Results haven't been too bad for us tonight, long may it continue!

I was thinking the same thing.

Has no one else thought that 'a team full of stephen hunt' could be translated as cockney rhyming slang lol

Can't think what rhymes with stephens

Thievin?

A team full of 'grunts' or 'shunts?' - I never did get cockney rhyming slang lol

Just looked at the form table over the past 6 games and we are second in the table just behind notts forest by 1 point. If only we could of played like this all season

WILKO

Yes, but the league does not lie, look at the 6 games previous and see where we would be and the 6 games before that. I like the rest of us Wolves fans are more than pleased with the last 6 games but its the NEXT 6 THAT ARE IMPORTANT RIGHT NOW!
Lets keep this run going and at least finish with some pride and something to build on for next season.

Imagine if we'd have beaten Barnsley, Posh and Blackpool. Or even 2 of them. We'd be talked about as having a chance for the play-offs, such is the difference between having 54 and 48 points.

Anyway, we are where we are and we must make sure we finish stronger than at least 3 other teams around us.

It's not where you start, it's where you finish.

Ha, yes. But it's interesting to see which teams haven't won for 6 matches, and would be below Bristol City if this were near the start of the season.

I think Leicester, Leeds and Blackburn would be at the bottom with no wins.

Poor Posh haven't lost any of their last 6 but are currently 2nd bottom.

It's on the Paddy Power website if anyone is interested in this stuff. They have us 12/5 against dropping, by the way.

Am I the only one who actually wants to see Eggert Jonsson play a couple of games? I know he was a bit of a cheap gamble and pretty worthless but surely he can't be so bad that he doesn't even merit a place on the bench at least once a season. Saying that, I don't watch any reserve games or anything so, I don't know if he plays in any of those? Can anybody fill me in with what they know about him?

I think you are he can't pass tackle or shoot

Are you Eggerts agent in disguise!

Perfect repacement for KH then

Eggert Jonsson had a couple of chances in the League Cup last year and we played Birmingham I think it was he played in that and a replay and was woeful.

if ds keeps us up then he is here next season, and hunty says that the way we are playing now is the way for the championship. which I would say score more goals than the oppositon.

I recall a game last season when Jonsson played and his passing accuracy for the game was 98%. So the person who said he can't pass, that is just not true.

What a great Easter for the Wolves. Sorry we let you down against Peterboro but at least we did manage to see off Blackburn who I am sure will finish below you. I reckon you'll be O. K. now.

Cheers red bird. i'm sure your really a closet wolves fan ;) {Ed011's Note - Everyone is really

I think you've hit the nail on the head!. I used to work with 3 Wolves fans. a great boss, Graeme, from a place called Penn; a gorgeous (but married) girl named Rita and another nice guy also called "Bird. "Funny, though why they all chose to live in Cardiff rather than Wolverhampton!

Just watched the highlights of the game same as Saturday loads of defenders on say way to deep and before I get people kick off at me saying well we won both games we played Middlesbrough who were awful and brum who hit the post 4 times. Really glad with the result and really hope we keep it going at Bolton just saying I worry when he puts a million defenders on and we invite teams to run at us and shoot

Was you at either game? Moan moan, we won both games in an entertaining fashion, 1st half blues we're run ragged and should av been down to ten men, our top scorer had to go off so we had to adapt, stop finding faults and concentrate on the positives of which there were plenty!

I think with bham having extra day to rest told in second half that was the difference, the 2 penalties we gave away were sunday morning stuff, must stop giving cheap penalties away like that, the ohara one was the worst no need at all player was going nowere, but let's not take anything away from this wolves side and enjoy the moment, let's not forget they was all saying bham were fantastic at palace and should be near the top of league on that performance, keep the good work up deano with a bit more luck we can make it. oldgold

First half we were excellent, highlights will never show the full story hence the word highlight! Second half was a different story although Birmingham had nothing to lose so threw everything at us. Hunt should have had a penalty in the second half so we would have been 4-1 up had that been given and converted! COYW

Ohara barely touched him it was a ridiculous decision from a biased blue ref

In fairness we were always going to struggle second half with having only played 48 hours before with the same team.
