Apart from TCs ramblings the silence from Molineux is deafening.........Ed what is your take at the moment.....anything to cheer us up ? {Ed001's Note - as far as I am aware nothing has changed and the club are still waiting on the summer for their chosen man to be available.}

Ed so you are saying the clubs number 1 choice is already employed? I heard it was Curbs? And he wouldn't sign until relegation confirmed so it didn't appear on his CV? {Ed001's Note - Curbs was original first choice, but I was told the club had moved on and were looking at cherry picking a Championship manager from among the teams that didn't go up.}

Poyet is top of the list, his Brighton team were watched at the Reading match tuesday by current board members. Impressed with what they saw...! Unfortunately it's a waiting game until May. They won't be going up so as long as M and M give him time and cash to play with he should be Wolves. Here's hoping!

Wolves manager will not to be announced till close season. It will be DOF Allardyce without entourage with head coach. Clark will take this role - worked together at Newcastle. Allardyce role at West Ham is unattainable and would have left if not for the time in season, Clark is not able to take on role until end of season or lose his settlement with the terriers. Whether this could lead to new blood eg Rhodes is anyones guess. With relegation goes Jarvis (6mill - Stoke - offer in), Doyle (4mill - Saints - offer in), as well as Hennessey (Tottenham showing interest), Zubar (French League), Henry (Reading), Milijas, Johnson, Ohara, Ward, Hunt, Ebanks-Blake and Craddock (retirement). While Vokes, Arlene, Bathh will all return. This relegation will be forgotten and seen as setting foundations for future success. Morgan can go on and be a great success but must learn from this season and its failings but to be honest wolves in its current state was always going to be fighting for survival and nothing more. Moxey as a CEO has achieved what he was hired to do ensuring Wolves are out of the red and solvent with business thriving and cannot be doubted. Mccarthy and his back room team with transfer strategy and tactics used were achieving the maximum they could, with survival an achievement each year. Changes were needed but timing and how they have gone about this was not what was required. Next season will be the start of something good.

Henry is wanted by everton sunderland n qpr i no this i was talking to a mate n his mate knows henry n paul ince will be the new manager wolves want him n he wants the job someone who my dad works with was talking to the sky sports bloke who was covering the game last night n he said they heard its ince

Any substance to this Ed? {Ed001's Note - I don't believe so.}

How do you know this.if true i would be happy with clarke as manager but as for forgeting this season and accepting morgan and moxey remaining at wolves no way.i want them out.

The deal is done but you are miles wide of the mark!

Look at the bigger picture -
Wolves sack madmick very bad timing but agreed even by madmick that it had to be done
The Moxey says "this is no job for a novice" and appoints clipboard!

Greatest PR disaster in Wolves history BUT THINK ABOUT IT -
Wolves have geared up for championship football most of the season, by appointing clipboard the next managers appointment will look like a masterstroke whoever it is! The board are on a win win - They can not fail - Curbishley, Ince, Holloway another win win

Moxey is not as green as he is cabbage looking!

Don't understand last thread. What possible master stroke could put this right - are we having SAF?

LOL henry wanted by who ,you think someone will want him there is plenty of players who can pass side, back and miss place passes ,there is plenty of players like henry in Div 3

Is the top post you insider?

I'd be surprised if those guys are worth anything like that amount.

One thing you can be sure of - when they go their game will vastly improve :-(

When henry plays he makes a difference he is a local lad and a good player get off his back anyone can see when he plays it improves the team i can understand other teams would want him look at the big picture pick another scape goat

Steve Morgan is targeting Paul scholes as player manager for wolves. {Ed001's Note - does Paul Scholes have the right license to manage? I didn't think he did, so I would dismiss this story as nonsense.}

Hasn't he signed a 1 year contract extension at United. One hell of a choice really - Champions League football or Championship struggle. Hmmm I wonder what he would choose.

Last I heard was Scholes was looking for another with Man U.

John Rudge for director of football with Sean O'Driscoll as coach.

Was thinking about O'Driscoll today, think he would make a great coach or assisstant manager. He's a Wolves fan as well as far as I believe.

No disrespect to Forest, but can't see why he took a coaching role with them when he previously had two long and pretty successful spells at Bournmouth and Doncaster.

Both wolves fans !

Both Wolves fans ay ? gorra be true then..

Apparently Lee Clarke is being installed as the new manager today , I am guessing this is of course a lie ?

I think if Lee Clark was the manager Morgan & Moxey wanted he would have been installed in Feb, I personally think they are waiting for someone in the Championship either Holloway, Poyet or Allardyce but Clark is in dispute with Huddersfield or his sacking so possible.

Nothing will happen till the end of the season. Which as far as Wolves is concerned is already upon us.

Shame on those that run our club, it looks like they have just buried their heads in SAND - Shame on them - Gutless, they have let us all down

Rumour that TC will stay in some capacity! Please no!! Can the board not see that we don't pass the ball well, we set up badly and can't defend at all, this all comes from the training ground, players turning up drunk, fighting on the pitch and subs not warming up before going on! The players taking the P!@@ and not being managed! Please can we have a fresh start!

Agree 100%. Time to say "Thanks Terry - but bye bye and good luck for the future" - however somehow I think he might still be around next season.

Feel for they guy. Never managed before and a massive task handed to him. I felt sick sat in the stand last night, God knows how he felt standing there under such scrutiny and expectation. Seems a nice bloke with a poisoned chalice in his hands.

Tc has to be shown the exit,no side ways steps to be taken Mr Morgan,tc has overseen the worst run this club has seen for a long while,both as coach and manager,can people not see he can't handle the job? The brand of football has stagnation and in truth gone backwards to a degree in recent years,and Tc has been here for how many years...?,how many managers...?,I'm all for continuity but not when It's detrimental to the team,......and please,can people stop with the 'but he is a nice guy bit,that isn't doing the club,team or supporters any good,the players are taking the piss out of the guy,they don't respect him,we need a bloke in who is new,who can stamp his authority on the players,that i think is the best and only real way forward.

This whole thing has made me question how big a part McCarthy must have been playing, no wonder he didn't have much time to teach the players football he was busy running a football club.

Of course tc will be with wolves that will be his reward for deflecting the flak like the sound of alladyce and clark
