With Nouble Stale didn't target him himself but instead the scouts have kept an eye on him and gave the report to Stale. Liking the look of what sort of team we're going to have next season. Fast, strong, young and confident. Sigurdarson and Nouble (from the youtube video's i've seen) like running with the ball and are willing to run through defenders. We don't have a striker like that every time doyle gets the ball he runs to the wing. Need to get defenders i say give doherty a chance let him develop and obviously have david davis as a replacement for henry. Get two CB's in, we're going to let in a few goals next season Stale doesn't have a very good defensive record at any of his previous clubs.

Well if West Ham got rid of Nouble then that should tell us something about him. West Ham always find gems and keep them! I really do think that our scouting system needs improving now otherwise our new and expensive training ground will be a complete waste of cash
Ye the youtube video is old hope he's the same sort of player just better. Ye lets get rid of the scouts which got us, Jarvis, Kightly, Fletcher, o hard, guerdioura, doyle, hamill, ebanks. They obviously have no clue ;) No to be honest when we had limited budget and wanted quality players the scouts have come through for us mainly in the championship but thats where we are now. But adding another scout or two could be good ones that Stale trust cause he's gone in blind with Nouble and Tank. But seriously we need to sort out our defence.

The scout that got us kightly and jarvis for next to nothing are plying there trade at Bolton now! The rest you have mentioned, well lets just say we paid alot of money for most of them
West Am are a selling club and have been for years, in fact you could almost make an england team from the players they have let go

Not yet seen this Nouble play so I will reserve judgement. I have read that he has pace and that is something that wolves have lacked up front over recent seasons. Surely Stale has noticed this too. I would love vokes to come good but cant see it happening so maybe nouble is a better replacement for him?? {Ed011's Note - We need to remember how many games we've got this season in just the league alone, then there's the extra cup games now we aren't in the premier league.
For sure, have just read all the comment on E & S re Nouble too and I am sorry to say we still have a load of planks who know nothing about football supporting our beloved club. Seems to me worth a punt so lets give the guy a chance, he may be bench warmer but with the right backing might also be a match winner. Only 20 big strong and quick, who knows could be the next Bully if he finds his confidence and is given a chance.

I wrote both the top two posts and what I meant was that particuarly with forwards you never the game is all about confidence. I dont know the stats on Bully prior to leaving the filth and coming to us but I do know there were many at the time thinking who the hell is this!.
West Hams accademy has been prolific in producing talent and clearly he wasnt at chelsea and play for England youth without having something about him. I think we should give the lad a break a
and actully support him and build his confidence!
I cant beileve for one second he was brought in as a replacement for Fletcher and maybe Stale thinks he might fit in with how BBS plays or something like that!
As for Ebanks pace! well I really like SEB but come on he needs to lose at least two stone that he wasnt carrying last time around

Ed is it true bout stoke's offer of 8m + higginbotham being accepted true please don't shoot messenger just goin via different wolves pages on Facebook !! {Ed011's Note - I believe you I just wanted to be sure, I seem to hear about bids for Jarvo and Fletch every other day and they never turn out to be true, it'll be a shame to lose either of them but nothing we can't recover from.
We will cope better losing Jarvis than fletcher BBS looks amazing but SEB did in the champ then we went up an he neva cut the mustard so we need fletcher for if we go straight back up an if we don't then sell him because he deserves prem footy but would at least to see him with us till jan an see how it's goin !! I hope we get as much money as possible for jarvis because who ever buys him will soon realise they have been robbed. Jarvis played loads of matches for wolves but really should have dropped,
he only picked up towards the end of the season when he was looking for a move but most wolves fans seemed fooled by this.
I bet jarvis will be only a bit part player for any other club and will be warming up the bench alot.
I personally think he is mad leaving wolves but i wouldnt give a hoot if he did

I am quite a simple minded person who lives life based on how I find people and how they treat me.
God knows I have made mistakes but if people don't give you the chance you're always running in quicksand.
If you think you have reached perfection then you are a liar mainly to yourself.
Shrewd gambles can pay dividends and if it doesn't work out then the numbers were known and add up but to slate people that have been brought in to do their best for our team without giving them a chance is bordering upon the obscene.
I slated a poster for insisting that people add a name to their comments or a signature phrase but I am starting to see where he was coming from. Banter is banter but complete negative and sometimes offensive comments are a different matter.

