Wolves have just announced loan deal agreed in principle with Sheffield Wednesday for Roger Johnson!

Only O'ha to go

🎶Happy days are here again 🎶

R they payin all his wages? I hope so but doubt it. Paul Tamworth

"Johnson is one of Wolves’ top earners – believed to be on at least £20,000-a-week – but it is not yet known what percentage of his wages, if any, Wednesday are prepared to pay."

Indeed Paul T. Some doubt as to whether Wolves are going to get a penny out of this. Can't believe Moxey would allow a free loan, though. I mean, why would he?

Hopefully we're getting some percentage or I'd leave him to rot! Knowin our luck he will get a serious injury first game and be sent back! Paul Tamworth

Not so much the glass half empty as totally and permanently drained! Why not wait for some evidence before you force your paranoid assumptions on the rest of us?

It's conversation not Paranoia! I'm glad he's gone but hopefully we get some money of our wage bill so kj can bring in a couple of loans when he's ready. Paul Tamworth

Putting him in the shop window (i.e. loaning him out so he plays) is better than him doing little or nothing in terms of playing for Wolves, as he is now. So if we have to subsidise the loan it could still be good business in the long run. Better than him seeing out his contract with us - that would cost far more.

I'm not disagreeing I just want him gone! Sooner the better! Paul Tamworth

Great news. Not to put a dark cloud over it or anything but there have been whispers about O'Hara joining the first team for training again. let's all hope this stays as whispers and doesn't materialise

The only problem with putting Johnson in the shop window is everyone else will get to see how poor he really is. Anyway fantastic news he gone, 1 to go.

Please, please, please do not bring JO'H back near the squad!

I'm going to throw a very large hammer into the works and say that we SHOULD consider JOH making a comeback in our midfield, as from what I saw yesterday, that even with Big Mac in there we still looked lightweight and lacking creativity, indeed the Swindon midfield were midgets compared to our lads but they passed us off the park, at least JOH has a good engine, abit of passion and a pass in him, plus we're playing his vast wages to play for our under 21's and thus denying a young lad a chance. I know the histrionics but I for one would give him a go.

O' Hara has passion, are you mad he's happy just picking up his wages, he doesn't care about us the fans what happens on the pitch and he doesn't care about the whole club! Is that passion?

WILKO

I did say 'a bit of passion' Wilko, before we signed him permanently mate he gave blood, sweat and tears for the club and I seem to remember everyone saying 'sign him up!', I think the relationship broke down with him and the club was when a few moronic fans had a go at him in front of his misses and young kids, personally my attitude would have been affected by this act, don't you think! I did say I'd throw a big hammer in the works but in my opinion I think he would have performed better yesterday than either Davis or Evans.

Read on the Birmingham Post website that RJ and JOH were ok until MM left. "He was the glue that held it together". If he gets his head down and earns another chance with KJ, so be it. In the end it's Kenny's decision. And if it's in the best interests of the club, play him.

Roger Johnson was one of our best players in any division, and we were all really happy when he signed its just the papers have decided he will be the player there going to hound out, and others have hid behind him the main issue is the wages, not his ability.

Paddy Harris

Okay fair enough but after he signed he slowly stopped caring and definitely the time he was confronted by fans was the straw that broke the camels back IMO
