i think big mick and tc brought us full circle we were a shambles whem mick came and a shambles when mick left and even worse when tc subsequently departed given this we should all appreciate that stale has a massive job on his hands and he also has a lot to learn about english football so get behind him i personally think he will come good

I really dont see how Bjorn Sig can be judged until he is given a couple of full games on the bounce. He is brought on for second half cameos when we seem to be sitting on tight leads. Not exactly the best situation for him to shine in. Give him a run from the start when we seem to be playing better stuff and have more go about us and then see what hes made of. Jurys still out for me, but only because Ive not seen enough of him in a fair situation.

True, I'd like to see him start against a weaker team like a charlton to properly have some reasonable chances, what is worrying me though is that we don;t have any body up front with any real natural pace.

If charlton are a weak team how come they came away here with a draw? what does that make us

Generous I suppose.

Reliably unreliably

I think one of our main problems is tongo seems to run out of legs he's our tempo setter in the first half he runs past our strikers on every opportunity second half he sits well deep and effectively we play in front of the opposition which is much easier to defend there fore the tempo is lower and all we do is go side to side with the odd chance to get it behind them or a hopeful punt in the box we need more creativity maybe o hara then when we give sloppy goals we drop points every team will get a chance against us

Ideally the way Stale wants us to play, a biuld up game full of passing that dictates the tempo and moves up field a one whole unit then yeah deffo agree O'hara would be a very usefull player to us, trouble is that he wont be in a wolves shirt for at least another 7 weeks !!

Personally id change tactics untill Stale has time to bring in more players who understand and can do whats asked on them. Also bring Cassidy back and some youth onto the bench, like post below said out bench looks poor and doesnt enspire a turn around so what do we have to loose putting some youth on ?

If you cast your mind back to when mick enhirited Twoddles squad, he bought some young lads into the team and not only did it give us a breathe of fresh air but it the fans were great and didnt get on theres backs allowing the rest to relax a little bit too.

We have an under 21 side right now competing with the like of Man u, man city, arsenal, liverpool and there 3 points form top !! GIVE SOME OF THESE GUYS A CHANCE, if they fail to make an impact then at least they got some 1st team experaince and know what level they need to get up too, sometime you give a player a taste at the big time it inspires then and they will sweat blood to stay there..... i cant say the same bout all the 1st team squad right now, some have been at the club for sooo long now they think there untouchable.

I agree that in games like charlton and other poor sides at home we need to integrate young players like mcalinden and ishmail to get them involved, it'll improve them an it's insurance, we don't want to have what we had last year when davis had to be recalled to play in the prem with no 1st team experience. I would like to see some young, ambitious and firey players to add some excitement as they don't play with the same fear the older players seem to be playing with

Watched both Mcalinden and zeli ismail tonight playing for reserves and both look a fair way off playing for the first team.
