Easter always defines a season

I am a believer that Easter sorts the good and bad teams resulting in most years the bottom two teams on Tuesday morning after Easter as bieng those to be relegated and the team third to enjoy a scary few weeks to determine their fete, there are of course exceptions but in the majority this is a true asssesment.

Therefore I am going to suspend my critisim of Saunders and repeated demands for his sacking until Tuesday.

The reaasons for me suspending my views are several

1) With another 6 points bagged I want to admit that he may be getting it right and there is hope

2) That our style of play entertains and is constructive to developing a style that will ensure that promotion to whichever league can be achieved and sustained

3) After an international break he has developed a team spirit that can be seen

4) Positive results will stop him talking a load of cr*p

And finally, I want us to win and the club needs our support.

I hope on Tuesday that I can admit I am wrong and Dean is the right man

True, Easter can be a turning point but in any event it's not the end of the season, that's 4 May as we all know. In fairness tho' the match tomorrow v Boro and then the two away at Blues and Bolton (Monday and Sat week) will give a good indication of what's likely to be.

So if you can suspend judgement until Saturday week then we can have a look and see how things are shaping up.

I think we're good enough to take something from tomorrow, hopefully the three points - that would be some gravy for the Easter roast. wolfshead.

Interesting that Wolves have won 2 of the last 10 but so has Boro, making us the 2 worst teams in the champ.

Has no one on this site seen that we have just won 7 points in 4 in reasonable form and are looking better each game, at least the football is more effective under Saunders, and exciting. It's better now than under solbakken trust me.

Don't talk daft, 9 points from his first 12 games is rubbish. Especially compared to Stales 22 from 12 games and he supposedly didn't know the league and the hangover was at its worst! As for the football being more exciting, did you see the Bristol game? We played rubbish.

Reading your post again its hard to tell if your being sarcastic or serious

Some people are STILL convinced that we're somehow better under Downo than we were under STS. When will they come to their senses?

Another knee jerk signing to try and keep the fans happy, in won't work we have been let down by the board AGAIN we needed at least 4 loans in. M&M are shafing the fans and the Club for their own ends. DISGRACFULL. P. J.

Any eds that are Blackpool fans Ofc you seen him more than I have what do make of him {Ed001's Note - I will ask Ed003 to post his view of him for you when he is around, he is our Blackpool fan amongst the eds. I did watch him a few times for them, he looked a decent threat, pacey and strong, but he could be a bit of a headless chicken at times. Given good coaching and directions from a manager who tells him what to do, I think he could be a decent option. Hard to tell though, as I have no idea how Saunders is in that regard. I do think this will tell you a lot about his management though, if he is the right man for the job he will show it in his handling of Dicko.}
