Just read that Blackburn rumour is that Scott Dann could be of to Sunderland for £4m with others saying Berra will replace him
I have said before the best thing for Roger Johnson is Scott Dann therefore Jez should offer Blackburn £4m and drive Berra there himself that way defence sorted and another McCarthy Muppet (MM) gone

right we are a club in good financial position, so why dont we use the money what we get for fletcher and jarvis cause i think he will go, and when prem teams come in they always think i could be in prem now so the heart goes elsewhere, would like keep jarvo but cant see it happing, right back to my point we going to get big sums of money for these players why bank it again when we already got good finances, so use the money and spend big to replace these players, instead of loans and free transfer get good players in out of it, say jarvo go for 9 mil, spend 6 of it and bank 3 so we replace with good player and be better off again, but we wont we sell and then dont replace tidy why? if morgan wanted the club in the prem like us fans do he would want to see these top names being replaced with good players, not loans all time, makes me wonder is he in it for the money

Who would we like up see replacing the out going players fletch Jarvis and de vries ed any one take your fancy {Ed011's Note - Anyone? Casillas and Ronaldo. Realistically maybe Frank Fielding the young keeper who I recall being at Derby and someone young and ambitious like Thomas Ince or someone from overseas like Elyounoussi if he's any good, or get Markus Henrikson and play one winger in Peszko and 3 centre mids as Solbakken liked to play a narrow midfield and the 3 CMs would be made up of Henry, Davis, Doumbia, O'Hara and Henrikson with them all getting similar game time throughout the season.

Markus Henriksen is a really good player, and I know SS is an admirer of him. However I think at least 3 mill £ must be put on the table to get him. Elyounoussi is good as well. Speedy winger who scores a lot of goals. However he signed for Rosenborg a few days ago in a 1 mill £-deal.
However, you already got the best player from the Norwegian League in BBS. He is a jewel, and if SS gives him a regular chance in the XI he will be a big star for you. Will be a lot better than Fletcher in my opinion, though a slightly different player. He is quick and technical, with an enourmous work rate. He is the guy that can create chances on his own. His weakness is that he sometimes needs a lot of chances to score.

Fletcher is apparently trying to force a move away and didnt turn up or training the other day. He just went in to hand in his transfer request. If he really doesn't want to be here we should get to of him now, because of we try an keep until January and he doesn't play, he contract will only be getting shorter and his value will decrease. Just hearing a bid has been recieved for jarvis, £5.5-6.5 mil, think it may be considered {Ed011's Note - Apparently it's from Southampton.
Tim Nash reckons that West Ham have offered £6m plus £3m in non guaranteed add ons for Matt J {Ed011's Note - Was just about to post this, seems legit, do we think it's just because the add ons aren't guaranteed? Or more hopefully but these days unlikely that he doesn't want to go... I'm an optimist.
According to the e&s website, the bid for Jarvis has been rejected as has the bid from Sunderland for fletcher.

I reckon sell fletch 15 mil would be a great deal and possibly still end up with better striker in Doyle a fit Doyle is class fletch never played the first season because of Doyle it was only cause McCarthy burnt him out he struggled last season and it seems he's a genuine Lad who wants to play for us and don't forget fletch only got 12 last season which isn't great think Danny Graham got more and he's worth 3 mil onwards and upwards
