With a Phillips deal looking increasingly on the cards - the question must be what's the score with Griffiths. Phillips wants regular game time, the two are to a like as a combination and it will be either or starting. Unless there is likely to be more to it - we are going strangle the life out of a young pretender to allow Phillips his final 6month before he hangs up his boots. I fear our attacking problems are else where. Siguardson (seems his heart is no longer at the Mol), Cassidy (not the right man for KJ's style, he will flourish in a direct style team), Doyle (creative yes but still has not found is mojo infront of goal), Sako (all about him - not team player). Add this to a lack of goals from the middle of the park and Doherty's absence - we have much to address in the attacking third. The answer? - not sure but Donaldson of Brentford must be in frame to add to the forward line, a goalscoring midfielder - unless McDonald takes on the mantle is also required. Either way KJ should release the reins on Price, Evans, McDonald, Ismael, McAllden and Griffiths letting them express themselves rather than hold them back - KJ is doing well and has the support but is far to worried about the goals against column.

Sako out, wells and philips in . Please Santa.

How can anyone say Sako is not a team player? how many assists has he gave us since joining?

Phillips will be an impact player off the bench who will give us 10 goals or more which I think will be the difference between auto and play offs. Apart from that good post

Taxi for Siggy & Sako.

Siggy and Sako. The last of Solbakken's signings.

Shaquille McDonald trailing at wolves with view to a permanent deal.

Another one for the future .not the ans to our current scoring probs.

Seems he was highly rated at Posh and then let go by mutual consent but Posh won't comment on why.

Wolves will sign Henry and kj has a wish list of 4 to 5 attack minded players. The Sako deal is done jackett has identified our problems and has given all his players a good chance.the real possibility is griffo siggy and Doyle could all go in jan. griffiths has had his head turned by Celtic siggy is well thought of in Europe the Dutch league awaits Doyle needs a move he's no use to us.jackett is here for the long haul he will construct an efficient well drilled squad, a squad in his own making, he can't turn a sows ear into a silk purse overnight.keep the faith in Kenny we trust. The realist.

Celtic had representation at Rotherham on Saturday casting an eye on Griffiths Sako and their prime target David Edwards you heard it hear first.

They can have eddo and Sako for 5 Mil or 2 mil and we'll have james Forrest

Well Griff is their obvious target. Sako is the kind of player we normally sell to them. But Edwards a bit random, no?

Phillips won't be able to play all the games, he's 40. He'll be an impact player from the bench most of the time probably or start 3 games a month or something.

WILKO

Sakos main problem is that while he's good going forwards he has no intention of defending and due to the lack of pace in defence he gas to track back more.

If we take KJ's post match comments at face value, no one was being rested for Orient. So, it will be interesting if/how he uses Sako, Doyle, Griff, etc. I think that's a smokescreen in one sense, as after an often frustrating display vs. Crewe we need to be fully firing vs. Orient. However, he also knows he needs to make a few changes, with Sako going the most likely. I'm not set against Griff too, but it needs a proven striker (or one experienced + one with potential) to replace him. The defence and midfield has been O.K, but up front needs more cutting edge, if it had been we would be much safer by now. Western Wolf
