Guys what we all need to appreciate is the fact that Wilkins, Jordan and coaches of this experience aren't going to come to Wolves and work under Stale and Johan! We have got to accept this and think positively about whoever comes in!
Stale appears to be very focused on what he wants from a new coach and we have to accept that! For a new coach to come in and for him to get the lads playing good free flowing positive football with a solid defensive strategy the team will need our support 100% as it will take some time to achieve. I don't mean us sat there screaming and shouting our disgust if a pass goes astray or a player fails to take a defender on 1 on 1 even if he tries such a positive move! I don't mean the entire crowd booing if we are 1-0 at half time!! All this does is give a negative vibe to the players and they can't play positively if we are all negative about everything they do!! If they do something positive that doesn't come off then applaud and cheer the fact they are being positive! They will continue to play positively without fear! Lets get behind them 100% and help them out there! We should be the 12th man pushing them on not a lead weight around their ankles dragging them back! Ok if we are losing and they aren't breaking their necks to get back in the game then we can have our say after the match once they've finished their shift!
So please guys lets get behind the boys during the match and at half time! Lets make opposing managers realise they are going to be playing in a cauldron of passion and positive thinking at the Molineux this year and a hostile place for their players to play in! Not the ground where "if we keep the crowd quiet for 20 minutes and get them on their players back we are home and hosed fellas!" Let's not make it easy for the opposition under any circumstance this season and its vitally important we really play our part during this initial period of transition!
Remember Reading last year, Sunderland the year they went up under Roy Keane after relegation the year before under Mick McCarthy! All with late runs almost half way through the season! We are 4 games in with 42 to play! There's plenty to play for!!
Up the Wolves!!
The problem is the boo boys are louder and generally more impatient than the rest of the crowd. Watching matches abroad you will hear the crowd applaud if their team keeps the ball regardless of wether or not the ball is going forward. I totally agree if we want wolves to change and play attractive football, we need to change how we support them. UTW.
Rubbish.5 wins in 40 league games, they get better support than some of them merit.Abroad is a big place, have you ever been to a game on the Continent? I once went to the San Siro{to see Robbie Keane play,he was an unused sub ].The Inter fans whistled their annoyance at any mistake by any of their players. When it came to making substitutions their was no doubt who would be subbed, the fans had given each player the bird for about 10 minutes before the substitutions were made.Inter won the game and were doing well in the league at the time. They were doing a lot better than 4 wins in 40 league games. There would be riots in the streets if that level of poor performance ever happened in Milan.Wolves have lots of problems, but we have good fans, stop trying to blame them,we all know where the blame should lie.
Agree with you buddy, let's ALL stick with boys on sunday and give SS some backing PLEASE.
TOP POST ! I admit that im over critical of the club, but thats only cos i want the best for em, that said i totally agree with all the starter post. WE NEED TO ACCEPT THE CLUB WE LOVE NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS AND GIVE THEM THE SAME NON PRESSURED SUPPORT WE GAVE THE KIDS WHEN MICK FIRST TOOK OVER.
There a massive divide between supporters right now, and two stereo types... the happy clappers and the moaners, well thats just stupid really we all have our views on the club but we also love the same club.
Mills wolf {Ed011's Note - There doesn't necessarily need to be anything wrong with a bit of a divide, I just wish it could be more of a debate or conversation than it resorting the name calling - as long as we all love the Wolves and treat each other as fellow Wolves fans it'd be fine.
