dont now why we dont try and get paul ince as a number 2 or even get jody c in

We won't go for Paul Ince as he went for the managers job so Stale would be more concerned about bein stabbed in the back! I think it will be Sammy Lee. Paul Tamworth

Paul tamworth, spot on Mate.

Ya know what thinkin bout ince n Rae what would they fetch today.

"Stale Solbakken today vowed to continue shuffling his Wolves pack to keep his players hungry as they bid for their third successive win at Peterborough on Saturday"

Maybe that's why he doesn't play Nouble at the moment? I was thinking why hasn't he been given a chance yet in the league then i saw this article and thought maybe he is trying to keep him hungry.

I hope to see Frank play against posh on sat i think he could kick off his championship campaign if he scores

This translates to "Last year if you where one of Mick's mates you had a shoe in to the team irrespective if you where good enough, but this year you either do it my way or your out"

3 games in 6 days. we've all seen fitness levels of some of the players. makes absolute sense to rest and allow a period of recuperation. Expect Tonga & SEB to start again on Saturday. SS knows what he is doing!

Listened to game on WM they were a bit negative about Wolves until the Doumbia goal. We are trying to blend 7 new players into a team and a new manger is trying to gradually implement his own style, these midweek evening games aren't pretty at the best of times and sometimes requires the players to graft and grind something out of the game. I'm delighted that our new team is already showing those qualities at this early stage and last nights victory and a clean sheet is a good result. Nobody will remember the performance now just the result and that's what it's all about, plenty of home games for our players to express themselves more, and we will get better. Generally a team that can play poorly and still win 2 nil away is a good sign. Stone Wolf.

Head of sport on WM mark reagan has never got a good thing to say about the Wolves, just bangs on about how well Sandwell town are run. How many managers have they had in the last six years, that's how we'll run they are. Just keep the faith with our Boys. WFE

Totally agree with second post, WM like cause a bit of doom and gloom, that's why they have been banned from the MOL a few times over the years. Good point Buddy.

Try 990 am matt murray was comantating on there last nite wiv bomba brown good comentry and good result .hope new coach arrives soon daz cannock

WM is anti-Wolves full stop. They are always purring on about Sandwell Town, and why Villa are not Kings of Europe but should be and how Blues are a big club which is totally laughable

Got to admit Sako must be our best player his set pieces are deadly obviously scored against Cardiff from a free kick. Set up a goal for Ebanks saturday and then off his corner and a header from Doyle(i think it was him) to put the ball to Stearman who scored. Again tonight a free kick which set up Tommy Smith. Sako obviously scored against Northampton too. Think he just needs to improve his fitness and do what Stale and Johan says and reckon he'll score quite a few and get even more assists.

He is brilliant. But I think Doumbia might be our best. He isn't fully fit either. Reminds me of a Dembele or a Yaya Toure, although not on the same level obviously. Good with the ball at his feet, but also has the strength to hold off challenges and a bit of pace to drive at them. For me, the big positive is that we are winning these games with tired players and a team that hasn't fully gelled yet. That suggests we have players of superior natural ability who can still win games even when we don't play brilliantly. When Stale really gets his system going and the team gathers momentum I think start to win games more comfortably.

Roger johnson is our best player so far this season he saved our bacon at least twice last night and countless times in our other games. credit where credits due guys.

Fair play to the guy. He COULD become a legend if he knuckles down..He is improving every game and has took a lot of flak on the chin .. Briwolfie

I agree Tongo is a very good player he's very strong. I'm very impressed with all of SS's signings haven't seen much of Sigurdarson though (didn't see match yesterday) saw him saturday and he looks as though he's the striker we need he fast enough to run past defenders just hope he can improve a bit. Also think Nouble should be given a shot as he scores pretty much everytime he plays scored a few goals for reserves too. I was impressed with the defence saturday and can't blame them for the goal can't comment on last night but a clean sheets a clean sheet. 100% win rate without Connor
