It must of killed you when Hunt scored to keep us in the premier league.
How is that sad face Doyle is quality and ward was our best player and only ever presant last year I'd be more then happy if both stay
Doyle has been poor for ages and Ward has improved but is still poor at left back. Id ideally want them moved on although Doyle may play well under the new man
The fact that Ward was an ever present in our worst season for many makes your arguement for keeping him a non starter, all that proves is he was consistently crap.

Ward was only ever present cos he was a favourite and never got injured
Ward would not get in any other premier team or even top half championship team as he is only average when he's playing to his max. The only way he'll ever play in the prem is if his uncle mad mick takes charge of another club up there.
Same is true of most of the team. I don't see premier scouts swarming around Berra, Hunt, Henry, Doyle, Elokobi, Johnson or Zubar either. We all know that only Fletcher and perhaps Jarvis and Hennessey stand a chance of moves to a non-struggling premier team.

How many times have I had this argument. Eight, Hunt scored hence Blues had to push up, they all went forward, ball over the top and Roman went through one on one and scored meaning it didn't matter so you're both right, but mainly if Hunt hadn't scored Blues would've carried on with 10 men behind the ball.

It was hunt goal Vs blues that kept us really not the b'burn game.
No person it was hunts goal aginst blackburn that put us ahead of them on goals scored then as they pushed forward for a goal against spurs that pavelechenko stuck a missile in the onion bag...get yer facts right.
If we didn't get points at blues they would of been ahead of us ya nanna.

rumoured that wolves Reject 9mil for fletcher from sunderland and they have been told it will cost them 12mil

Hope so - if that is true then Andy Carroll £35m Darren Bent £24m. Fletcher has got to be worth £12m.
In fairness, if Carrol is worth £35m I must be worth £1m, no way is he 35 times better than me. I can run, kick a ball and am not overweight. A million for me sounds cheap compared to him
Might end up as one of those tribunal things, where the fee will be rules as £10.5m.

Hold out for the big bucks....Got to be an incentive for Wolves. He's our stand out player who is proven to score in what have been poor sides. It would be interesting to see him at a better side....I say hold out for 12 mill at least. Some person club will spend it
If were getting those sorts of bids now as the season approaches and panic buys set in I wouldnt be surprised if we get a bigger bid so definitely don't sell for less already
Transfer window goes on for a loooooong time yet. But we also need to buy so £9m in the bag might be a useful deal.

Tottenham have been quoted 20m for Matt Jarvis and Steven Fletcher but are only prepared to pay 12m
Tottenham really don't need either fletcher and Jarvis. But I reason the figure of £20 million for both sounds right where ever they go. Hopefully they'll stay.
Well they can go shop somewhere else then!
Exactly - we don't need to sell cheap.
Can't see either of these at Spurs. Who will they dislodge from the team? Modric? Van der Vaart? Bale? Defoe (who can't always get a start)?

Wolves are looking to sign Stephen Quinn from Sheffield United, following their faliure to return to the Championship.
They are also interested in taking Roberto Mancini's son Andrea on trial, following his release from Manchester City.
Wolves will also look for a loan deal over Manchester United left back Fabio, with a permament deal in the wings if Wolves get promoted this season
Mancini's son was on the books at Man City but he was not being paid he was there just to train.Fabio was going to Benfica but now QPR and Reading would like a loan , cant see Taggart letting him spend time in the championship when he can gain experience in the premier league.
Fabio is quality. Probably wasted in the Championship, though. QPR would be a waste for him too. I'd rather we found some decent centre halves, though. (Fabio full back, right?)

it is believed that fletchers agent has been in talks with sunderland for the last 48hours id expect confirmation of a deal done within a week which will pave the way for Bjorn Bergmann Sigurdarson to come to us as a replacement.
Not sure exactly but it was belived sunderland had offered 8mil but not certain and Bjorn Bergmann Sigurdarson will be available for half of that meanin still got ome cash left over for more transfers.

Ok to bring a new striker in I believe that wolves will have to get rid of one cause we've got fletcher, doyle, ebanks, vokes and grifiths. We don't have to sell players as we're in a good financial situation so the offers will have to be around £10-12 mil for fletcher

Agreed, if we hold out we'll get £12m for Fletcher and £10m for Jarvis but unless teams are prepared to it, they don't go, simple as, I'm with Moxey for the first time here, we don't need to sell so unless it's a Don Vito Corleone style offer we can't refuse then tough, they're staying.
