reading we could be ready move s/ wed defender jeremy helan on loan,

24 Feb 2016 22:47:46
He's talented but very injury prone and on wages I doubt we'd pay - money would be better invested elsewhere.

25 Feb 2016 00:59:16
Also helan is left back, quick strong good defensively and good on overlap a lot like iorfa, but can also if need be play out wide but I would think he'll brough in as LB as LB is need more than winger with VLP Byrne and there very talented hunte there, and also having Zyro and Henry back pretty soon as well.

24 Feb 2016 18:12:55
something strange is happening moxeys' car not seen all day. I reckon something big is about to be announced. I am being serious here. I swear on the wolves badge.

24 Feb 2016 18:52:27
Wow I haven't seen moxeys car either, maybe he's at the decorators with his cheque book n pen!

24 Feb 2016 20:42:56
Another big announcement lol. you have to laugh. my source tells me its all rumour and there is no truth whatsoever.

24 Feb 2016 21:48:17
After a defeat like that against a team like Brentford would you leave your car outside molineux, say no more.

25 Feb 2016 09:36:03
I think Moxey has gone to lie doggo until we get a win. That's him gone for a long time then!

25 Feb 2016 09:37:02
I don't understand Felix, your source says its all just a rumour? What, the fact his car wasn't there? What's going on, was it there or not? Come on people this is serious, where is moxeys car?!

25 Feb 2016 13:21:29
About some sort of major announcement at the weekend. Moxeys car is probably down the lanes burnt out on bricks somewhere ;)

24 Feb 2016 13:39:23
Serious sauce close Joe gallon say holoway is on his way to wolves and jackett will be sacked tomorrow fact!

24 Feb 2016 15:00:15
What sauce?

Curry?

Tomato?

24 Feb 2016 15:03:54
cobblers, serious SAUCE! that a joke.

24 Feb 2016 16:06:00
I can see Ian Holloway as an interim manager. At least we'd get attacking football. Holloway also knows all about difficult owners, as he suffered under one at Blackpool.

24 Feb 2016 16:16:18
A few years ago he was quite disparaging about our club whilst manager of Blackpool. don't want him, he's a knob.

24 Feb 2016 16:54:15
Hp sauce just thought I'd make up having a sauce because everyone else has got one and talk garbage bottom line is jackett will be sacked when we're 21st in the table fact .

24 Feb 2016 17:47:16
Wednesfield wolf?

24 Feb 2016 19:31:09
If Holloway comes into Wolves there's a chance we will go down! The bloke talks absolute garbage and his teams can't defend! Yes we might start attacking a bit more but, we will ship even more goals! Don't won't the fool down at the Mol! We.

24 Feb 2016 19:43:05
It's only a wind up about Holloway, really hope there's some truth in the takeover though as that can be the only reason JACKETT hasn't been sacked? As others have said the only people who know are Morgan and the buyer!

24 Feb 2016 20:47:48
Ian Holloway? That well known graduate of the Worzel Gummidge Academy of Football? Oi 'opes not, ooohhh arrrhh.

24 Feb 2016 21:50:43
Someone mention my name?

24 Feb 2016 12:45:43
Have been told by a couple people this morning that a big announcement is planned for this weekend either before or after the Derby match, apparently there could be an agreement for a sale from Glenn Hughes and Paul Klemsey, not sure how true this is but it will definitely be a fresh start in the summer, funds will be pumped in to the club to progress the club.

24 Feb 2016 15:12:37
Why would these 2 get even close to buying wolves their total net value is less the 200m far less than Morgan's.

24 Feb 2016 16:10:44
Spanish,

Surely it's not what their net worth is, but what sort of consortium they could put together? Presuming that Robbie Keane is also involved with them, they would front the deal, provide the know-how, connections and the glamour. The consortium would bankroll the deal in the main. Individuals can no longer fund football at the top level.

I'm not saying these people are involved, I'm just pointing out how I think the deal would work if they were.

24 Feb 2016 18:56:03
IF this is true, which l doubt, they would do well to announce it Friday to save then all from a fan bashing on Saturday which is so on the cards.

24 Feb 2016 12:23:38
I totally agree with all of you our once great club, is once again in total shambles. I offer a little respite from all the doom and gloom. It is a rumour and purely that. MOXEY phoned the Decorating Co that Wolves use, and said he needs the tunnel the players come through and onto the pitch re decorating for this wknd. Currently it has pictures of Wolves past great players, to inspire the current lot when they go on the pitch (clearly does not work) . The decorators said 'no way they could do it with such short notice. MOXEY offered Double and then Treble what they charge to do it as a major announcement is to be made this wknd. This came from someone who is best mates with the guy who owns the company.
Please don't shoot the messenger, let's wait and see.

24 Feb 2016 12:49:40
Heard this off another source aswell, really hope its true, the sooner this club gets new ownership, the better! Kenny deserves to be reviewed for summer, see what players come in, not his fault he couldn't get the players he wanted in.

