Wish everyone would stop going on about sako he left us already get over it don't want him back would love connor houlihan from barnsley aaron mooy he's on loan at huddersfield from man city matt mills forest defender phill bardsley lewis grabban that would be a great january transfer window and would put us in a good position for a right good go at it next season.

Next people will be demanding Fletcher, Kightly back too.
We need to move forwards not backwards and personally I think Zyro and Graham have potential to be far better than Sako, plus Sako didn't cut it at a higher level either.
Give the guy his credit he stuck with us when we were in league 1 but demanded silly money when his contract was up for renewal.
Do we want him back? maybe
Do we need him? no
So why waste money on something we don't need, i've seen people on here moan about the midfield not feeding the strikers, Wolves go for some midfielders people still moan maybe they'd be better of supporting Chelsea.

Agree 100%.

05 Jan 2017 13:57:01
Have to agree Houlihan and Mooy to two best midfielders I've seen this season both totally bossed game when we played them. Can't see Mooy being a starter as he's on loan from City, Houlihan should be a definite possibility, I would think he would be worth 3 to 4 million. would be money well spent if you consider 7m for Cav.

05 Jan 2017 14:16:55
I’m guessing you are talking about Wes Hoolahan of Norwich. He’s 34 so I very much doubt anybody would or should pay anywhere near £3-4 million for a player of that age.

05 Jan 2017 15:10:37
Last I recalled both Zyro and Graham both Injured. I also look at the table and it speaks for itself when Dave Edwards is top scorers. How can taking a player back your club be a step backwards when he (Sako) would only add strength in depth.

I agree ship out some of the deadwood like James Henry and a few others. I've been up the Mol a few times this season and it's flat and could here pin drop at times. we need 1 marquee signing to get the atmosphere back.

Clive wolves connor houlihan from barnsley do u watch any football lol.

05 Jan 2017 18:28:38
People seem to forget that in both transfer windows in league one sako asked to be left out as forest were linked if forest would have paid the asking price he would of gone so less of the he stayed loyal chat think prior to next season to be challenging I think we need a keeper at least one experienced centre half creative midfielder and the proverbial 20 goal centre forward also required a natural leader we ain't had one since mike bailey briefly emlyn hughes and paul ince its not just the 90 mins on the pitch its the value to the promising kidson the training ground.

05 Jan 2017 19:10:51
James38 I assume you mean Conor Hourihane at Barnsley. How's your viewing of football lol. Great shout as a signing though alongside Price and Swiss in midfield.

04 Jan 2017 19:03:16
FLATT GONE OFF TO BARROW LOOKS LIKE HE WONT GET GAME TIME AT THE MOL.

05 Jan 2017 11:11:11
Well he won't if he's at Barrow will he. Gives him game time so good for him.

04 Jan 2017 15:34:14
hope a few of you good folks are going to get down to the game at the liberty jan 10, as I don't want to be the only wwfc fan there, lol. got my tkt priced at a £1,bargain + for you lot free coach fare down. + a good chippy opposite the ground or a harvester on the ground if you feel flush, safe trip down.

04 Jan 2017 17:10:00
Me and me dad will be there £6 for two tickets is a steal fwaw.

04 Jan 2017 15:16:21
Adlene guedoura would be nice back at wolves one of the stupid sells in recent years.

04 Jan 2017 16:14:50
That was a stupid period, period. Half decent players out of the door, Deano in charge, one new signing (Lee Evans as I recall, one for the future) some panic loans at the end of the season and . plop.

04 Jan 2017 12:16:06
I really hope I'm wrong but I'm thinkin Fosun when they brought us just looked upon it as another name on their extensive portfolio. Remember their a conglomerate and have irons in many different fires. And of course they didn't have a football club so they can tick that box now. Hope I'm wrong but when I watch the villa owner down the road spending big even though he's not a billionaire and all r owners r doing r fannyin about lookin for dregs. Fosun cough up or sell up!

04 Jan 2017 14:50:13
I think we might get left behind again. were quibbling over 2 million while it looks like Rhodes and Lansbury are going to villa. and blues spending 4 million on Sako
I thought money wasn't a problem!
So much for spending big.

04 Jan 2017 15:36:11
The best way I can describe Fosun is, their the Pandora bracelet and were just one of the many charms they hang off it.

04 Jan 2017 16:16:56
The other explanation, Timtoo33, is that we're looking at bigger signings than Sako. Think Cavaleiro.

04 Jan 2017 17:51:24
No good looking is it.

04 Jan 2017 17:54:11
Also I hope cav proves me wrong but he's only shown flashes of what he can do at the moment? How many good games has he had?
I'll give you that Sako took time as well but cav couldn't lace his boots at the moment.

04 Jan 2017 02:04:09
Chambers would be a brilliant signing for us! In addition Forest are a team in trouble, could easily raid their team for quality. Lichaj - Mills - Hobbs - Fox - Cohen - Osborn - Assombalonga. Maybe a few Players + Cash deals, offload some dead wood in the likes of Saville - Wallace - Williamson - Mason - Evans etc. Can't see us getting Marshall if Leeds are interested.

04 Jan 2017 09:40:55
Surely JMwwfc you would not want to get rid of Mason and Williamson when they are ready for first team after injuries, I think Mason will be a good player up front with Bodvarson or similar player to play off gets in good positions and Williamson surely deserves is chance now that we have got him fit, as when fit played very well
The other players you mentioned I have to agree with you, let them go.

04 Jan 2017 11:35:08
I think Mason and Bod need to start the next match. OK they didn't score but they both came close. Unless we can clearly do better, this is our best choice. Dicko will be unhappy he hasn't scored since coming back, but then again neither has any other striker.

I am sure Saville and Wallace will be off, and many of the loans going back. Evans is an enigma. Hard to see how he fits in, but maybe need to see him playing again to know for sure. We will take permanent deals for EEL and Henry too if they emerge.

We also have to be open to unexpected bids for our better players. If a Premier team comes in for Price, Cav or even Bright or Ronan then we would obviously listen.

04 Jan 2017 18:32:06
Euroman. Ronan hasn't even played a full game for first team, is prob our biggest jewel, and you want to sell him?!

05 Jan 2017 10:03:18
This is the worrying thing I am fed up of saying, we don't want to be a selling club and bring our young stars through for other clubs to have, we need now to add some players of championship experience to go with the good players and aim to get out this league because so far although there as been some improvement we all agree we still need players to take us to next level and Lambert nows that.
Also we now Fosun have not been big spenders like we thought they would be so far with the money they have, with other clubs spending lots of money, but also we don't want to waste our money on players that are overpriced, January is always the same, they want you to pay through the nose for average players, we need to move the deadwood out firstly and definitely bring at least 2 players with experience in because although we are getting better we are only 5 points of bottom and let's not think we are to good and big a club to go down.
