybe he'll prove us all wrong and have a quality year. If I had 20 odd thousand people telling me I was a load of old bobbins every other week I'd probably turn to drink and tell everyone to Foxtrot Oscar

The roger johnson jokes are wearin as thin as a wafer and so are jez moxey and pies it just aint funny anymore

I hope we can keep Johnson remember the classic line in Gladiator "win the crowd and you win your fredom" in this instance freedom being not being booed.

Totaly agree 100% enough is enough.

Going back a few years I remember the crowd being so harsh to Paul Butler who when he joined was horrific, within two seasons he was a hero, another classic example, there's only one Jody Craddock - he used to be sh*te but now he's alright, as when he joined he didn't set the world alight, I'm all for giving players time to settle in and improve but the difference is with Butler and Craddock they never spoke out against the fans, applauded the opposition or turned up for work over the limit (well as far as we know.) I think we just see how the Rojo situation pans out but he's got a mountain to climb to get the fans on board and rightly so, but one thing is for certain, you don't become a bad player overnight.

Yes ward was rubbish when he first joined us and he still is but wors and allways will be

My patience with Johnson has worn thin 2! HE'S A JOKE!

{Ed011's Note - Express and Star reporting that we're interested in taking Stefan Savic on loan from Manchester City, 21 year old Montenegrin centre back who played 20 times for Manchester City last season.

I'd rather have boyata but savic isn't a bad player still young too.

He was horrendous last year! But if this is true he's better than any defenders we have so bring him on!

I hope we get him ed. vry gud player. remember him whn we played them in the cup. solid.

He should have been sent off in the cup game for 4 yellow card offences when we were 1 up at the time

We scored 2 past them in the cup and if our defence wasn't so bad could have won the game. Solid not.

Boyata has performed terrible multiple times ... savic i say

News from an unknown source we are looking to buy Shalke Striker amd spainsh legend
Raul for a sum of £2 million.
Deal will be done on Monday 2nd Julyt

{Ed011's Note - I would've put this in the dodgy rumours section but I thought it was funny enough to put on the main rumours page so everyone could see it and be cheered up by how ridiculous it is, we could do with some cheering up considering this horrible weather we're having today. There are a hundred reasons why we aren't going to sign Raul on Monday 2nd July, with him signing for Al Sadd just last month and no longer being a Shalke player being the most obvious one.

Raul LOL. Maybe he meant Huntlaar, that other Schalke star.

Yeah tht wud never happen. imagine how much u'd have 2 pay him in wages? lol.

Any man can make a mistake! I think everyone knows it Raul Merieles that we are signing

I belive your mistaken weve actually agreed to sign messi on the 2nd ;)

Mis-heard I'm afraid - probably running the 'rule' over a leg end!

Yeah ive heard he's just bought a house in tipton !

{Ed011's Note - Apparently we're looking at another striker Stephen Makinwa, 28 and plays for Lazio I heard he might be available on a free. I doubt it though, at this rate we'll be playing 2-2-6.

If he's called Stephen/Steven or Steve we'll have him. Got to keep even Stephens!

Speaking of signing Steve's, bully thinkin of coming out of retirement to give us "one more season" !

As long as his second name isnt ward

Jarvis not going anywhere! He's been on twitter saying to Danny Batth he'll see him at Pre-seaon on 4 July. Hope that means he's with us until at least Christmas.

Even if he does start preseason training that doesn't mean it's a given he's staying. Still a long gap in the transfer window, but I like your optumism. I hope he stays too !

It said in the express & star earlier that both Fletcher and Jarvis have confirmed that they want to be playing in the Premier League next season.

Bobbybuffon

No good staying with us then is it