24 Feb 2016 13:33:01
Interesting rumour RBB. Beats the one about Mourinho being seen in the local Asda.

Why would Moxey want to redecorate the tunnel? Good question. So off the wall that it could be true. Want to know my answer to this? It could be to do with new advertising boards going up in the tunnel. Advertising pitch-side is already bought and paid for, but not in the tunnel. With the Derby game on TV, the advertising exposure would be valuable. That could be a typical Moxey money-making stunt, but on the other hand it could also be advertising space for a new owner's "brand" or products.

24 Feb 2016 14:15:40
Would Moxey make the call? Can't imagine my boss/ owner trying to arrange this surely one of his minions would do it but let's hope it's true we could do with a bit of good news.

24 Feb 2016 15:37:13
Could someone please explain this rumour. I don't understand how people have tied new owners with this. Not being rude or sarcasticly so sorry if I've come across as that I just don't under stand it :)

24 Feb 2016 15:47:53
I agree Darbo I doubt Mocey would be making these sorts of calls.

I am also sick of hearing these so called imminent announcements which never come to fruition.

Not one announcement rumour has been true so I'm sorry to be sceptical.

24 Feb 2016 16:17:28
agreed, remember all the BS over christmas.

24 Feb 2016 16:50:05
And all of the press conferences set up for 10-30 the following day.

24 Feb 2016 17:16:34
It seems pretty obvious that any potential owner of a football club with any "serious intent" would make the decorating of such a tunnel a condition of the sale and I say that knowing that anyone with the capital that would be needed in order to take a club such as this forward simply would not have the funds available to pay for the decorating of these walls themselves, neither would they have the imagination to think of phoning a local painter and decorator themselves in order to ask for advice about how to run a club the size of Wolves. Not even Morgan, Potato, Therwall and Moxey thought of doing that themselves at first. Now it's become second nature even to them to phone the decorators that they most trust when a players position becomes available at the very last minute in the team and they need some scouting to be done around the skirting boards. All this might look suspicious, but it actually ties in with all the rumours I'm hearing about the European consortium that have shown interest. I hear a lot of things when I talk to myself and also dribble, but I have definitely heard this consortium want to place Wolves at the centre of European concerns by developing a players tunnel long enough to run under the English channel and back again before it comes out eventually on the Molineux pitch. This will not only provide some of the highest paid players in the world a means to enter the Molineux pitch at the start of the match, but also offer a way in which when they can return in disgrace to the dressing room at the end of a home match, with a sizable bounty that is duty free. The top players generally like to have some photos of duty free items to post on their twitter feeds when things are not going so well on the pitch, because they know it makes the rest of us all feel better.

Tell me that you don't want to believe that and I won't ever make something like that up again.

24 Feb 2016 18:55:37
Columbo my friend, much like our team, you need help 😜.

23 Feb 2016 23:57:49
Hearing from my sauces (mild and tangy) of a few of the names on the list of replacements should Kenny be given the boot. I believe however that the board DO NOT want to make a decision until the Summer.

Kenny's position will NOT be reviewed until after the away game to Burnley - on the 19th of March. However, if between now and then tensions continue to boil, a quicker reaction may be called for. But as I believe it, we will give him 5 more games before our next break. That will leave 7 games and offer a true reflection of whether or not we're in danger.

Names include Pearson (an optimistic target, likely to be headed to Derby) , Paul Ince (on a brief deal, likely to be extended if we stay up) and Uwe Rosler. We're also considering promoting Rob Edwards but there is a hesitancy to throw him right in at the deep end. He will likely work as assistant with a new manager.

24 Feb 2016 05:09:09
I hope there is no truth in he Uwe Rosler rumour.

24 Feb 2016 07:11:52
what about Billy Davies he would do a good job for us.

24 Feb 2016 07:22:13
Looks now like Warburton was the driver for success at Brentford not Rosler. Why isn't Monk on the list or Big Sam in a General manager capacity working with Edwards and a talent spotter of his choice. He will not be keen committing long term to Sunderland at his age but he can leave a legacy at his own club before he finishes.

24 Feb 2016 08:50:29
Billy Davies! omg he would start a fight in an empty room, believe me he is out for himself and no one else. He follows the same plan every where he goes check with derby and Forest fans they will tell you the same thing.

24 Feb 2016 08:57:11
billy davies god as our club sunk that low we would even consider this poison little dwarf horrible man and even worse coach / manager total failure.

24 Feb 2016 09:32:29
Haha Bill Davies, someone been on the juice a bit early! Garry Monk would be my choice but not until the summer, no ince no curbs no big sam no rosler, let's get it right this time!

24 Feb 2016 09:49:36
Marinio seen in Asda car park.

24 Feb 2016 10:22:32
Apart from pearson that list is a train wreck, and if true shows the level of ambition within the club, its a joke, peason is off to derby supposedly.
monk is available give him a call, well worth the shout.

24 Feb 2016 12:43:48
Jackett isn't the cause of our decline Morgan is.

Jackett has been given a near impossible situation.

If and when we stay up what more could we realistically expect this season?

I would much rather Morgan, Moxey and Thellwell went.

At least Jacket has had some success, in comparison to those three!

24 Feb 2016 13:57:25
Probably a Morris Marina in the car park, Spanish Wolf. Owned by the last die-hard season ticket holder, supported the team since Sir Billy held those trophies high and not going to give up now.
