Ok folks, time to put your necks on the chopping block. What do think will be the result against Huddersfield? Now this is going to be interesting ;)

Whatever the score is when the ref blows the final whistle - that will be the result

2-1 Wolves. But it will be scary.

Second post down, thank you for stating the obvious, I like it lol

Draw.
The future really is a big steaming pile of "cack"the future is Deano. x

Hey Ed, what's your thoughts an opinions? {Ed011's Note - Well I'll be there, and I was at the Bristol, Middlesborough and Birmingham games and we didn't lose, then I couldn't make the Bolton game and we lost, coincidence? Probably, but I appear to be good luck and I'm going to the Huddersfield game so I expect a win I'll say 2-0. Sigurdarson and Hunt to be the scorers.

It will be very tight but I think we might edge it by the odd goal 2-1 as I can't see us keeping a clean sheet.

Cant blame deano for the 2 ms getting it wrong again surely wolves fans, the boards the problem, until they thmselves now which direction they are taking this f. c. we are going nowhere. oldgold

7 nil to Wolves Kenny Hibbit scoring the final goal!

Wolves Moose

Huddersfield have conceded a lot of goals and their goal difference is shocking. As we are not averse to shipping a few ourselves it could be an interesting afternoon. We're either going to batter them or draw - don't think they will beat us ( praying anyway. )

This is going to be a really trickey fixture as Huddersfield are not averse to picking up an away win or draw and only lost by a single goal at Bolton last week. I hope Deano doesn't experiment with the striking personnel and midfield, what's left of them anyway. I also hope that he's got a game plan to beat Huddersfield and builds formation and team around that. Probably the most important thing of the lot is that Ed 011 turns up. wolfshead.

Should Saunders leave at the end of the season? No comments, just - Yes, click 'agree', No click 'disagree'

Jelly and ice cream when Downo's sacked.

The only problem with this is that deano won't go, why would he, if he walked he would b out of a job. the mans to thick to walk. personally I wouldn't have played cassidy I would have gone with siggy and doyle upfront with hammil on the wing. to say saturdays game is vital is the understatement of the season if we win it then I think we are safe lose and div1 here we come. that's how important it is. we are not down the bottom for nothing so posting 2-1 3-1 to us is optomistic 1-0 will do me.

I know we always moan when players are not given chance, but give credit were its due he put cassidy in team and he just hadnt got it, I myself would have gone with siggy and doyle up front with hammill on wing but let's not knock deano he his not frightened to give players chance, which we all wanted before, the board havnt helped him one bit, they are the ones to blame for there stupidity in trying to run a football club of which they have not got a clue, so let's get behind him and see if he can get we out this mess the board have got we into

Deano left Donnie with them in the good position to gain one of the automatic places which seems all but cemented now. Yet many of their fans were glad to see the back of him. This I do not think was sour grapes from them but realisation that he was nothing more than ordinary. He signs for Wolves has a shocker of a run, we have 4 wins in 5 (3 of which were against out of form clubs and the other against a Brum side who granted were going well but always suspect to the odd disastrous result. In this time our woodwork has been battered and we have without doubt the rub of the green. We are now without the services of SEB (the goal man), Davis (one who has been performing well and now will lead to the return of Henry) and those who have been frozen out of the set-up by Deano (Doumbia, Hammill, Pezscho) - and Sako (although I am not sure he has been the biggest of losses). While I think we will scrape through as Bristol, Huddersfield and P'boro will not have enough, we MUST make changes as soon as the final whistle is blown on the season. Bye bye Ikeme, Foley, Berra, Ward, Henry, Ohara - to name the obvious.

What about bye bye Deano and his backroom staff. as for not missing Sako, he is our best player, the rest of the team. relied on him far too much when he was in good form and it showed, now he's not playing the rest of the has beens have been forced to stand up and be counted. let's get this shambles of a season dealt with and start again with a DoF in place and a manager who can get some good players in.
If it's Deano. the futures s***e.

So the original poster thinks we have been lucky. No doubt when we were losing it was bad luck. There is a saying "The harder I work the luckier I get" My point is the side is at least working harder.

Totally agree that we will not progress under Deano to where we want to be, and I for one want to see a better manager and a DOF with Moxey made finacial director with no influence on team matters. I also expect to see departures including Doyle, OHara, Pesko, Johnson, Robinson, Ward, Foley, Stearman, Berra, Griffiths, Hammil, two from DeVries, Hennesey Ikeme, Kello and hopefully Henry, I would hope we can hold on to Ebanks, Siggy, Sako, Gorkss, Bath, Doherty, Davies and the assorted young players such as Cassidy, Mcalinden etcand bring in some proven players such as Kenwynne Jones, but we will see how committed Mr Morgan is come May. but I anticipate it will be another close season of broken promises and meaningless scraps fed to the media to keep us sweet. I live in hope for better times though.

Kenwynne Jones? You must be drunk or on medication :-O

We are all entitled to our opinions but Jones always frightens the life out of our defenders whenever he plays against us.

Great. henry is back in the team!
Happy days not :- (

It is worrying as our previous games without him resulted in wins.

Davis three assists v bham, when was the last assist from henry?

Thanks Jez for backing Deano when he wanted a striker.
Not just a coincidence that we didn't score yesterday and this will be a problem until the end of the season.
Jez will be the death of this club, he must take a big chunk of the blame if we go down for 1 bad decision after another. Starting with the managerial appointment of TC it's been one after another concluding with the lack of backing for a striker in Jan and the loan window.
GET MOXEY OUT

100% agree, Moxey is the problem not Morgan.

Saunders is a puppet whose job it is to make Moxey look good

if Morgan does not wants repeat of the last two years then he needs to sack both Moxey and Saunders

Jez Moxey doesn't do anything other than say his part in transfer deal, what is the problem?

Mr Morgan makes the decisions, not Mr Moxey, after all, he does own the club ;).

No Chasetown. Mr Morgan asked for advice on football matters when he took over the Wolves and we left this is Moxey hands. Here lies the problem.

Whilst respecting your opinion, you must surely agree that it was Steve Morgan who appointed both Stale Solbakken and Dean Saunders?

Fair point Chasetown, however Moxey has a big influence on far too many things at Wolves and should stick to balancing the books. It was even reported he went to watch a player in Jan transfer window. Stevie Wonder would give a better judgement on potential transfer targets.

I posted a while ago that the loss of Sako might be a blessing in disguise, we all know that he is technically our most gifted player. But defensively he was nightmare. With Hunt in the side we have a much better shape. But everyone should mark my words, the biggest loss this season is now going to be David Davis. He has been our best player for the last 5 games and its massive loss. It is also going to bring the very disruptive Karl Henry back into the side and that is a massive negative. Oh Mr Morgan how you might regret not backing DS with some loans deals to bolster us for the run in. He wanted a midfielder and a striker, low and behold the two areas we are now depleted in. Whatever happens, and I really believe we will scrape through by the skin of our teeth it is time for Morgan to get out of our club. Let someone have us who is interested and cares about Wolves and our brilliant supporters.

Highley Wolf

To say our squad lacks depth is no exaggeration. Our subs will have to be players we dropped weeks/months ago or players who have played little or no first team football. Who was that guy we bought from Newport?