People can agree or disagree I'm not bothered but before people say he's a free etc iv watched nouble play he ain't that good 10 goals in 60 games is not a good return at all if you want a hold up player we got 2 Sam vokes who's never had a good run in the team or Sam winnall who can hold the ball up and score I mean nouble scored 1goal for Swansea under Brendan Rodgers anybody who played in that team should be scoring easy or that style of play didn't suit him so SS plays the same way

The rantings of a pup still learning how to survive being a Wolves fan...50 years down the road having missed out on the special Wolves 50's and early 60's but still witness to some legends with hopes dashed then the dark days endured.
I haven't gone into a season so full of hope and optimism for years. Then again is it real or has senility set in?

Fletcher returns to England tomorrow after a holiday in LA it's expected he will sign for Sunderland in the next 2 weeks
Stoke could offer higginbotham or Danny Collins plus cash for jarvis
What 10m + plus both of them for Jarvis !!

Give Frank Nouble a chance. we got him on a free and his probably on low wages in comparison to others. so its not like his gonna be a major disaster. A possible reason to why he hasn't scored many may be because he kept moving out on loan and not really having time to bed-in to a team. remember Sigurdarson only started scoring last year. Nouble was highly rated when at chelsea so maybe we can get him back to that form or we sell him for 150k and make a small profit

I think he will be a replacement for Vokes..... We have to trust the management on this. The only thing that worries me is we have some young strikers of our own coming through ...... just hope they don't get disgruntled and want to move on.
. Let Stale manage why are we already looking for a stick to beat him with, guess we've been burned to often.

Nouble and tank r those slobakken signings or on the advice of Conor etc, can't help but thinking wolves choosing cheap options prepare for season of mediocre
Tank is 18 n 1 for the future 20k hardly breaking the bank is it nouble on the other hand in not happy with ED whats your thoughts on nouble {Ed011's Note - I'm just going to say this once to show my side on this whole Nouble saga. He might turn out to be brilliant, we might sell him at the end of the season and make 150k+ profit either way it'll be an inexpensive mistake or a priceless manoeuvre
Who had heard of most of Norwich and Swansea players until they saw the match programme except for ex-Wolves. No big names just a group of capable people with the ability to pass the ball to each other and occasionally stick it in the net. No "STAR" names big buys who went on to under achieve and let the team and fans down. I really can't believe that an outlay of 20k on 2 players and modest wages in footballing terms has people ranting with disappointment. I had a gaffer once that could get the best out of the biggest plonker. Let the manager do his job without question. If we rip up the league then everyone will call it genius if we are bottom come christmas and look the same hapless bunch of tossers as last season the vent your anger. Everybody has a clean slate and the dead wood will be moved on with the inevitable maximum profit taking from any conceived talent there may be. The guy has a plan so let him run with it...trust in baldylocks and the three hairs!

David Pipe full back from Newport County, Adam BOGdan GK and Richie Towell from Celtic would complete the line up with Batth and Tank. Just hope Tank does ok coz as with Hunt it doesn't take a lot of thinking about to rhyme an insult.

really happy to see wolves signing some players, has anyone seen nouble play? quick? strong? hopefully we can bring in some quality defenders that can actually play football, good to see that SS likes milijas! with him JOH geuds and davis we have some real class in the middle of the park, + kights out wide sig up front just need to sure up the defence and im very excited about the new season!

Nouble is quite quick and quite strong so with a bit of training could be a force up front. Jamie tank is a decent kid as well but definitely needs to be quicker because he struggles to catch quick strikers.

It is actually on sky sports news about frank nouble, I havent heard rumours linking us with him before but who know vokes and doyle and griffthes out he become 3rd choice maybe who knows, did you know anything about this ed? {Ed011's Note - Well it's 01:41 I've been out tonight living it large - apologies but I've only heard stuff from you guys, will find out more tomorrow!
Noble actually plays in an attacking midfield role, as does Sigarduson.... at least there's options there. If Mick was around he could put one of them at centre back!
