Lambert states that he is not willing to 'experiment' but he was experimenting earlier in season when we had outside chance of play offs and he took us towards relegation. He also said in January that we did'nt need centre half because Williamson was on way back. Putting two snd two together is Williamson and Stearman now the preferred pairing and we're not getting new centre half?
Use our rumours form to send us wolves transfer rumours.
A lot of posts are being added to the Wolves Other Posts page

I know we prob won't get him but wouldn't mind Knockeart signing for Wolves, cracking midfielder.

Hi all this is my first post. It's for sure we need 5 or more plays so here are mine to bring in. Strikers would be asombalonga and Abraham even if this is a loan. I would try get Leon Britton from Swansea. If costa goes I would get sako on loan and maybe as a defender Michael Dawson for experience. What do people think?
23 Apr 2017 15:23:43
Dingledan. Abraham and Britton would be good. Dawson won't leave Hull. Don't want Sako back. He was good when he was here before but has hardly played since he left us. We have Zyro and Graham who looked good before getting injured as well as Cav and Marshall. No room for sentiment, we need to build for the future.

It seems certain Lambert will be here next season but what won't be tolerated is the dire stuff the so called team is dishing up at home. Knowing there has to be a cull players should be showcasing what they have to offer but week after week fans are numbed by their lack of skills and application. We paid good money for Saiss and Cav but if we could recoup it I think we could do better. Can't see what Bod has to contribute going forward and will Dicko ever find his old form?
23 Apr 2017 15:18:19
Good comments Gordon Bennett, good players as they are Dicho and Bodvarson but will Dicho ever give you 15 to 20 goals and Bodvarson I don't think so.
We need 2 good strikers who can take we to the play offs if we are serious about getting there also some creativity in midfield and a centre back and goalkeeper and full back.
Home form is past a joke and needs sorting, Lambert needs to go to spec savers if he thinks this same squad will get we to playoffs next year.
23 Apr 2017 22:25:10
I have said before that I don't rate Cav and I don't think his attitude is right. No good turning up once in 8 games. Gordon Bennett, I agree that if we could recoup the money for Cav and Saiss we should - after initially being a walking yellow card, Saiss has become very sloppy in possession. There are better alternatives.

We're having 2 managers next season.
Marco Silva for home marches and Paul Lambert for away matches.
23 Apr 2017 13:04:15
Lamberts testing his pundit skills on Sky at mo lol.
22 Apr 2017 21:04:05
One shot on target at home to a bottom 3 team facing relegation. discuss.
22 Apr 2017 23:10:08
Don't get Lambert at all. Even if agreed with eleven on the pitch, which I don't and I doubt if many did, wouldn't, t have played them in that formation. Apart from back four and Dicko all the others played in positions which most would not agree was their most effective. Does he really believe he was sending out the best team he could muster. If so that is a real problem!

The problem at Home matches is getting worser, and I am afraid there will be a drop in attendances if this problem is not solved .
The players we have will try there hardest but they are not good enough to break sides down at home.
To be perfectly honest a lot of the players need moving on and we need at least 5 quality players to bring in, we are supposed to be the 4th richest club in league and Fosun say they want we in premier, being honest how many if any of our team are good enough for premier, until this problem is addressed and we stop giving silly contracts to run of the mill work your socks off players with no creativity we will be in this position a long time.
Until our Home form improves dramatically I will not be satisfied with Lamberts appointment.
22 Apr 2017 20:06:35
Good job some on here don't own our club as we'd get no players as all the money be tied up paying compensation for breaking contracts.
22 Apr 2017 21:36:33
Perhaps not give the contracts in the first place.
22 Apr 2017 22:56:23
Great response pt.

How long are these Home performances going to keep happening even Paul Franks said on W. M. its the worst match he as watched.
When was the last good game of Football at molineux with a win.
Lambert must start telling the truth and tell we fans what he intends doing because they have been awful at home, no were near good enough, and I hope there are no more silly contracts given to these under performing players with little skill and creativity we have far to many of them, let's move them on and not hear silly suggestions like giving the likes of Saville and Stearman and Williamson etc. new contracts because that will only tell me that we have no ambition on getting promotion, AND PLEASE SIGHN 2 QUALITY STRIKERS WITH 15 TO 20 GOALS IN THEM we have money so spend it and show you mean business, you can replace any 2 of the so called strikers we have at our disposal at this present time if you call them strikers.

Just noticed the fat controller sitting in the stand at Swindon/ Scunthorpe game. Another club he's trying to ruin?
22 Apr 2017 18:00:41
Please, please, please give pl his p45 and he can take crap like Saville, Evans and lonergan with him! He is committing a criminal offence impersonating a football manager and I cannot stand to watch that dire, stifling, boring, negative crap anymore. I have renewed for next season but if he is still in charge I will try and get a refund. Please fosun do the right thing. Oh and his two signings are average at best so would you trust him with millions to spend.
22 Apr 2017 19:02:40
Marco Silva is the man. He was my first choice even before that Spanish geezer Julen Lopetegui. Lambert has the same personality as his brand of football.
Dull and dire.
23 Apr 2017 00:03:13
Attitudes seem to have changed towards PL since the Leeds game.
23 Apr 2017 10:20:53
Mine hasn't Jas M.
23 Apr 2017 10:41:39
I know yours hasn't PT. You've stuck to your guns and have always maintained that PL wasn't for you. I'm talking about the other fans who were praising him after we won but are now berating him.
22 Apr 2017 17:19:58
First time I've said it but Lambert needs to go.
22 Apr 2017 17:55:56
Wednesfield, I agree with you. If Lambert is still manager at the start of next season (as I believe he will be I'm afraid) then the end result will simply be yet another wasted season. Fosun/ Jeff PLEASE get us a manager who will give us a team that excites us! Wolves fans: when could we honestly last say that the football at Molineux is regularly good to watch and that we have a group of players that can attack and scare other teams? John Barnwell's time (for a while anyway)?
22 Apr 2017 17:58:42
Nothing been said either way yet. But today was piss poor, it's been a dire season and Lambert has been there long enough to shoulder a lot of the blame. You know my opinion on Lambert so I won't bore you with going over it again.
22 Apr 2017 20:07:04
I had more fun counting the lights in the South Bank.
23 Apr 2017 00:38:44
Paul Lambert averages 1.48 points per game. Over a 46 game season thus would give us 68 points. This would not be good enough to reach the play offs but would be a too half finish. Instead of getting rid of Lambert, he has already stated that the team needs strengthening so let's give him the summer window to get the players who will improve the team. As Fosun said, this will not be a quick fix.
