Wolves are locked in a battle with Burnley to sign the Middlesbrough striker Lukas Jutkiewicz in a £1.5m deal.

Not sure about him hav'nt made my mind up about him, if Kenny thinks he's good then he must be - in Kenny we trust

Tbh I think wood and jutkiewicz will be at wolves next season

Also heard rumours that nick Powell could be on his way to wolves for 2m

I don't know much about the guy tbh. I know he helped and had a good end to the season with Bolton last year and if Burnley are after him as a prem team they obviously rate him to which is promising.

Who ever we get hope they can compliment Dicko and bag some serious goals.

I know a few people I speak to who went to the game Friday say Clarke looked good but I don't think he'll do that well I hope I'm wrong. Is like to see us being in two new strikers

What's the guy like from Preston we keep getting linked with?

Matt

It is joe garner from Preston

Yes what's he like? Anyone see him play last year?

Gutted to here Rowe will be out for a month was looking forward to see how he plays

Davis up for sale by the sounds of it to wonder if that will then get us to look at another cm?

Matt

I don't want us to sign Garner, he struggled at Championship level with a few clubs.

Nick Powell would be a brilliant signing hope that one is true!

Jutkiewicz could well prove to be a very good signing for us, big bustling forward who is able to annoy defenders and allow Dicko to take advantage.

Would love Powell, can't see that happening though, and as for strikers, Wood would be my first choice and then Danny Graham. Then i'd look to get cover in the CM and CB positions

Nick powell? haha who Manchester United paid 6 million for?

Looks like Jutkiewicz has agreed terms and joining Burnley subject to medical results circa £2.25mil

a bit above our price I think

Not really. If the player is right we'll spend 3 or 4 million in this league. We have done before.

Yes we have paid millions before. But I like the way we don't have superstars at the moment. We have a team full of good players some or all of whom might play in the Premier one day.

What money have we spent since being promoted? Now that's what I call ambition
