Olivier Brahin is basically head of Europe for Lone Star. It would be expected for him to be involved if the Lone Star owner was buying into Wolves.
Spelling wise, it is Lone Star and not Loan Star. The Lone Star name comes from the Texan origins of the company. Texas is known as the Lone Star state.
I don't see the connection with Arsene Wenger though.
Finally, the Lone Star owner John Grayken is not involved in Sunderland. His business partner Ellis Short is of course.
