Just hoping big dadi don't get hurt on his call up. think they play monday. same as jackson for under 21s and edwards.

02 Sep 2016 20:57:26
I'm with you on that one Dappa. But the good thing is, if we do get any injuries, we now have good cover for every position. Not like a while back when we had a bare squad. Get an injury or two and end up with a goalie playing up the left wing! .

Very true lowwolf. We all looking forward to the starting 11 ay we.

03 Sep 2016 11:24:31
Exciting times my friend.
And it's been way too long since wolves fans could make that statement.

05 Sep 2016 14:55:50
Anyway Doc can play in any position so we're covered!

Looking forward to seeing all the new signings (and Stears) in action. Great work by Fosun and a real show of commitment. Not wanting to be picky but could we please all be dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century now and have a couple of new scoreboards to watch replays of all the fantastic football we're about to see. The old ones represent the era of Morgan/ Moxey - not working/ old school!

With you there EJ. Also have one moan myself + all the people round me in the upper SB. The music/ songs (content ok) is far to loud to have a conversation, even with the person next seat. that's my moan over. Looking forward to a season as much as in the 50`s.60`s. when I first started going.

UTW.

And can I add- get the sodding tannoy sorted out. Can anyone in the ground actually hear what's being said at half time? I've been to stadium concerts with 90,000+ people and heard every word.
It's a good job there's not an emergency and they are asking us to evacuate.

{Ed003's Note - sounds like the issue might be your hearing aid Lowwolf :) }

02 Sep 2016 20:23:31
Ha ha, point taken Ed., Pardon?

{Ed003's Note - eh ?? ;) }

02 Sep 2016 20:24:57
Or maybe Ed, it's the result of too many concerts with 90,000+ people?

{Ed003's Note - oooh which ones ? my best one was simple minds at roundhay park think there was about 80k }

02 Sep 2016 20:41:38
Biggest was U2 in Paris. Stade De France.
Month before that I saw them at millennium stadium Cardiff.

{Ed003's Note - nice one fan of them in the early days but not now - just thinking but don't tell anyone I went to a Madonna concert at the old Wembley(the hanky panky tour one) must have been a few there and in a complete opposite watched Heavan 17 a few weeks back with several hundred but it was bloody marvelous.}

02 Sep 2016 20:53:52

Hell of a lineup there Swansea. The old Wembley was brilliant for concerts. Just realised though. Of the four bands you mentioned, two have lost their main man. Two great front men.

03 Sep 2016 18:19:46
I doff my cap to you Swansea that's one hell of a line up.

03 Sep 2016 20:15:36

Thanks Geewolf for reminding us there are other things going on in the city other than football. The Lighthouse is a great little cinema and loads of other things go on down there. It deserves support as a hidden gem in the city.
Back to footie. We now have a banging squad of young talented players with years of development ahead of them. I can't help but think that bringing back Stearman has somehow righted a wrong, and blown a breath of fresh air through all the lies and spin of the old regime. We are now in a position where every player can compete for a place and if people move on it will be for footballing reasons.

Can't wait till we play Burton just to see the line up, exciting times ahead if you are a Wolves fan, and the Fosen group showed there intentions with were they want to take this Famous great Football club with what they have bought in, and also our record transfer for a player shows they mean business, that's good enough for me all we need now is for Zenga to put is team together and get we in the top 6 and if we were to get Automatic promotion that would be brilliant I would be over the moon if we done that, but firstly I am going to enjoy the ride after last season, COME ON YOU WOLVES.
