we all know we aren't spending enough on the team but that's down to a few things, ie our wage cap for starters. I would rather wolves be solvent and try to get value for money than just spend for spending's sake.
we had far too many mercenary players in the past out for one big last payday and underperforming. step up Mr. Clarrage and friends, also Morgan is a business man not a football man and in being so needs to be surrounded with football people. folk that are knowledgable about the running of a club.
sure he got those people at Redrow. Now Moxey as much as I appreciate how hard a negotiator he is, needs to be bit more receptive to spending that little bit extra for quality signings.
For all those that knock him, remember with out him we wouldn't even try to resign players. they would just leave the club and where would we be then?
if I have a gripe it's why change the formation from last season, we knew Sako was off so are you telling me we don't have / couldn't get anyone to play in his position?
not like he was amazing he's just better than what we had at the time we signed him. (give Jordan Graham a go) like the old saying goes " if it's not broken don't try and fix it".
For all those that want Morgan gone, go take a look at Aston Villa and look how hard they are trying to get new owners. don't see any Arab billionaires knocking on the door & there are far better investments about than we are ie in the premier league for a start.
I don't want to get promoted, not till wolves get things sorted properly in this league, if we don't get things right now, how on earth would we do in the premier league (shockingly).
last 2 times we got in the premiership, we were not even competitive. so until we can be, I'm not interested. we're not the worst team in the league. we got fantastic young players learning their craft, they just need an experienced older hand to guide them in the right direction.
It's going to take time to get things right. it's not all doom n gloom, that's down the road at Sandwell FC. we all support the greatest team on the planet who just happen to be having a tough time at the moment. so let's take all our negativity and turn it in to a positive because this is our love and our passion and sooner rather than later we will make it.

Sako was always going to do well at a higher level his ball skills and accuracy was lost in the championship. We have one reasonably good winger in Henry but the others still have something to prove. Wish Jacobs was still around. We have 4 good CMs though when Edwards is fit again which means if we don't play up the wing we should pick 2 full backs who are good taking the ball forward and that means Doc and Golborne.

Good points WindowWolf, but have you discounted Iorfa who IMHO, seems a better option than Doherty. But then I can't get to every match so you may know more than me.

What's all the fuss about how good Edwards is to me he is an average player who would make a squad player if we went up that's all, if we have any ambition ,what does he add in midfield ,okay makes great runs into box but he adds no creativity and making these runs into box is a waste of time if you have no wingers who can get ball in box to him.edwards and coady in midfield doesn't work for me even less creativity there with them together and with no left winger with only Henry playing okay you wonder why we are not creating anything . To me he as to play McDonald and price with what we have got then Henry on right and the new signing Byrne on left let's have a look at him then Afobe and Le Fonda
Then he still needs to get players in or KJ you will be up the road because wolves fans are not stupid they now we need players

Yamyamrob how can you say you don't want to go up, you can't pick when you think the team is ready to go up that's stupid talk, do you honestly think that if we was to have built a side say in 2or 3 years or whatever the players which are good such as Afobe will still be here,Noway they will be gone the good players will leave so how can you wait to build a side these days when you get the chance you have to take it and that costs money so over to you
MR MORGAN and MRMOXEY show some ambition because the team is not good enough for top 6 more like mid table so invest before its to late

I agree, apart from popping up with the odd goal, I don't see what Edwards brings to the team. Unfortunately as soon as he is fit he will be straight back in the team. Could be left wing, up front, could be in defence, I really wouldn't be surprised.
