Transfer rumours but they are all leaving. The first group are the overpaid players Johnson, O'Hara & Doyle. The next group are the underachievers Jonsson, Henry, Ward & Hammill. The next group is the players out of contract with Hunt the only one to be offered a contract. Now for the good news at least six of the under 21s are to be promoted to the first team to help us get back into the championship should we get relegated. Morgan has told DS this is now his real chance to prove himself at managerial level having seen the improvements he made with Doncaster. A lot are going to disagree and moan but this is happening should we get relegated.

And what if, by a miracle, we stay up?

Well I wish Morgan would grow a pair and get rid of Downo. the bloke is clueless, and I'm being as nice about it as I can, and while I think about it show Moxey where the exit is too as that bloke is poisonous.
As long as those 2 are at the club'we haven't got a prayer. MFA.

Listening to the "fans " has landed us in ths rubbish in the first place I. e sacking of McCarthy, then solbakken, both bad decisions at the time. when we going to learn, now wishing that mosey and Morgan go could e another bad move. as said before are full what wish for, grass is not lays greener, W. If they had listened to the fans Mccarthy would have been sacked earlier which would given a new manager the potential possibility of keeping us up. instead by the time they did even the only bloke that wanted the job Bruce said that he couldn't keep this said. I also can't remember the clamber for Connor, Solbaaken or Saunders. So I can see your point the board obviously keep making poor decisions based on the opinions of the fans.

For all who have spent a sleepless night worrying tune into a web site and listen to Deano quote We are not in a bad position and playing Hull is no different to playing Hudderfield. Deano hate to be the bearer of bad news we lost miserably to Huddrsfield and our position is very grave indeed.

The fans haven't clambered for anyone. They have just moaned about every single option that get's mentioned.

I honestly believe we would have appointed Alan Curbishley if it wasn't for fans moaning about it on sites like this. At that point with 13 games to go in the Premiership and in the relegation zone on goal diff I'd have fancied our chances.

Curbishley did not turn it down because of moaning fans do you honestly think managers looknat site's such as this? He turned it down because while the contracts were at the solicitors after agreement had been reached by both parties there was another meeting. At this meeting both Moxey and Morgan started dictating to him about several issues one was use of the youth team players. Curbishley told them at this point he no longer wanted to be Wolves manager as he wanted full control over the playing side.

Curbishley played us along Unlike some others my memory is still reasonable, I remember that I said I didn't want Bruce, I was an person. But I also said I didn't want to lose Mick, I didn't want Connor (bless him) and we should have stuck with SS. Still think I was right with these three opinions. If Morgan and DS stay there is till time to learn from this and come back with a stronger team. Good ground, good youngsters and a good fan base.

I know you have too choose a manager, stick with him and give him the time to bring success but how has Saunders earnt that right. Actions must have consequences and unless Saunders goes we are only promoting failure. Having said that someone needs to be given opportunity to sort out the playing staff ang get rid of Henry, Johnson etc and while we keep having a new manager every 6 months that won't happen.

So you were in this supposed meeting with curbishley because you seem to know an awful lot about it. As do all fans on here who tell us exactly what happened behind closed doors.

I'm no great lover of moxey. But people who tell me he dictates what should happen on the pitch is just rubbish. Not once has anyone from the club even hinted at the fact that he does anything but his job as chief exec.

I know someone who goes in the directors box. He tells me information but only about 12 months after it happened. He also told me that if the two M's spoke to any manger the way they spoke to Curbishley they would have walked as well.

I have said all season it wouldn't matter if Fergie was in charge we would still be in it up to our necks because the problem is deep rooted.
Moxey will not let managers manage.
The whole thing needed to be stipped bare and start from scratch but managers are not being backed.
The writing was on the wall for this season with 7 or 8 games of last season remaining. We didn't drop out of the prem, we fell at a rate of knotts and were playing like a poor championship side then.
Please scratch beneath the surface and look at the budget managers are getting. They can only bring in 3rd rate players.
Mills wolf seems to have gone awol but he put the best post i've ever seen on here about how our path is taking the same one as Stoke's did under Moxey. Only when he went did they prosper.

More to it than Moxey! We need a new owner! When Morgan didn't invest enough when we were in Prem that was a sign! He certainly won't invest now! The sooner he sells the better, whether it be Souness's consortium, TATA or Mr Sizzle! Paul Tamworth

The deep rooted problem isn't moxey its the players, who once were young and hungry and got us promoted and took the increased wages and then decided to stop playing football and continue to take the money

Why do fans keep going on about Moxey when Morgan runs the club and is the decision maker? Its Morgans club and what he decides/wants happens. Yes Moxey is there to advise Morgan on certain subjects and yes mistakes have been made by Moxey but overall Morgan has the final say on everything that happens at Wolverhampton Wanderers. Moxey advised Morgan not to appoint Saunders and requested that he interviewed Billy Davies. Stale Solbakken was a deadman walking and interviews had been set up on 3rd of Jan (2days before Luton game). At 12. 45pm before the Luton game I had been told no matter what the result Stale was leaving and Billy Davies had been offered the job only for Mogan to go back on his word (Again! As this is not the 1st time due to other managerial decisions) and wanted Dean Saunders which he organised and overseen the whole procedure, agreed compensation and in turn appointed Saunders on 6th Jan. Morgan only wants the best for Wolves but unfortunately footballs can not be run like a successful business in the short turn. Anyway thought you should have a little insight and maybe think twice in shooting the messenger which is Mr Moxey in most cases at Wolves.

The players have always been lacking quality, MM got them playing above themselves. They have now been found out for what they really are, POOR.

What a salary to be on just to be a messenger. Moxey makes massive decisions at the Wolves and bad ones at that.

Interesting fact (that you probably all know), we were actually going to get alex ferguson as a manager before he joined united but, we couldn't in the end due to our financial trouble at the time, if only it happened.

Moxey runs the club on a day to day basis. He only runs major decisions past Morgan. The club is in a mess and both are as equally culpable.
