Even though Hughes has distanced himself from the rumour months ago. Hughes is a musician not a business man, why would he be at the meeting? BLAH to the whole lot.

I hope we aren't bought by Americans. I can't think of any club with American owners that has been successful or alienated supporters. Maybe there are some good examples, but I can't think of any.

The American consortium rumour is fairly credible. The Ellis Short/ John Grayken money connection could be behind it. Money-wise it's chicken feed to them but their time is more valuable than money. Who would want the aggro of moaning Wolves fans? Glenn Hughes could be in it to add a bit of show-biz glamour and take the heat off the money men. Who knows?

Glenn Hughes and Robbie Keane are the front men, the money is coming from another source and Hughes didn't distance himself from the rumours as they weren't rumours he stated himself he was in talks with Keane to set up a consortium and also said 6 weeks ago he had signed a confidentiality agreement.

Glenn Hughes is in Cannock with his mum sorting out funeral arrangements for his recently departed father so don't think wolves be in his thoughts at moment.

So Mike Williamson has just been ruled out for the season. Heard some interesting news regarding him at weekend. Turns out he never even had a medical and he was signed just to shut us fans up. Having been in contact with a couple of Newcastle fans they said he hasn't been fully fit for about 2 years hence why they got rid. Only at Wolves could this happen.

Its a shame a fully fit Williamson next season could be a big difference maker but I think he may be an injury prone player think we might be looking for another CB soon.
Would like to see Deslandes get some more games as I think it will be him and Doherty playing for the Left Back position.

Money shop owner good friends with Steve Morgan apparently and he's willing to buy a 15% stake of the club so Morgan doesn't have to put anymore money into the club.

At current market value that would cost him £4.5 million! That's not going to do a lot of damage I think Morgan would want a bigger investment if he was to stay.

I agree but I think it will be loan star owner will buy 85% of wolves because they own money shop and leave morgan with 15%.
